Decent functionality, but frustrating to learn/use
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of automating tedious tasks is intriguing & the bot's ability to scrape data from simple situations/websites is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to learn the use the app & the performance of the bots is frustratingly inconsistent, which defeats the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet solved anything successfully or realized significant benefits

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we have the hands on experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that we don't understand all of the commands before we start building our bot so it was very inefficient. Every small steps require us to get help from the onsite trainers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for a manual process and if this is replaced by the bot it will save us more than 50 hours per month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the best advice is to help users to understand all the nuances about the commands that are available to them before they start creating the bot.

Allows organizations to automate the processes which are performed by the humans. It uses a Control Room to run the Automated Tasks of normal employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it will end employment on a lot of different levels in society which will ultimately end society. There will be a huge financial economic downfall for all mankind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I noticed costs of error are being corrected by using automation anywhere so there are mistakes being performed and elimination tedious tasks.

I advise trying anything at least once with keeping an open mind to see all opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI Augmented Feature is very good and helpful while automating the Process. Real time Analytics and Business intelligence in the tool is very convenient for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a Script based RPA Tool. The user should have the programming skills inorder to develop and automate using this this tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated the report generation of tickets from HP Service Manager. The manual process of generating the report consumed lot of time and effort. By using Automation Anywhere tool we completely automated the process. We are now able to generate the report of Incidents assigned to User in a single click.

Need to have a basic coding knowledge and programming skill before you start working in Automation Anywhere.

problems are that I could not find best selectors. Benefits, its easy to learn it, and now there is academy

What do you like best about the product?
The nice excel integration, however, there is still a lot of things to improve when it comes to validating and making an easy to use interface for programming - consider looking at Jupyter notebook and Collab notebooks for collaboration of coding and sharing of notes. Also a higher degree of visual coding is needed in order to review the code for intermediate programming people. However, I believe many upgrades are to come with the new update in september.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annoying training material where you have to repeat goals and intro every time. Please improve the training (automation anywhere university). It is really poor quality which have resulted in that we had to develop inhouse training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with UI and language.

Consider integrating Python and improve the visual interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is good for exactly what they say it is. Tasks that are good for automation are rule-based, high volume, use structured data, and require no human judgement. The amount of time it takes to automate a task is equivalent to classic code development time, however, it is more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you do not create your automation processes in the correct way, they are prone to small changes in any step of the process you are trying to automate. It can be difficult to make the automation be robust enough to work in all edge cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is trying to solve problems that require unnecessary human effort and time. Some simple process can take hours when there is no need for a human to be carrying out said processes. These are simple tasks that can be automated with Automation Anywhere. Benefits are time saving, cost saving, and more time to spend on process improvement and making your work more meaningful.

1-It really does have a great dashboard. It has Bot Insight.

1-The main dislike reason is we can not read excel data by there header name.
2-f you have an encrypted bot, the Automation Anywhere software has to read it first, decrypt it, and run it. So there is a potential that, if the logic of the bot isn't good enough, a lot of CPU and memory overload will happen.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1-One of the features that we have used the most is an action in the Workbench called Object Cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes.

1-Automation Anywhere is good tool and easy to learn.
2-we can handle most of the scenario without using vb script so there is no need to learn other programming languages

We use this tool it comes to automating the business processes of our clients.There are various that are done regularly on the daily basis and this is where this tools automates those daily processes.
