What do you like best about the product?
I was able to develop an automation project with no coding background/knowledge. The OCR functionality is very good with one of the best accuracy in the market and provides an easy way to automate processes involving scanned documents. I have been able to gain accuracy to the tune of 85% for invoice processing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a pre-sales consultant it would be great to have more pricing options as per the client's requirements. The starter pack and the enterprise pack are good but there are requirements for which the enterprise package is too expensive. Also, the al-a-carte is difficult as the clients feel the pricing is too high. It would be desirable to have some more bundles as more competitive pricing to enhance the overall business case of implementing RPA. Also, there are some player who are coming up with better hand-written data extraction features. It would be desirable to have that with Automation Anywhere to make it a self-sufficient product of choice for all automation needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the OCR feature to automate a document intensive audit lifecycle management process for a lifesciences major. This is adding qualitative value in terms of higher accuracy (critical for audit processes), faster processing and quantitative value in terms of effort reduction to the tune of 50%
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Bring in more cognitive abilities and enhance the OCR accuracy which has become the most sought after requirement these days with the clients

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very friendly and interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system. Technical support - Very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were able to address all our inquiries very satisfactorily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Give metabots the ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server. This functionality would be a great help to developers.

What do you like best about the product?
With AA's Robotics Process Automation we’re seeing how our processes and systems benefit from this emerging technology. In short, RPA enabled us with virtual ‘robots’ that integrated seamlessly with existing software, and are driven by simple rules and business logic. RPA is a way for us to automate manual and repetitive tasks to allow us to focus on bigger, more meaningful work.

Even Though AA's RPA was a game changer we had the below constraints
1. Learning curve : The learning curve was little higher than expected and classroom sessions directly from Automation anywhere team made a huge difference
2. Picking the right use case : We had multiple iterations of brainstorming in choosing the right business case that would qualify RPA.

We picked Automation Anywhere RPA to automate the repetitive tasks in the Supply chain.
RPA connects to ticketing system and Order tracker and it closes the tickets requesting refunds for devices not returned to the inventory. It greatly reduces the ticket processing times and efforts by filling the freight claim with the carrier and updating the claim number in the ticket. It also sends emails to the vendor a huge time saver.
So when the RPA team set a goal of 20,000 manual hours to be saved in 2018 across wireless and wirelines Supply Chain, we didn’t just meet it - we exceeded it. Today, the team has pushed a record 43 bots in production and an expected 26,422 hours saved by year-end!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple design with ability to drag and drop predefined task for use. A non technical person could easily develop projects with Automation Anywhere. It has the ability to reduce manual efforts to as minimum as 10 % - 20 % and increase in ROI to 60 % - 80 %.
What do you dislike about the product?
The environmental factors like Screen resolution and DPI scale factors are not considered while releasing the new version. The

With RPA implementation approx 17-19 projects has reduced manual efforts to 60 % and the tool we have used is Automation anywhere. Things which we usually thought of providing additional insight and sharing with client apart from regular deliverable is reality now..
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please consider the environment while releasing new versions as it impact a lot. In my past experience bots are acting differently in attended and unattended mode as the environment changed as it could the screen resolution or the DPI scale factor or the font size or the icon height and width.

User-Friendly UI tools for automation. the developer can easily find the options for autmation. IQ Bot and pass central are very advanced options to make your automation more robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere should the provider platform where developers can share live use cases and do some collaborative work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation in HR and Payroll and legacy data transformation.

You should start a program with automation evangelist and provide demo access and another resource which they can demonstrate within the organisation or new prospects.

Your online exam methodology is not right because you have limited question banks. Mostly same questions are repeated with other students. It may degrade your reputation.

The way AA provided the all the commands, easy of mails, speed, effecient, security etc

Thete is no session sharing in excel, this is the thing i don't like.

We are solving Customer creation, modification in SAP/GMD portals, where users were talking much time and robo is doing that work in half of the time. We have realized that the we can utilized the human task on other works and client is getting good ROI
