Easy to create bots

What do you like best about the product?
To create bots is very easy and there are a lot of connectors, the easy way to connect to other systems and the many different architectures that can be used in a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the PDF OCR recognition is not very powerful, The price is sometimes a challenge among other RPA vendors

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way to complete a lot of task and automatize
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike, the instruction and the explanation video are very detailed

we have automatizated a lot of processes with a big effort and we have and we have reinvest the time spent for this process to other process and in develop other RPA

What do you like best about the product?
The diversity of the documents provided and clean/neat description of all concepts are the most important parts for me
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be more applied exercises. Documents are good enough to understand but applience make ypu remember longer the solutions you have learned
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any process that made by a regulat employe on the frontend applications can be automatized by AA RPA. Regular reports, data extraction, automated mails etc

What do you like best about the product?
I conducted a few trials between coworkers, with developers and business analysts and the platform is very intuitive, easy to use. It gets a little complicated at first with bots, but then it's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it's too heavy for older PCs. I'd love a lite solution so anyone can run automation scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to automate any web based platform such as an ERP. Test data creation is delightful if you use a proper bot, which you can build in just a few minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your PCs are powerful. It's very resource consuming, but totally worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere RPA solution is intuitive to use and is capable to automate most of the business processes across multiple industries. The Bots are also highly secure as per design.
What do you dislike about the product?
In multi environment deployment model, there is a challenge managing the bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agent amplification solution that leverages the BOTS to use information from multiple CRM & ERP systems to provide a brief summary of customer interaction and its credentials. This has significantly reduced Averaging Handling Time (AHT) for the customer calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create a roadmap for RPA solution with Automation Anywhere and its partners and identify with a business problem that you want to address.

We like the ease of use of the software. It's fairly straightforward to install and our developers have come up to speed easily.

There isn't a specific thing that we don't like.

Automation Anywhere platform is powerful enough to automate tasks of any complexity, but user friendly enough for anyone on your team to use.

When a deceased customer’s account receives a government /federal payment after their date of death, the government sends Capital One notification to have the payment reversed. What do you like best about the product?
AA gives rich control on different platform(Mainframe, Web application, API connectivity, Citrix applcation etc) and inter-connectivity of data flow among the platforms, which drive RPA in organised way. It also added co pilot features which give advance features to developers to speedup and add more scope to rpa use case and also give end user to advance way to interact with data processed by bot
What do you dislike about the product?
Task Action list - there should be rich control like collapse of "If conditional statement" and "Loop" as well" and many more.
Also it should provide date manipulation function commands in command list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating RPA BOT and it add power of agentic AI to make agentic flow which interact with multiple applications and provide seamless workflow of business processes

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the collaboration with staff att AA. I Think AA is providing a good Product and are keeping up with competitors on key functions for business automation.

Some buggs causing issue with stability. License model holding us back for speed in scaling
