A game changing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automatión Anywhere as a developer in my job, in six months i have seen that this program has a lot of versatility, it allow you to share information between programs, run an excel macro with downloaded data sql server data in seconds, and later transfer the result to a secure ftp.

What do you dislike about the product?
I had a problem in the beginning with the installation, when i tried to run it only worked for a few minutes and then it closed alone, i had to ask to reinstall the program, and after that its has been working great until now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that automation solves anywhere is the time it saves in the execution of many tasks, there are some robots that are deployed early in the morning, validate the existence of files and run the process or send emails asking if they are missing . The versatility of the program makes the problems fall in the resolution capacity of the developer, that is the limit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of posible configurations, ask a lot, it can do a lot of things.

object cloning is main preferable in automation anywhere. Easy to access the tool for freshers. various modules helps us automate well

email sending is disable in this tool. And need to update on window controls as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
reducing the manual interruption in processes. Email recognition in inbox.
Great promise for what we've seen already.
What do you like best about the product?
So far the possibility of really helping our clients out with saving time and making their processes more efficient. I do like all the possibly solutions that we can provide and the already pre-programmed options within the tasks. The drag and drop setup is great and make creating tasks and bot a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was hard to just get going within the control room and the client, but once you start navigating around and working through the control room and client, you learn how to create tasks and create bots. It is a little difficult to find a good test of what the product can do until you find a process you can automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with many customers and industries and we are seeing this will help with our financial clients that utilizes manual processing and banking processes. We are just starting and we see the possibilities are endless.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of a flow which uses csv files. It saves as a lot man hours

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multiple tools that can be use together which add functionality to the sequence just by click on the appropriate option on the left menu. The wide capabilities of the software plattform definitively are their added value, these include the more simple tasks like comun windows tasks to visual recognition on websites, forms, an so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the flow sequence in order to select the tools is not the most intuitive. in most cases i don't like the number of steps that you have to do in order to complete the correct sequence. this software requires a medium / high level of training on it because it has so many options which forms groups on the respective menu. frequently you will need refer to the help menu for guidance for more complex bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven´t bought the software yet, but a i´m trying it

There a lot of potential waiting for been taken advantage of including minor tasks like repetitive windows tasks

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the controls are. It's very user friendly and the program works quickly. The interface has a good design and that makes the user move around in pretty good fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the application was not limited to desktop but to have a web instance with similar features. I'll go one step further maybe even a mobile version that we can use on the good and automate a lot of features on our phones. Besides this there weren't a lot of things I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only used the trial version to evaluate the possible reports and processes we could automate which are quite a few. We're evaluating the possibility to use AA further down the road for Automation projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to evaluate all of your processes, tasks and reports that you consider should be automated. The platform is easy to use but you need to have your goals clear so that implementation goes on the right direction. AA is a very powerful application and with the right team of people behind it you can really create a pretty automation path for your company.
Complete and extensible RPA systema
What do you like best about the product?
Extensibility through Metabots is a key to this product: this way you can expand the already broad command library with software you design, or DLLs to interface with know or new programs, such as SAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
OCR capabilities are not on par with the quality of the rest. Also, a better interface with RDP systems would be nice to interface with old legacy systems (or a small cliente to install in thos legacy machines)

Download financing information from the bank, crosscheck with internal information and upload to a legacy accounting software

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of Automation Anywhere's programming and implementation. Also, its ability to interact with multiple software applications is essential for my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like any code, debugging can be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently my organization has used automation anywhere for CAPEX approval process and real estate lease notifications.

reducing daily reports time for reporting MIS. These are routine tasks and spending much human efforts for these reports.

It's good application in RPA and easy to do the task automation in different ways.
