Ease of use with the drag and drop feature. Automation has never been so easy with versatile automation between programs. Replacing all manual and lengthy work to automated and easy work is just a minute away. Highly recommended in today’s automation trending world.

Sometimes the learning modules are lengthy but its at the same time useful as well

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the most robust software for process automation. It allows centralised management of bots and allows full capacity utilisation of computing resources. Scalability makes it a standout. The software also had a user friendly GUI which enables non-technical users to design and implement their solution with relative ease. Once a robot has been setup, AA allows further enhancements to the tool in order to maximise efficiency. this can be done easily with very negligible impact to operation and minimal downtime. These are additional facts on top of the obvious ones about cutting costs and having a 24-hour worker who does not have any labour rights or union representing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience some connection challenges to the central server. However, the support team helped out relatively quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my clients automated some routine manual interface jobs that is normally run after an end of day cycle. These cycles have been automated and there is no longer a need for a an employee to check in during the night and perform routine task based on logic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using Automation Anywhere is not a question of 'IF', but rather 'WHEN'. The only catch is on the opportunity cost of missed savings and efficiencies. The best time to use automation anywhere was 1 year ago (past is past right?, there is not much you can do about that), but the next best time is NOW! Automate anything, everything and anywhere!

Its easy to write and interpret the generated scripts from Automation Anywhere.
Tools and commands are well distributed and easy to interpret. New users are easily introduced in Automation Anywhere use.

For developers, the debugger tool can be use just in one Task... if this task call another task, the debugger cannot follow the script.
For administrators, the locker/credentials management are a little bit confused.

I Developed tasks to calculate (monthly) some fiscals sheets wich takes a lot of time from the sector.

Step by step introduction of the concept and technique was mad it really easy to understand. This is really good for beginners. If it has more hands on examples to try, then I think it would be really good for the people who just started for this.

Sometimes the progress of each session was not correctly displayed on your web. Because of this I sometimes had to re-run one session. I would also like to see more applications and usage of the tool. The explanation was

Loose partnership with IBM, would be nice if IBM partners got more training and clarity around how to sell and service these solutions.
