Experience of Automation anywhere

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the automation anywhere is compatible and integrated with other system like sap and Ease of access to the learning material .Most significant is less man power and cost management.to increase better business strategy and achieve the strong business challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have minimal dislikes.No of admin users bot runners and bot creators is minimum.other as of now did not face much difficulties in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for sales force automation of leads and opportunities and for sending email notifications for the clients and on daily reports ..it is highly beneficial for the reduced cost and minimal work time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
yes i would surely recommend to other firms to build a great business applications to resolve the business challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a good variety of built-in commands, like DB connection, SOAP/REST Web Services and FTP, which saves a lot of time and extends bot functionality for more complex automation scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recorders help to start a task, but then the recorded commands need some (sometimes a lot of) "fine tuning" to work as desired; Control Room deployment has a few issues related with resolution, scheduling and client communication, such that in some situations it doesn't work and doesn' t make it clear where is the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to automate trouble ticket diagnostics and resolution, and some direct benefits from this automation are improved MTTR (less time to resolve incidents), better service quality and improved customer satisfaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is a flexible RPA platform, but it demands some knowledge on programming logic concepts (variables, conditional sentences, loops).

With Automation Anywhere it is possible to build and orchestrate a complex and distributed automation scenario, but you'll have to implement a few concurrency control mechanisms along with the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
- The user friendly interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system.
- Technical support - Very quick, efficient, and acknowlegeable. They were able to address all our inquiries very satisfactorily.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Object cloning - This component seems to be unstable in version 10.7. We have run tests in version 11.2 and they seem to work much better there. During development/test cycles it is common to see object cloning components that were working previously stop full of a sudden. In these cases we usually migrate those components to metabots.
- Give metabots the ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server. This functionality would be a great help to developers.

What do you like best about the product?
The elearning supplied by Automation Anywhere was very helpful in guiding me through what Automation Anywhere can do and how it can be applied to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training modules were a little long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes that would normally take hours have been shortened down to minutes. Great time saving!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of development and learning,Availability of recording features to automate simple process quickly, Partner network, training and certification program
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of the out of the box functions for complex calculations, string manipulation etc. Need to be more stable for citrix based automation. IQBot technology should be leveraged for surface automation to increase accuracy of image recognition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process automation to achieve zero touch network operation to free up human effort
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best tool for simple to medium complex process. can be used in attended and unattended mode and can save a lot of effort in automating simple process by built in process recorder. In case of complex process i.e. citrix/rdp etc. accuracy of image recognition still need some improvement. It is getting better with new versions.

It's a really easy-to-use tool. With only the first courses you are ready to start automating some tasks for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When advancing to more complex courses, it gets harder to follow up. The final questions that evaluate you, don't fit the contents reviewed before.

It helped us automate sending messages to our clients and sending forms to another facility
