Awesome Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The elearning supplied by Automation Anywhere was very helpful in guiding me through what Automation Anywhere can do and how it can be applied to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training modules were a little long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processes that would normally take hours have been shortened down to minutes. Great time saving!

Ease of development and learning,Availability of recording features to automate simple process quickly, Partner network, training and certification program
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of the out of the box functions for complex calculations, string manipulation etc. Need to be more stable for citrix based automation. IQBot technology should be leveraged for surface automation to increase accuracy of image recognition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process automation to achieve zero touch network operation to free up human effort
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the best tool for simple to medium complex process. can be used in attended and unattended mode and can save a lot of effort in automating simple process by built in process recorder. In case of complex process i.e. citrix/rdp etc. accuracy of image recognition still need some improvement. It is getting better with new versions.
So far so good with AA..... nice journey....:)

It's a really easy-to-use tool. With only the first courses you are ready to start automating some tasks for your company.

When advancing to more complex courses, it gets harder to follow up. The final questions that evaluate you, don't fit the contents reviewed before.

AA is different from other RPA softwares. You can automate almost everything, it's easy and intuitive to use.
It has 500+ commands that cover every type of process automation.

Right now, I'm still studying it better and I didn't find something bad or annoying about it.

Limitations we come across when we use the tool in large enterprises.

Automated few business operations and save good costing for the Company in terms of efficiencies.
Easy to learn very quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I like mostly in commands is keystrokes, manage window controls, string operations where we can easily trim, replace, extract, find the data. Excel commands are good where we can also do the excel commands like V LOOKUP, SUM etc.., Regards to control room scheduling the bots and dashboard was well designed. we handle the dashboard how efficiently out tasks are running and whether we can able to run the tasks successfully or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object cloning command works perfect for few runs and after that its fail and again we have to clone the object. The task will not perform well if the screen resolution is not matched. Regards to control room, it would be better if we can have backup of that. I can give an example that our something went wrong with the control room we have uninstalled and we have the lost all the credentials that we have already saved in locker and we have wasted out time to create all those credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer support team is very good, if we have any issue the support is good enough. They will make sure that the problem is resolved or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its very much better if you can implement regarding the screen resolution part where in if we develop the task in one system and runs in other system with different resolution and it gets failed.

The tool is really user-friendly. One might not have deep experience in development and still be able to achieve great results in terms of business automation.

Trainings could be more interactive. Perhaps a web interface proposing trial versions would add value in terms of UX.

Currently I am just learning about the tool. I have been involved in some projects for a couple of days only. As I am not directly involved with development I cannot share actual experience with it.

The easy usage of the software and the bot farm.
And the high amount of trainings, videos to develop the skills.
I like the idea to combine bots with IQbots and later maybe with AI.
I also like the procedure how the company prepares and supports the implementation. You can learn a lot about the software and the company without paying for it

What do you dislike about the product?
In the trainings some topics are explained just briefly (sometimes the most important topics) and some are to detailed like every time it is said you need to click at the end of the procedure on save. In my opinion there are not enough learn it by doing trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to decrease the burden on people in terms of reporting, database update, info/data transfer, etc.
We want to ensure that everyone, who needs has proper and prepared data in a timely manner and we can avoid mistakes by putting numbers and data from a document or an excel sheet into a system. Most importantly we want to make our colleagues happier, because they can work on other topics and we decreased the stress factor.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don´t hesitate to download a trial and test and call the company for an online demo to know more. It is great if it is offered to do a POC with the company together. This is where you will really see if the software fits to your needs.
