What do you like best about the product?
Good to adapt automation anywhere in finances sectors. Most of the recitative task can easily automate and schedule through scheduler of automation anywhere without humane interference. you can save time , human error and get good ROI as well .Like unattended bot , user management , deployment tool etc ..

In automation anywhere product should improve development fame work , more into user friendly debugging tool needs to implement.

A Good user Friendly GUI and the Portability of AA across multiple platform. Easy of implementation of BOT for Repetitive task. As per my market searching and finding Automation Anywhere is a popular RPA vendors offering powerful & user-friendly RPA capabilities to automate any complex tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Robotic based Automation is fairly new almost most of the limitation gets applied to Automation anywhere. The option for administration from different devices need to be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary business problem is repetitive tasks which were effected due to uninformative and effectiveness was fixed by AA implementations. The reactive trend of attending a problem has reduced and most of common issue are been prevented at the verge of detection.

Ease of Development in Automation Anywhere. No need to have any technical background to use this tool( Good for non technical people)

Can't customize our own codes(like Blue Prism) in Automation anywhere. Very rigid tool. We are forced to use inbuilt AA commands. But in A2019, I have heard we can customize using different codes. So that's an improvement

The non-descriptive nature of the tool , which becomes difficult for non programmers to understand the tool and implement in a short span of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly, I have seen the features of Automation Anywhere with IBM Digital Business Automation suite. It provides great process management capabilities for handling manual repetitive tasks in an efficient manner. It provides Bots which can perform work like humans by interacting with one or multiple systems using UI or system integration. It does not require great programming skill and a resource can become productive in very less amount of time. Although basic understanding of programming is required like variables, loops, conditions etc. It provides lots of built in integration features like Mail, FTP, SOAP, REST, Database etc. to make the development faster.

Installation is bit complex and requires very specific versions of softwares like database server, Dot Net framework, Windows etc.
It has lots of user roles which sometimes become confusing to the users.

I have used this product with IBM Business Process Manager to automate data driven tasks, error tasks. Like - for error tasks, we have created auto retry and auto closure feature with this.
