What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive features which can automate mundane task, quick to code and deploy easily architecture.

More enhancement required for OCR and pdf data extraction.

I believe the Product the company is selling, their technical knowledge for the product, the drive that they showcase to increase and enhance the product and the after sale services that really help strengthen the bond with a new and existing customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
More training materials both video and audio should be made available and accessible.

Currently we are implementing Automation anywhere in all areas of business. This is basically helping us in increasing business process improvement and also increase efficiency & effectiveness.
Very Good and Powerful Intelligent Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendlyness of Automation Anywhere is the best in the market. It the only tool that can build the automation in super fast way and is very stable. There have a lot of function which you can automated all the application in the marketing without any customization. The support provided by automation anywhere team is incredible where they are available 24/7 and even with forum where all the developer and come together to brain storm the idea. With the bot store feature which newly launch, it help even more in development which existing code can be download from the bot store to ease the development. The control room design in v11 with load management really help to maximise the usage of machine resources and the whole architecture is really toward enterprise level compare with others tool in market which only target at desktop or user lelvel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image recognition function may need to add in additional function to work in different screen resolution. The tool current available in English but hopefully it will be available in Chinese, Japanese and Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Automation Anywhere to build RPA in shared service center and the FTE cost saving is the biggest benefit we get. We have use this tool to automate a lot of process include order entry, invoice and po processing. with the latest IQbot technology, it help even more in business processing to automate the process involve unstructed data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is really an Enteripse grade product. Dont looking for cheaper product if you want to strike for better future.

Tool is user friendly, provides lot of OOB features, good product roadmap to cater to the required features in the industry. Excellent customer support

The AA Client is not adaptable to all Windows OS versions like Win 7 or Win 10. The product can be more friendlier towards the OS extension.

Support post go-live is excellent from the supplier. Good account management service.

What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike the lack of queue management in previous versions (v10 or earlier) but the current version v11 has delivered this functionality so workload management can be fully automated.
Product did have some gaps around sophisticated email integration e.g. moving emails between folders, filtering emails which has since been plugged by Automation Anywhere through the development of a metabot. Ability to run on a schedule in disconnected mode for virtual desktops (it can run in logged off or locked mode, just not disconnected mode) - minor gripe.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated circa 60 processes across SAP, Salesforce, web, document management systems and MS office documents. We delivered payback of investment within 9 to 12 months. Whatever cost we invested in build of robots, we've found is a recurring annual benefit.

Run a pilot and try it out for yourself to cut through the marketing hype.

The best part of Automation is when you see the smile and praises from customers, who don't have to do the manual work anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard part of Automation is finding the right processes, hiring the right resources and stabilizing the Bots in unattended environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual work across all GBS verticals have been automated and have saved 10 FTE capacity

Understand how Automation will fit in your environment, what processes are right for Automation and if Automation Anywhere can help with those processes. Do a POC with the same process across all vendors if you are not sure which one to choose. Talk to other clients who have used Automation Anywhere to learn from their experiences.

-No dislikes as such as the product does deliver all automation features seamlessly . They did not have assisted automation (Front office BOTs ) & queue management which they have finally brought in enterprise 11.x

This is one of the market leading tools for RPA and automation capabilities. I would strongly advise consumers to use AA vs other tools in the market.
