2. More than 575 commands to enable drag and drop
3. Simple interface

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Instable operations
2. Bots connectivity is a challenge in customer environment
3. Complex process automation is not easily possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Reconciliation
2. Data updation and maintenance
3. Report preparation
Benefits include quicker TAT, higher accuracy and ease for human work force from repetitive work
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1. Do a POC of a medium complex process
2. Set up the product and give to users who are doubiting its use
3. Run the Bots in production

What do you like best about the product?
The easy interface and logic makes it avalible for everyone to use. Does not matter if you have any coding experience, or are technical at all. And the best thing is offcourse you can see the effect right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's nothing in particular I dislike. But there could be some small bugs/fixes when releasing a new version, and in order to make them right you need to uppgrade both the control room and the client version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of different problems. I could be all manual task that we want to automate from a cost perspective, but also I could be for avoiding human errors. We have mostly automated backoffice processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a very flexible tool. It support different technologies which helps in building end to end business process. No Coding skills required. Implementation is easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
only it supports SVN like to see it supporting GITHub.

The licensing is not user friendly. Licenses are tied to the Machine or Login ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have just started transforming to RPA. We have business process like Employee payment, Disc Cleanup and L1 support team who does the repetitive work on a daily basis. We want to eliminate the complete L1 support in our IT organization.

What do you like best about the product?
A seamless RPA Execution is possible in short span of time & it can be achieved through Automation Anywhere. The services which AA supports customers builds strong relationship with them and helps us to use & redeem the value benefit out of automation very quickly. There is no compromise on services provided and we appreciate AA and need to deliver / maintain it at the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the world is moving towards Cognitive, AA should focus now on handling unstructured data not only through scanned pdf also big data analysis & ML . Looking forward AA to have one stop to deliver all capabilities so that customer would be happy to use it anywhere required in organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our business problems are related to wealth management domain and we see benefits are gradually increasing in realization. We see good returns and man hour savings done through Automation Anywhere. This tool has helped to create in house developers with minimal technical knowledge . Handling of support was also with minimal effort to reduce monitoring efforts. AA mainly excels in unattended BOT automation and one stop manage/ review/ user management control room. It has also help to realize the optimization of BOT development
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A RPA solution where product and Support are delivered exceedingly well, then AA is rite solution for RPA Automation. Explore RPA through automation anywhere . People with less or no development knowledge can easily develop automation through AA. It will be one stop solution for every one

What do you like best about the product?
1. Integration of various systems and tools under one Roof for automation.
2. Efficiency with which the bot processes the task.
3. Analytics capabilities are way more compared to other players in the market.
4.With the latest A360 version ability to integrate and run scripts written in python has its own advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intial traing is done online which is cumbersome and more of theory involved which can be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More Efficient way of performing tasks with zero error as compared to things done manually.With the latest A360 version all cloud architecture is implemented which is light weight .

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere gives the power to integrate multiple applications in a single Window.
Easy to work with MS-EXCEL, Any DB, Handling Emails, automating Web Applications, OCR and other cool features provided in the Workbench.
It Helps to seamlessly run the bots and gives a wonderful dashboard to monitor all the current status.
Control Room made easy to schedule and handle bots in the production.
IQ Bot has cognitive ability to learn from the user from Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence algorithms.
Bot-Insight, provides Different Analytic reports which can be used for Business Health.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the cutting edge technology has been already implemented in RPA-AA, there is nothing that is really lacking in Automation Anywhere.
May be the price a bit high for the Licence, This is what I feel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently Automating L1 support ticket automation with Service Now tool, and bots are created to read the ticket details and to process it and make necessary changes in other systems like SAP, Sales Force Etc.
Benefits: Straight Through Processing is made 100% by removing all the manual work from Automation Anywhere.
Bot is now capable of handling all the steps in the business process without human intervention, hence a digital work force will be replaced with human effort. Digital work force will be more accurate, highly available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It Is a very powerful tool that can automate all the business processes seamlessly and increases your Straight Through Processing up to 100% and replace the manual efforts by a Digital Workforce.
It also has cognitive ability to learn from the user from Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence.
It Also provides Different Analytic reports which can be used for Business Health.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of the tool and the ease with which we can access the commands is amazing. Various in-built features like PDF integration, downloading file with URL are powerful. Makes it easier to work with different file formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
API automation is something that the tool has to improve on. The output is only in JSON format. Parsing it as a text and getting the values we require is a bit tedious. From a great tool like this, we as customers would like it a bit easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using AA to handle the L1 service requests where we have SOPs(basically on web applications). We are also aiming at working on various processes that would save time to our Finance team.
