It takes care repetitive tasks, so my team able to spend time for analytics

Implementation time to be expedited, ideally it should be in between 20 to days. Whereas taking more time

At present working on for messaging and reminder for timely submission of reports & claims

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the tool is very much appreciated. The tool is very well customized and a beginner can quickly get to understand the toll to develop bots with good effect.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with SAP, the table and grid functionalities are very limited and they are not identified in Row and Column like in other automation tools. In UFT or SAP Tao we do get the table and Grid identified separately and there we can select or fetch the data from the tables base on the other content from table.
Even with the SAP scroll down there is no provision for that apart from execute VB script component.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly working on Reports creation and emailing the final reports to Higher management. I have worked in FI and HR modules to generate weekly reports and monthly reports to send them periodically to the managers. Worked on Finance module to clear the invoices that was successfully made by the customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool to implement the automations meeting most of the business requirements. Easy accessible tool.
Good tool for automations in SAP application and other windows applications. It involves less coding knowledge. Need to have knowledge in VB scripts/Java scripts and DLLs.
It's Control Room can be accesses anywhere and anytime , it's role based accessibility model is good. It's Credential manager Securely manages the credentials. Using control room monitoring and administration of large and complex bots is possible.

Features like PDF integration, excel integration, IMAGE recognition are some of the features of Automation Anywhere which are widely used and helpful in automating various business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) OCR accuracy is good but can be improved to give more accurate results.
2) Feature to find and replace a particular variable in a task in AA enterprise client can be very helpful for the developers.
3) Integration of Artificial intelligence with RPA, ability to create/edit scripts can be included.
4) Not able to filter a device associated with a particular user with the username or Role name in control room.

Automating business process like employee termination process in the organisation and automating process to create contracts for employee Onboarding were made easy with AA which included handling various operations across Microsoft Excel, PDFs, SAP applications and much more.

Automation Anywhere provides a comprehensive solution to RPA. The AAU is extremely helpful in determining which processes are ideal candidates for RPA. Once there AA is easy to use and end user friendly.

The calculation method will change slightly as it is updated.
For example, in a variable operation ,

You should always be aware of this part.

What do you like best about the product?
A great tool to allow us to improve business processes and less manual dependent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take a bit longer time to get one to be familiar on how to optimize the process by avoiding redundancy steps in the programming.

To replace repeating manual process by RPA, so that more valuable time provided to manage more valuable tasks or processes that will require human touch.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the RPA since last Year 2018, it's helped to automate manual processes and no human error. I and team members are able to spend more time on the analysis tasks and other duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Noticed that the new version of RPA is unable to fully use the existing RPA coding(ATMX file) that created by the old version of RPA. Developer has to test the existing RPA coding (ATMX file) in the new version of RPA and updates RPA coding if necessary. Would like to suggest to come out a tool for RPA file conversion.

Automation Anywhere is in more into the coding side which gives the feels of doing coding rather than only working in GUI environment, Also the Meta bot and IQ bit concept is very good, Also the integrated Control center system Is very good

nothing to dislike, Product is more into the coding sight so may not be liked by the business user it will be difficult for them to understand
