Real time learing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The automation anywhere platform was very user-friendly and very easy to learn. Best thing I liked is that new technology with a lot of scopes was taught within 3 days with clear explanations and made us to build bots for many activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes in the automation anywhere course
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hands-on and real-time working in the platform gave a clear view and understanding of the Robotic Process Automation and how to build bots to do the boring repetitive task without human interaction

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is Automation Anywhere tool requires only logic.Coding syntax is not necessary.Once we frame logic and use commands,bot is done.Very user friendly.And Recorder option will help us to make our work much more easier.

What do you like best about the product?
AA was my very first RPA Tool that I started learning with. The best part of AA is how efficient it is. It also provides an ease of Access for everyone. Especially the new AA Version with its Control Room hosted on Cloud has made lives even better!
All the AA activity can now be tracked on a single mobile app which makes it highly convenient.
Definitely would recommend AA software to Big businesses.

Not supported on Linux and MAC. Most of the employees in certain organization use Linux and MAC because of the high security. Hence, it is difficult if Automation Anywhere Tool is not supported. It would be great if the software is supported on all the OS.

Metabot and IQBot, they are truly the game changers

OCR and SAP automation are not as efficient as compared to other tools. Also AA installation takes a lot of time and has multiple challenges.

1. As a production AA is very user friendly for the product users.
2. Metabot feature in AA 11 version its really helping for product users in better way compare to earlier versions.

1. Transforming BOTs from DEV to UAT and UAT to PROD, as of now we are doing manually if you create any product to directly transfer the BOTs it helps.
2. Error Handling feature should be more user friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We are solving the different types of problems, like partner enrollment with us to do this there are pre checks to do before partner should get enrolled with us. If all the checks are verified. As per business if its pass then partner can enroll with us.
In this product bot should interact with different partner application websites to do web scrapping and find validations key words.
2. If any data issues with the partner bot will send the email for the conformation to the partner and proceed with next partner enrollment.
3. After doing all the validations if all are not true to approve the partner then reject the partner enrollment.

Metabot is one feature I really liked the most because of calibration facility which differs AA from other tools with uniqueness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options for Excel operations which forces to use VB macros in most occasions.

Processes that are mundane and time taking by manual efforts.
Benefits that I realized are value added for Business as they are accurate, productive and less time consumption when compared to manual efforts.

Easy to Use RPA Software
What do you like best about the product?
This program makes creating process automation easy and is very versatile allowing for automation between different programs and file types. The command menus are intuitive and the drag and drop feature is always a plus. With this software, there is no reason to not automate the mindless tasks that take time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminology does take some getting used. Also, you don't have to have any programming language background, but it really helps when something doesn't work quite right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automate a process that takes a few hours into something that take the bot only minutes.

If you are in the market for easy to use RPA Software, I highly recommend a look at this product.

Automation Anywhere caters to help humans to deploy a digital workforce composed of software bots that complete business processes which indirectly increases the revenue of a company
What do you dislike about the product?
Eg: I am not able to implement the ideas every were as we have limitations on implementation as companies are not open to automation every time as we have a lot to implement from the Bot store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have fixes few chat bots in our Chat programs and automated few data procedures in few functions and we have identified opportunity areas to be automated.

Mostly does not work on Chrome at times, as chrome is the most used browser across world.

What do you like best about the product?
As I seen RPA is an evolving way of doing and integrate manual operation and avoid hundreds of human operation into the next era of production processes i think most of the enterprises in order to save away money and provide QoS most adapt RPA. I will say adapt and evolve or lost. Nowdays its recorders and its metabots can integrate almost 80 percent of all of the existent enviroment given an adittional value for those who are seeking software to integrate every function on an enterprise like healthcare, banking, insurance, education, etc. From legacy systems to microservices integration , automate, evolve, enpower your processes and let you human force becareless about repetition and use than in advantage of improve quality service, metrics and finally return of investment. it's a software that really worths to use and the graphical user interface its very friendly and intuitive. The Operational and Analytical metrics give us perfect indicators and reports to take decisions about the execution about our processes and help us determine when to improve where. En other words it's an application you definetly most try.

I haven seen anything that dislikes me on the platform yet. I like the interface a lot, it's very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till now im just learning the platform, but hoping to put into practice sooner or later.

I widelly recommend the platform it's easy to use and implement, and it provides a lot of integration functionalities

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best the possibility to automate both web based applications and desktop ones so you could create Front2Back automation robots covering time consuming manual processes. Also I liked the concept of metabots so for various applications you create metabots which then are used as building blocks when designing new robots. Version control is helping a lot when developing bots iteratively and adding new features to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first you need to understand the concepts of the AA platform in order to be able to design fit for purpose automation robots and until then some things are not directly intuitive even when you have development background but once you grasp the concepts it becomes easy to apply them and implement the bots so I think it is advised to go through the learning courses first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating the Front2Back testing of a complex testing flows involving several vendor platforms which are very hard to automate the testing for using APIs and also take much time when executing them manually through the GUIs. The automation using AutomationAnywhere allows to speed up the execution considerably plus you don't depend from the protocol changes of the vendor platforms you use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To my opinion the most benefit you could get from AA is when you automate manual processes involving multiple applications both web based and standalone ones. Also I think it is best first to design a set of metabots for every application you are going to automated and then use them as building blocks when creating various automation bots. Audit trail allows to see all the actions performed by all the users on the platform so you always know who changed what. Version control is also of great help when enhancing your bots with new features.
