Amazing Automation Features
What do you like best about the product?
I heard about automation anywhere from my colleague and then I went for training... It was very nice experience learning new automation capabilities and almost we can automate everything which was not possible using macro.
When I started using this tool for few of my LIVE automation... result was surprising and it saved lot of manual hours which was not possible using other automation tool/macro. Thanks team for bringing this tool for us. Hope to see more features coming in future

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such.... I think there is nothing to improve now as this tool already contains bunches of functions and features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this tool for copying un-formatted data from multiple HTML pages to excel file.
This data was used for reporting purpose and earlier it was pulled manually spending 1 business day but now can be done in few mins.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It should be used by all companies who earlier were using legacy macros and working on formatted/unformatted HTML, PDF files export to other format. But it is not just limited it can be used for any front end and backend automation which you can think..
Automation Anywhere:- An absolute solution for all round and economical automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
As the name suggests, it is a robust and economical solution for all RPA use cases
What do you dislike about the product?
It has more features than shortcomings. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not have graphical view like its other contenders in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AA for Automating our backend processes. I would recommend AA over other tools because of below features:-
1:- Its easy to learn
2:- Easy to implement
3:- Economical as compared to other automation tools.

I would recommend AA to others as it is easy to and free to learn and less investment is required to use this tool.
Excellent elearning course where even layman can understand
What do you like best about the product?
The way each topic is described is very user friendly and easy to understand. The visual experience of each topic is very effective and also the assessment at the end of each topic helps us to check our understanding. Overall very good experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing like one should dislike Automation Anywhere. Everything is very likable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are involved in automating few our business applications so that the man power required is very low. It will reduce the required time and also the manpower is reduced.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way how excel commands works and show its performance. On top of that the Meta-Bot compare to other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very satisfied with the Object cloning tools. I face lot of difficulties in that command and those are never solved. There are no any particular description like how to choose pane or field text at your own when object cloning is not able to recognized by itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a developer and I am solving lots of problems related Excel, Pdf, Web Control commands and our surveys'. I can reduce many manual work at our organization.

Automation anywhere enterprise software is a very competitive and easy to use software. Customer support team is very prompt and responsive to solve technical issues and questions.

Havent found any reason to dislike Automation Anywhere

RPA is used to build process automation of repetitive non productive tasks to reduce man power. Also to automate standard finance processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have GUI to make changes to backend files like traefik.toml.
They should provide script to restart services in right order. Currently we wrote custom powershell script to do this. Better to provide option to start and monitor services from the GUI.

Definetly automating tedious jobs. Cannot comment on the details.

Robust Software that's Intuative
What do you like best about the product?
That in the right scenario, it can handle fairly big tasks with no supervision. The object cloning does a decent job, compared to some others. The interface is easy once you understand and learn it. It allows for a good amount of commands to be able to specific to make creating tasks a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually each line of code becomes a little bit of a blur. Being able to see each line with more defined indents like in other coding would make it easier to view. Also some applications it doesn't like to interact with. Chrome is also still somewhat of an issue when using Automation Anywhere. Also, any of the recorders are not fantastic and shouldn't really be a selling point for it. Also having some kind of array command would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetative tasks that are data entry tasks that are menotenous. Also to aggregate information into one file and to push transactions within a web app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Blue Prism doesn't like to integrate well with certain types of applications and software. Plus it is heavily dependent on visuals. Automation Anywhere seems to have better integration with other web apps and software. Don't use any of the recorders as I believe they create more issues and correcting that just utilizing the commands directly.

The capabilities of the Automation Anywhere software is exciting and will be revolutionary in our organization. Automation Anywhere is dedicated to supporting the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The on-boarding process could be improved. The support is great when you ask for it, but it would be great if they would provide us the information we need as a new customer up front.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out pilot automations automate some Cash Application & Customer Service tasks that is saving 100-150 in hours per month, freeing up employees to work on more value added tasks. Potential reduction in temp workforce.
