What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the best is the various commands that can be used through the tool and also the simple understanding of their functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that some commands like Object Cloning and Image Recognition don't work on all Laptops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring a process that runs through AA.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface allows even beginners to quickly begin to automate a process. In a fast paced environment speed of implementation is key and with Automation Anywhere you get instant results.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of onscreen guides or information as you begin to automate a process, Maybe a virtual assistant to show the best options available on screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are eliminating the need for resources to complete daily filing and the most basic of manual tasks that give no benefit to the employee. This allows them to spend more time focusing on higher value tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the adventurous mind set of leaders..people are so passionate about their job and determined to do something big.. it is so infectious and you can feel the energy from the moment you step in.Companies employee eccentric approach Opportunity to work on new technologies Good coding environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons till now. All environment components are useful much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve real word problems like repitative tasks of Ms Excel files and web recorder and all screen recorders are very helpful.

Ease of use and tonnes of training material available as a partner.

The user interface is dated and could be modernized, at least for the AA client.

Document automation, pdf integration, calculations etc.

A great resource for all things RPA
What do you like best about the product?
The materials are nicely structured, there is plenty of information and it really helps you get the feel of what Automation Anywhere can do for your business. The courses follow a path to go from beginner to advanced and it is all for free. It is also rather easy to follow and understand. It does not require the user to be an advanced IT specialist to be able to learn, deploy and use Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I previously disliked the fact there was no way to actually try the software out as you go through the courses. But this has changed with the recent release of the Community Edition, which is a free version available for students and small businesses. This not only makes it easier to learn using the software, but also makes it easier to create a proof of concept without any investments and makes the software affordable to smaller businesses. I cannot say there is anything else I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently trying to become a developer and have not yet actually implemented anything. There are multiple problems that can be solved by using Automation Anywhere, but the idea we have is to offer RPA services to customers, instead of using it internally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worth a try, considering it does not cost anything at the moment. It may not be the cheapest product, but it is now available to smaller businesses as well.

AA tool is very user freindly and easy to use.Non technical person is also explore the things with this.
User will get all the command like Window,Database,Excel,PDF,String Operatioin,SAP,Other Applications as well.it is very easy to understand and simple to use.
AA has module like Task BOT, IQ BOT and Meta BOT
For RPA user can explore Task BOT & Meta BOT.
if User want to go with AI then they can go with the IQ BOT. where one time user has to gide the BOT and then after it will perform automatically with it self.
Our Industry is using this tool since December'2017 and it is giving more return benefits.

Democratizing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The technology is very accessible across skill levels and business roles. This allows anyone to contribute ideas for automation projects and to participate in delivering outcomes. The interface is easy to understand and navigate and strikes the right balance of simplicity and functionality.
The free training is also very useful and valuable for understanding and using the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
My previous dislike was the lack of an entry level option such as community editions seen from other providers. This was recently addressed with an Automation Anywhere community edition so that seems to be resolved...with the only reservation being that it looks like the control room access is cloud only in this edition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time to completion, best use of resources and people allocation, error reduction on repetitive tasks. So far error reduction and time to completion show improvements, resource allocation still under evaluation.
One year into production
What do you like best about the product?
The client ease of use for development and the ease of deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to the product but wish there were better opportunities for OCR integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back office gaps, automation of redundant/repetitive processes. We have been able to take volume processes and have had them actually detect discrepancies.

This product will get you up and running automations very quickly and successfully. It's ease of use and scalability are undeniable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like both the AA Client and AA Control Room , the best thing what I like in this tool is Version Control and we can even use SVN if required and the best part of Version 11 LTS is we can host this tool on Hybrid Clou Environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Whats the reason for having folder structure like Automation Anywhere\Automation Anywhere file in Documents folder.
2. Operation Room doesn't show up the tasks that are running.
3. Cannot export the dependencies of Meta bot that was holded by x task bot.

Few issues need to fixed for old version but the answer of support team is to migrate to new Version.
