Easy to use for the business user

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use as a business user I was able to create my own bot in under an hour, i taught myself as it seems logical and intuitive.
I have read now there is a community addition which will give me more features to play with which is very exciting
What do you dislike about the product?
not easy to get a copy of for own use with all the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using it to automate tasks complete myself on my desktop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
find a way to get your hands on it and have a play!

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere team (Customer Managers and technical ) provides great, consistent service and issue resolution. Ongoing support from the senior leadership team at AA has enabled quick resolution of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been limited negative experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is being across different areas of the organisation to help create capacity by automating repeatable and mundane admin tasks to free human capital to focus on higher order, value add activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Was playing around with this and Uipath's free trial, and AA was MUCH easier to understand. Took a course and caught on right away. Simpler than you think, don't be intimidated. Others are coding heavy and not everyone has that background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe better documentation online so I don't have to keep going back to training videos to look up concepts and how-to's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual data entry, time savings

What do you like best about the product?
The AA team has been extremely attentive to Cardinal. We're still in the early stages of our journey. The talent that AA has brought to Cardinal to support our Bot-a-thon event in December 2018, a intelligent email routing workshop and three day bot development training in February have been outstanding.

From our AA practitioners, I have heard very positive feedback about the easy of use. We saw 5 teams build useful bots over the course of 1 1/2 days. The bots are not quite production ready, but 2 of the 5 are on track to be deployed to production soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our ability to move fast on the opportunities for RPA at Cardinal have been a challenge. There is increasing interest here in cognitive automation; I haven't seen enough of AA's roadmap regarding the hybridization of Machine Learning and RPA to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking at many opportunities across our many business processes, starting with IT processes. We're starting slowly and carefully but expect to see acceleration in 3-6 months.

What do you like best about the product?
When I try to use IBM RPA I had some treble with underfunding with syntax and have a lot of common questions. Than I start to find documentation and courses in this fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of documentation in AA Help systems. Lack of examples. But all of this I found at the Automation Anywhere University.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am work in IBM partner company and we will provide IBM RPA with AA in Ukraine, Russian an Kazahstan. My role in this as Solution Architect with Business Analytical functions. I responsible for presentation AA to customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recomend try to use AA in different bussines process. You can start automate with first few weeks and make you work easy, increase you time for greate deals and make your company better!

What do you like best about the product?
If you have any previous developer experience or technical expertise, you will take quickly to Automation Anywhere and be able to build "bots" fairly easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is marketed as being easy for non-technical business users to use. While the application is quite intuitive, your average business users most likely will not be able to build a "bot" that follows development best practices. Just keep in mind that if business users are creating bots, their bots should be reviewed and hardened by an RPA expert developer before being implemented in your production environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are targeting processes in which simple business rules apply such as data entry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With great power comes great responsibility. Since this tool has the ability to emulate what a human does on a computer, be sure to consider all security policies in your environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great product, great vision and i feel energetic here. I enjoy working here and contributing my share. i am bullish about AA and strongly recommend this as a wonderful place to learn and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot see any cons here currently.Nothing as such to describe.Super tool for RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently dealing with csv files and AA is the best tool for my experience and screen recorders and turbo speed is awesome great reduce the time .

What do you like best about the product?
I love its user friendly recorders. This is a very easy way to start automating task or processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a checker for email settings on Toos > Options. Since you can configure your email settings straighforward, would be nice to have a "Check connection" button as Outlook does instead of knowing later how it goes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im solving issues related to customer service, basically doing the input of bunch of data from one system to another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really good for POCs and to start automating right from scratch. It connects easily to SQL, Email, Excel, and many other apps. It's recorders are delightful, since you can push record button and start doing stuff the way you would normally do and Automation Anywhere will catch every step you take, being objects, checkboxes, textboxes, etc.
Excel interaction could still improve when it comes to handling cells.

Simple to Learn and Easy to Use

What do you like best about the product?
Within a week or two we can learn the Automation Anywhere tool With the help of the guided tutorials provided by Automation Anywhere. Also, we can use the trial version of the software for learning and evaluating the software. We can start building the bots within a week or two. Illustrations provided with the tool helped us to quickly automate the business processes in the Investment Management sector. Automation of repetitive and time-consuming processes freed up the resources, so that they have started contributing to more value added services, that robots cannot handle. Also, Process automation helped us to eliminate the costly mistakes due to repetitive work flows that occurs very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere software installation process does not raise a meaningful error (for troubleshooting or tracing purpose) while it is being blocked by the Firewall like McCafe or Symantic antivirus software. Also, I was getting another error message like “bad gateway” while accessing the control room. So, based on the error message, I thought it might be due to some firewall / antivirus or configuration related issue and tried to troubleshoot in that direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the repetitive business processes in the Investment Management sector helped us to save resources time and effort, apart from gaining higher return on the investment and improved morale of the employees and to focus more on innovative tools and valued added services. Another advantage is: the Software bots are available 24X7.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say, it is worth investing on Automation Anywhere (AA), when compared to other tools in the same segment :
1) Quick to learn
2) Easy to Use
3) Higher Return on Investment
4) Huge Cost Savings
5) Regulator Compliance

What do you like best about the product?
The way i can handle the bots and finish my work, with ease and without big efforts ,
plus the way i can customize my bots and let it do i want for my work,
and for me as a sales agent i can promote the program for any company to sell it with ease

while preparing to launch a product, you can see what are some of the strengths that make it different from the competitor’s product already available in the market, and likewise you can make immediate changes according to your customers need and make perfectly customer-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
what i don't like about automation anywhere program is that with my own point of view that it might make people kinda stop looking for their work as automation anywhere can do everything for me but other than that i love the program and still can promote it with ease
Have an eye on what your competitors are up to! What are the latest technological trends, etc? This will surely make you understand the choice and preferences of your customers and come up with the perfect customer-centric product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
all the work i have is going well with efficiency and i saved lots of money with it

In this portion, you have to study the factors that may lead to failure of your product in the market. Once you know the threats, apply necessary measures to convert your threats into opportunities, and make a perfect product for your customers.
