What do you like best about the product?
Great product for customers,The user friendly interface enables a quick learning process by any developer, and the ability to interact with virtually any system. Automation Anywhere delivers to the promise of automating repetitive mundane activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
•Object cloning - This component seems to be unstable in version 10.7. We have run tests in version 11.2 and they seem to work much better there. During development/test cycles it is common to see object cloning components that were working previously stop full of a sudden. In these cases we usually migrate those components to metabots. •Control Room - Enabling the ability to customize it would be a great addition. In version 10.7 we need to pay attention to the URL to differentiate between Dev, QA, and Prod. We could also use the function to create our own custom dashboards. •Give metabots the ability to work with objects in applications running on a terminal server. This functionality would be a great help to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will be useful in Exam branch and other administrative works which are repetitive.

IT IS VERY GOOD PRODUCT FOR AUTOMATION AND THIS WILL BE USEFUL FOR ANY INDUSTRY YOU ARE WORKING FOR.Automation Anywhere is a great tool. What do you like best about the product?
It does everything automatically, similar like a Robot. Routine, montane tasks can easily be automated with RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent disconnectivity issues have faced. Tough it serves business, it has slight instability on its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time is the biggest problem solved. Repetitive tasks can be taken care RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a user friendly tool. It is very easy to use and helps the people to automate the normal day to day tasks in few minutes/seconds. The best part is it provides accuracy, flexibility,reliabilty at a very high rate. Also no other RPA tool has cognitive part attached to it as of now which they have launched. After launching your community edition you made easy for people to download and work upon it so easily. Your support administration is also awesome. Whenever in doubt , it is resolved asap after I submit the support ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about your tool as it is my first RPA tool and I just loved it. Just a suggestion I would like to give is more training to IQ Bot should be provided so that it captures the data properky and more accurately.It should also captures the value of fields which do not have labels.

What do you like best about the product?
There are 500+ commands integrated in the tool which are easy to use even if you don't have core coding skills. The list of commands are so extensive that one can do the coding of the process using various methods and logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is nothing that I dislike about the tool and I hope it stays the same through the coming years. I'm sure that in future as the technology changes and gets more advanced, Automation Anywhere will also keep adapting the changes and allows use to automate much more process in less time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of transactional processes have been automated using Automation Anywhere across departments in various business functions. Due to this we are able to manage our resources in much more efficient manner. It has also helped us in increasing our Return On Investment, reduced the human errors and last but not the least it completes the process much more faster.

Automation Anywhere is a perfect tool for robotic process automation i.e. to automate logic based transactional processes to save time and manpower. The tool is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Just the basic knowledge of technology is more than enough for anyone to learn this tool and use. No need of being an expert in coding as the tool is equipped with 500+ ready to use commands. What much simpler tool one can ask for doing such a critical and complicated task.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of developing with a new Bot, which always help a developer to deliver the urgent needs very soon to the client. Scripting kind of tool is more easy to understand as well as trouble shoot the bot.Proper error handling method so that no need of worry about the after deployment. If you surfing in any of the Search Engine you can find that Automation Anywhere is the King of RPA Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say in a prior, but sometimes feel bad about the coast of the product. Some times feel bad with the lack of support from them and they don not have an active forum to interact and ask the question while stuck with any project flows. Other than these its good to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many bots are created by us and all those have been running fine and agile without any error. Particularly saying, Create a new page in Confluence at Atlassian Tool, this bot is able to create a new page and do all kinds of features without an human intervention, which ease the productivity of the company and do the task well and fast. and we have Created many more Bots.

This is a flexible tool to automate all your day to day repetitively works and easily implement to any of your atmosphere(server or individual machines). Monitoring and observing of your bot is easy because you have the Good assistance from the Automation Anywhere team that is the Mobile application.

AA provide much flexibility in its tool and the best part is that the end-user who is strong in business functionalities but naïve to understand technical intricacies can also work well the tool.

Sometimes the software hang and that is something I disliked about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere RPA program is fantastic. Even if you are new to this whole RPA thing, AA University enables you to first understand the basics. Gradually you can learn how different tools and functionalities can be used to automate mundane repetitive tasks. The best thing is that the program is free and you can keep learning it at your own pace. Only when you need to get a formal certification, you need to pay a fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike as such. Though having access to the lab to practice tools would be of immense help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In accounting field, most of the tasks we do are repetitive month on month. Thus the business problem I will be trying to solve will be automate these monthly tasks that I do. This would enable me to take time off from routine activities and focus on more value added stuff like business development, training and marketing.

I don't dislike but I want to AA add this feature which is when we add some loop, If command then it does not give clear indication which End loop or which End if is for which loop or end If when you are using multiple loop or If condition.
