Automating Anything at Anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of developing with a new Bot, which always help a developer to deliver the urgent needs very soon to the client. Scripting kind of tool is more easy to understand as well as trouble shoot the bot.Proper error handling method so that no need of worry about the after deployment. If you surfing in any of the Search Engine you can find that Automation Anywhere is the King of RPA Tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say in a prior, but sometimes feel bad about the coast of the product. Some times feel bad with the lack of support from them and they don not have an active forum to interact and ask the question while stuck with any project flows. Other than these its good to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many bots are created by us and all those have been running fine and agile without any error. Particularly saying, Create a new page in Confluence at Atlassian Tool, this bot is able to create a new page and do all kinds of features without an human intervention, which ease the productivity of the company and do the task well and fast. and we have Created many more Bots.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a flexible tool to automate all your day to day repetitively works and easily implement to any of your atmosphere(server or individual machines). Monitoring and observing of your bot is easy because you have the Good assistance from the Automation Anywhere team that is the Mobile application.

What do you like best about the product?
AA provide much flexibility in its tool and the best part is that the end-user who is strong in business functionalities but naïve to understand technical intricacies can also work well the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software hang and that is something I disliked about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated a process of a manufacturing giant company of USA which was highly appreciated by the business users.

9Automation Anywhere is a great innovative tool to identify possibilities of automating processes which do not require any human judgment and decisions. I have used it to some extent and found it greatly helpful.

Nothing at the moment as I have just started using the tool.

We have deployed Automation Anywhere tool to identify processes which have no dependencies on human judgment.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere RPA program is fantastic. Even if you are new to this whole RPA thing, AA University enables you to first understand the basics. Gradually you can learn how different tools and functionalities can be used to automate mundane repetitive tasks. The best thing is that the program is free and you can keep learning it at your own pace. Only when you need to get a formal certification, you need to pay a fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike as such. Though having access to the lab to practice tools would be of immense help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In accounting field, most of the tasks we do are repetitive month on month. Thus the business problem I will be trying to solve will be automate these monthly tasks that I do. This would enable me to take time off from routine activities and focus on more value added stuff like business development, training and marketing.

AA offers the best RPA prgram. Even if you are a novice, its a good place to start learning about RPA which is the next Big thing.

Automation Anywhere is the easiest RPA tool. You can automate your process easily using AA, it gives you more than 585+ commands which you use to develop your process. I like the OCR, pdf integration and Files and Folder command very much.

I don't dislike but I want to AA add this feature which is when we add some loop, If command then it does not give clear indication which End loop or which End if is for which loop or end If when you are using multiple loop or If condition.

Easy to use for the business user
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use as a business user I was able to create my own bot in under an hour, i taught myself as it seems logical and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere team (Customer Managers and technical ) provides great, consistent service and issue resolution. Ongoing support from the senior leadership team at AA has enabled quick resolution of issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been limited negative experiences.

AA is being across different areas of the organisation to help create capacity by automating repeatable and mundane admin tasks to free human capital to focus on higher order, value add activities.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Was playing around with this and Uipath's free trial, and AA was MUCH easier to understand. Took a course and caught on right away. Simpler than you think, don't be intimidated. Others are coding heavy and not everyone has that background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe better documentation online so I don't have to keep going back to training videos to look up concepts and how-to's.

What do you like best about the product?
The AA team has been extremely attentive to Cardinal. We're still in the early stages of our journey. The talent that AA has brought to Cardinal to support our Bot-a-thon event in December 2018, a intelligent email routing workshop and three day bot development training in February have been outstanding.
From our AA practitioners, I have heard very positive feedback about the easy of use. We saw 5 teams build useful bots over the course of 1 1/2 days. The bots are not quite production ready, but 2 of the 5 are on track to be deployed to production soon.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our ability to move fast on the opportunities for RPA at Cardinal have been a challenge. There is increasing interest here in cognitive automation; I haven't seen enough of AA's roadmap regarding the hybridization of Machine Learning and RPA to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking at many opportunities across our many business processes, starting with IT processes. We're starting slowly and carefully but expect to see acceleration in 3-6 months.
