Using AA for Mainframe interaction in the citrix environment. Time, space & cost is the best benefit realized.

Coding using AA is very developer friendly and the overall Bot performance is excellent compared to any other automation tool

System integration needs to be improved. AA needs to find ways to integrate mainframe, ERPs and PDFs and needs to improve the integration options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing process automation in large scale using AA. IQVIA is a leader in Hrealthcare industry and we have over 10, 000 processes globally which are very complex in nature. Before selecting AA we have assessed multiple Automation tools and found AA is the most suitable one to handle complex scenarios, different operating environments and AA performance and coding is much easier compared to other tools. The major benefit is it is highly scalable and efficient tool

What do you like best about the product?
Effective and User Friendly - We have looked at various options for almost three to six months before we chose Automation Anywhere as our RPA partner. Automation Anywhere is simple to understand even for people with non technical background. We are from Financial Services have developed an In House team which develops and administrates the bots after getting six weeks of training from Automation Anywhere. They were very helpful in training us and resolving all our queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we can have the Task bot and IQ bot as single product. Not sure whether this is possible, but it will help immensely for financial processes. This will be very helpful in automation the Accounts Payable process. May be sometime in the future this might happen as well:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All repeated and rule based process in our office are automated now and it has provided the users to harness their time in a better way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After using the tool for more than one year now we would strongly recommend Automation Anywhere as a go to product if you are venturing in to RPA. The ease in which we can develop and put bots in to production is simply the best in market.

Pulling the capital from SAP and applying the necessary filters to get the CVG Entity/business combination. Review each WBS for policy compliance (over spending, finish dates, no spending for the last 3 months, R&D requirements etc.). Send out an email to the contacts for each project to get an update on the flagged items. Then updating AP with received updates.

What do you like best about the product?
AA support RPA very effective & efficient manner and we see easy penetration of automation in our operation seamlessly. With less coding knowledge & good logical thinking - AA is best way to use for automating projects. Secured vault, integration to applications BOT sight are great features of this application

integration of cognitive & RPA along with ML is required to scale up automation. We see RPA & IQ are two different world and active independently..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems related to operations / managed services. This is wealth management domain and we have very specific uses cases which are not common in nature unlike accounts, IT Services, Supply chain and so on. With AA , we were able to easily penetrate automation as it has very distinctive features like UI Automation and the security &architecture build are highly secured. We realized / reduced redundant tasks & saved more manual hours. We are also reduced risk and avoid human errors in the automated processes. All rule based process are been automated through AA RPA solution and BOT insight POC has given wider perceptive on BOT Analytics. IQ BOT with cognitive technology helps to extract PDF information easier and quicker. Through Apeople website, exclusive developer forum wherein they can able to understand and share thoughts to know best practice. Support has been extremely well and regular intervals meet up are conducted.

Very Essential tool to work effectively
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is most preferred RPA due to its user friendly interface,. The options are very clear and you around 500+ commands to automate almost any type of your daily work. It is very flexible to connect to database and perform database operations. You can even send emails after a job completion so that the status will be known to all.i also like the easy features like reading from excel/csv files and perform operations on that data. I also liked the feature of Object cloning which is very effective to capture the objects ( like Input box, check box, radio button, drop down list) from Web pages and perform operations in it The AA Support team is very cooperative , they are available at any time to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few areas which i feel it could be slightly better to have more good user experience like some time the object cloning doesn't work when it ran on another machine , There are certain limitations which i faced while using the trail version like i faced difficult to capture the objects in Google Chrome browser. Some issue with the web recorder to capture table table , need to do it more than once to capture exact information.

i) We have used to automation of Suppliers details entry into oracle applications , which we use to do manually. This saved a lot of our time and also reduces the manual errors like typo..

What do you like best about the product?
I got to know something new and really want to know more or learn more about this & on this. I made some really nice bots which made my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the work was really boring and I had to do same things again and again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can take any table data online and save it into the system very efficiently. Normally this work will take many hours for a big table but by creating a bot and showing it how to do that process, it makes our work easier and takes very less time as compared to a person.

I liked this platform primarily because of creative automation solutions provided by it. The different automation tools like smart recorder, object recorder, web recorder makes all tasks requiring human supervision completely automated, this means peace of mind, saves money and also helps us to use human brains on more mission critical tasks

In think the product is nearly perfect, but would be great to see improvements to make the automation with voice commands

I completely solved the problem of video stream recording and forwarding immediately after I stream to twich platform, I was able to deliver good content within time to all of my fanbase
