Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
When there is a problem or issue. AA is great at following through and making sure the problem is completely solved. We currently went through an upgrade to a newer version of AA. They were extremely helpful with assisting and ensuring the new version was set up properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel AA support is more worried about closing tickets. I can understand why the support is centered around tickets, however at times it can appear they are more focused on getting the ticket closed out than resolve the issue in the best way possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long repetitive data manipulation processes are now being done by AA bots. This has saved workers time and enabled them to spend their time on more value added work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk with their sales rep. They are great at providing detailed information about the product.

Very good RPA tool still developed and enhanced. New features added e.g. IQ Boot, Boot Insight.

Some lack of technical documatation, poor free e-learning model

with Automation Anywhere we are solving problem with data manipulating , comparising data in excell etc
Awesome Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The innovative way of learning, the gamification of training, the logical MCQs were the best part of Automation Anywhere University courses. I loved the tool, compared to other tools. I have been working with RPA tools, the simplicity of AA makes it the best choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such specific.I would like to hear python integration in coming version. Also a GUI based workflow kind of tool will make it more than awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing bots for invoice processing. Data aggregation, validating the data point based on the regular pattern. Storing data into multiple ERPs. Account Handling in retail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it is that you are starting with any RPA tool, I would strongly recommend starting with Automation Anywhere, the SAP integration and the metabots section makes it stand different from all competitive tools.
At a higher level, don't forget to give a try to IQ bots. The development and management of bots with Automation Anywhere is more than simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is a simple and plug and play type tool. This can be used by any non coding experience person in the organization who has basic system knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I am exploring the product more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I am using this for my regular Business Systems Sustaining Work. In multiple processes where repetitive tasks performed by IT support team , are automated.

some tools integration are not complete, missing some important functions

GL Exchange rates loading is a very good example of a project that benefit a lot from automation anywhere since it allowed users to take care of more strategical activities

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a fantastic journey to work with Automation Anywhere till now as it is global leader in the market for RPA. Met with lot of helpful people here & learnt lot of things in different verticals.

I do not see anything going wrong.Everything is going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned RPA and that too AA because to expose my self to reduce the repetitive tasks ti save time when extracting the data from web into csv .Web recorder is used very much.
Agile response team, easy to train tool, very flexible and informative
What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness of AA, very agile in response and quick in trouble shooting, very accommodative to our request and flexible. Technology works very well. Good domain expertise who can build a bot in very short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though AA has good domain/RPA expertise in building/coding the bots, there is no much understanding of the process and hence we are more dependent on our process SMEs to provide inputs on work around or process redesign when there is a road block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary objective is to reduce manual efforts, improve efficiency and quality of output and give back time to our users to focus on more value added activities. In Accounts receivables we are automating Cash application and billing processes, in accounts payables we have automated the payments process which was very manual and many reporting activities which were earlier executed using spreadsheets. We are starting with IQ bots to automate AP invoice processing. In AR we have realized around 10% efficiency as we are yet to roll out the automation to all entities.

Automation Anywhere has also got excellent AI capabilities, thus allowing automation of a few processes where some logical thinking is required.
One more healthy feature is the Control Room. From the information I have from my Admin team, it is very simple to use with the ease of scheduling and workflows.
The support from Automation Anywhere has always been top notch in my experience with ready availability of experts as and when needed.
Automation Anywhere has also got excellent AI capabilities, thus allowing automation of a few processes where some logical thinking is required.

Break point does not work during debugging. The software is a bit expensive but with all the features available, it makes it worth it!!

We are using this tool to automate PO creation, PO change requests, Uploading Item cost logs, Item creation, running a myriad of reports etc

I would not hesitate in recommending Automation Anywhere to future automation aficionados due to its ease of use, compatibility with multiple systems, browsers and mail clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is in fact very easy to learn and use. You are able to create bots in a very short time which help you get rid of annoying processes (rather not complex ones). With the command-library you get everything you need to automate almost anything you would do as a human on the desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to microsoft operating systems (clients). It would be nice, if there were future clients for mac OS and Linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beeing used for reportings (take data from several systems with no api and consolidate those to a nice report), manual steps in between processes, getting data out of semi-structured files (IQBot).
