AA is A+ for the RPA
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and can accommodate stakeholders of various kinds meaning very common sense software. Development can be done by non computer science background people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a standard that AA can push as a default template for a particular process which by default has a complete solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finance Automation. Saving hours and productivity.

The UI, Integration, Ease of installation, customization and ease of usage to anybody anywhere.

Integration with Citirx / VDI Environment can be further enhanced

Productivity balance, Quality, Customer experience, Efficiency are some of the problems being addressed to AA in our division and we have been able to achieve success to a large extent

Go for it, but make sure you on board your stakeholders the sponsors and Technology team along this journey otherwise it be difficult to achieve the high standards and success AA can enable you.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Automation Anywhere to automate the Various banking process. So far AA has helped us deliver 4 bots and there are Bot-itive Feedbacks from both Business Users and Developers. Developers find it flexible and programmer friendly. We are about to train 4 more developers and buy 4 more licenses. Our own RPA team is booming now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I am in position to dislike this tool as of now. May be after a year or may be after trying other Automation tools and comparing them with AA I might have some views. But right now its perfect for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have applied it to automate the banking Fund Accounting processes.
Benefits are: reduced FTE, Long hours working Bots, After office working bots and reduced Cost.

Excellent tool for automation
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best automation tool due to its simplicity to implement, very intuitive and the academy has excellent course, with good didactic, facilitating the use of the tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I worked with the old V11 tool, this new version is definitely better, with all the improvements I imagined. So far I don't see a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked as a developer, I made several bots. Today I am working as an analyst in a logistics sector.

Automation Anywhere offers excellent courses that help a lot in the use of the tool, with a good presentation and didactics.

The training is well structured and well designed. Good assignments for new learners as well as professionals.

I strongly appreciate Automation Anywhere team work. There is nothing to dislike. Training is very exiting and interactive.

Automation Anywhere is very compatible for most of the applications. It is best tool for Automating a repetitive task like Gmail Automation, Excel Automation etc. It is very user friendly.

This is a wonderful platform to learn how to develop bots, how to automate things right from our housebuilding digital workforce and also helping in creating cognitive bots driven by AI and ML.

There's nothing to dislike about Automation Anywhere.It is a complete package which helps us in automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current business problems which are being solved using Automation anywhere is that we want the banking sector to be fully automated and bank employees are tired of replying the same answer to the customers. So , by using Automation anywhere, we are developing bots which can interact with the customer and help him in solving his needs and also reduction in work of the bank employees.
