Ace of allmost all automation tools
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked on 4-5 automation tools as Developer, Senior developer and Tech Lead. AA seems like more stable and versatile tools that i come up till now. A semi technical person can also develop small automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA debugging system is little hectic as compare to other tools

Integration Problems With Newer Applications And Legacy Systems, Alarm Monitoring, Report generations from multiple applications

There is nothing that I do not dislike. I am happy working with this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop functionality of the tool makes it easy to play around and requires less programming knowledge.
Ease of implementation: makes user to not worry about writing hundreds and thousands lines of code.
Control Room: single orchestrator that lets you control your bots from a single place and helps manage them with the help of performance analysis; a simple URL that makes you do all of that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't supports all the programs and applications in windows.
Logging could've been better; automation anywhere team could have segregated the logs for an efficient logging.
The image recognition needs to improve as sometimes even at 100%accuracy the AAE client is unable to fetch the correct details and recognize the image.
Object cloning: object cloning in automation anywhere doesn't works for basic websites like google forms; i was unable to map a simple submit button to the bot; ended up using the "Insert keystrokes" command in the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other RPA Tools , coding knowledge is not needed. its developed for Business team. The IQ Bot concept is very good to extracted data from scanned images which is not available in any other RPA tools.
Also they are in the industry for more than 14 years .

Earlier Its has no trial versions for the non partners users. They have released the community edition which resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation anywhere to automate the finance transactions. We automate SAP and Excel and web based applications.

I recommend automation anywhere since any business user can learn and automate process. No coding knowledge is required. It have IQ which having machine learning ,AI capabilities to extract data from scanned images/pdfs.

User Interface is good, easy to learn and use. Overall the Bots developed are stable and reliable.

Control Room features and the client environment. Quick responses from AA team. And good assistance is provided by the team. Liked the IQ Bots implementation. Using IQ Bots, processing involving PDF's can be automated easily. Liked the sessions provided by AA Team. Good tool for automation in SAP application and other windows applications. Liked the IQ bot session and design. Looking forward to use IQ Bots and implement the automations.

Need to improve the recorder technology. Not able to capture most of the objects using object cloning.
Need to read the other language data. OCR should be improved. Should add some in built logics in SAP metabot for fetching tables in SAP. Need to improve the features for automation in web application. Need to implement the search option for variables in variable manager to save time in looking for variables..

What do you like best about the product?
The number of various tools in AA attracts me the most. The ease of dragging the tools, availability of system variables, along with the cognitive learning which is less efficient in other RPA tools helps the users to use the concept of AI. Also the Control Room Dashboard is comparatively much more useful as it covers extra areas as covered to other RPA tools.
The AA available courses are also very easy to implement and uses different approach as compared to others.Its easy to automate Repetitive and Mundane activities. It enhances Business process Significantly. AA has built in commands with help us from Custom coding.

What do you dislike about the product?
In control room it is sometimes confusing where to find which graphical charts to analyse our bots and devices. Also the various login rights are a little bit confusing. Plus the AA trial version sometimes runs and sometimes does not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till date, i have used AA to follow the study path given in the AA courses. Additionally i have also tried to implement basic functionalities for automating invoice data extraction, automating email, extracting data from excel to store it in SAP , etc. In some stages, it felt that AA is much more efficiently automating the tasks as compared to other RPA tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Maintain it at simple solutions at first. Backend tasks work better, but it's better to understand the basic uses of the tool first and foremost. After that start using the tool to it's full potential so you can be amazed at it's potential.

Price of the tool or licence is little high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have developed more than 2000 bots, which mean at least 20%-30% of work has been cut down of doing it manually. As per my observation we are making the employee to concentrate on other priority work instead on doing only the daily repeated task. RPA has helped the work to be more accurate and faster. It has also helped to increase the productivity as their no working hours dependency as it can work 24hours a day, which makes the company more profitable.

What do you like best about the product?
The solid architectural design and working which ensures that the Clients - Creators and Runners are working to their intended functionality. Also, the support, customer engagement is wonderful which ensures that we as customers are delivered what we intend to achieve. The consulting services is a boon for us seeking their advice on PoC's and PoT's which we are undertaking. The product is also evolving incredibly fast in tune with the market demands which makes it even more exciting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything mentioning but if there is scope for improvement then we would say the Licensing arrangements with their orders team can be improved. It takes a while for the team to share and that at times leads to a slow down in our overall delivery plans.

We are on a Digital Transformation Journey and RPA is at the bed rock of the transformation.

It was a lenghty process. We hafd to complete too many modules at a time.
