What do you like best about the product?
Object Cloning and Excel Automation Functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Security compromise. If password from credential manager is mapped to username, then password gets visible which is a security threat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating accounts and customer care business applications. Apart from that i am also automating SAP postings.

Very Good Automation Tool. Any beginner can start using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Most Important part of the automation anywhere is Simple and user friendly. All the Activity available in Automation anywhere are self explanatory. Easily identify the use of activity. Control Room provides all the reporting functionality very well. In Version 11.3 some advance features are also added like workload management it helps a lot to maintain transaction details. IQ Bot is advanced technique to extract data from formatted as well as unformulated document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to highlight here every thing is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on healthcare domain, we are Automating legacy applications as well as mainframe application. Using Web Service REST API functionality getting request from Service Now API and Accordingly Update available details in Legacy Application. In few Scenario we are extracting details from Excel application using excel activity and Perform some data manipulation and update in mainframe application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If Possible then Provide Datatype in Variable manager like Datatable which can hold bulk data which we can used on index basis.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly development console. Mobile app to manage RPA bots. Cognitive ability of the platform in terms of IQ bots is really path breaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few bugs in terms of security of user credentials which AA should plug on an immediate basis. A smart developer can easily find out the passwords stored in Credentials vault with a simple trick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems like - 1) Mass Smartform generations and mailing it to the customers on a daily basis
2) Mass bank statement downloads from the bank sites and uploading it in ERP
3) Employee mobile reimbursement request approval/rejection basis defined business rules
4) Channel Partner Brokerage Posting
5) Credit Notes Posting etc.
Man hours savings, Increased Process Compliance, Complete validations checks for all the records rather than on sample basis, Cost savings by automating the outsourced tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the application yet it is so powerful. It can be used across multiple applications which gives immense advantage in automating the processes across applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the process of releasing BOTs to production environment can be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating the repetitive tasks that are done by admin teams currently. This is helping us to save time and have resources concentrate on much important tasks.

Their tailor made pricing allows me to suggest different licence package options to our customers based on their budget and automation potential.

A typical day includes ... with employees & management , understanding the talent requirement , head hunting on various portals , LinkedIN ,natural market groups ,,,,collating reports , data , taking care of day to day operations, serving the requirements of employees , being a trainer ..I am passionate about learning new thing every day. Make people Happy; live every day as a last day of life

Implimentation of Financial Close Process using RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Detailed design was established. The way we handled closed process country by country using excel as input was awesome. Also reusability of metabots across all master bots of close process is super. Credential vault and Dashboard in control room makes attractive for management to go with AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot creator licensing must be free and unlimited (since AA is free for SMEs and Students now)
Bot runner licensing must have been billed only for Production environment and the same numbers should have been given free for test instances.
Sometimes capturing oracle forms as assets in Metabot was difficult. The close button in forms was not captured. we had to use keyboard shortcut keys.

Application transactions were stopped during month end process. Now we can minimize this window. And release the resources involved in this close process for other priorities.
