Automation anywhere is best to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand and accessible. Automation is so much fun and learning now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It has been great using this tool. No issues face till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using it for UI based application and due to which testing is very easy and less time taking. It has reduced human efforts and time is saved.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that it does not require years of specialized knowledge in IT. he automation is really friendly, you do not need to program from scratch to be able to take an automation to production, the administration of the automation with the current version, it improves and ensures that the robots in production run safely and efficiently, giving traceability of everything What do they do.
One of the improvements that we liked a lot is the ease of creating a group of pending robots for each work item, ensuring the total use of each robot in production. The security of the platform is exceptional if the environment is configured correctly, the fact of having a trunk of credentials, gives the possibility of user what it has natively without implementing another credential administrator.
When we find exceptions, it is worth mentioning that we have many options to handle them and also handle critical errors that are commonly presented in business processes. The ability to automate applications with citrix gives an important advantage over other tools, because when there are no objects can be automated with image recognition or with the functionality of mbot, Ai Sense.

Really little, just that you can not create custom objects to control specific applications

Decreased runtime, short-term ROI, making people more human in what they do on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool. User friendly interface provides fast and easy learning process for even beginners developer. Using a large number of available commands one can automate any extensive process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functions available with variable operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating working with different websites and applications to save a lot of business hours. It provides integration of multiple applications in one single window. We can build a bot in a period of not more than two weeks.

Its a great tool in the field of Robotics Process Automation. It provides simple flow of work. Would surely recommend.
Best tool to automate task that require a lot of repetitive work
What do you like best about the product?
the feature that you can use it on pretty much any tool on your desktop. it is incredible that you can log to multiple site or databases and do tasks on your desktop as massaging data from an excel file or word doc.

developing takes a while sometimes, mainly because the tool is new for our org so it take sometime to get use to on how things work in the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user friendly the software is. I think the approach on reallocating employees to focus on value added time due to automating transnational processes is main reason that makes this technology great. The training material also I think is very helpful. I self taught myself purely from doing the training and certifications that Automation Anywhere offers then playing around with the software itself
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a developer background, Its hard to find the code to use to drag down rather than write the script. It feels limiting, but this seems like the future of coding either way. I think the training material is very helpful, but it would be nice to add more training's of that style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I develop bots for procurement centers. There are lots of transnational processes that are good candidates for Automation Anywhere. The most advantageous realization would be when analyzing a process, and opening new opportunities of standardizing the process or optimizing it prior to automation. This really helps find the best possible process for standardization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the most important place to start with software such as Automation Anywhere is to focus on applying it first to redundant tasks that you wish to relieve your employees from. It is better to build your companies compatibility from the most basic process. I think that the most important aspect is understanding what the software should be used for before implementing it into any project.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to automate route manual, daily task, i.e. running and manipulating data in the same compliance reports.
I would be able to get more done throughout the day if I don't have to devote some much time to the reporting process.

Training articulation is amazing and i would recommend other to go through it
What do you like best about the product?
I attended BA training and got myself certified, and I would say the way it was articulated to make user experience is amazing. I would recommend all the interested candidate to learn about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certificate download option was not available, Automationanywhere share the link to the candidate, though option to download the certification would be great. I wrote email to Automationanywhere about it but couldn't follow up on it.
