The application is very well presented making it extremely easy to use and is a extremely strong tool, almost anything a human can do the bots will blow it out of the water speed and reliability wise.

Struggle to think of anything in specific.

First of all, this is leading tool for automation and also have the lots of learning materials on Automation Anywhere University Site. This is the best feature for beginners. AA is the robust tool for all types of automation like web, window , Citrix, PDF, Image Automation, Keyboard Strokes, Mouse Clicks and Control Room is the best feature for all types of activity handling.

2. Less technical knowledge required, only basic coding standard required like conditional, looping, array, database.
3. If developers missing something, and save it at that time AA tool check and massage for missing part.
4. AA is highly accurate for all types of automation maintained above

1. Toolbar: Automation Anywhere Toolbar is in more complex as compare with Microsoft Visual Studio Toolbar, in AA Toolbar all the commands categories with Tree View and individual command search not on the top of the AA Toolbar like Microsoft Visual Studio.
2. AA Toolbar may be categories like Microsoft Visual Studio Toolbar like: All Windows Form Controls, Common Controls, Navigation and Layout.
3. AA Software tool is less appropriate for task where actual human decision making is highly required.

Right now I am working on healthcare domain where we process the patient claims related to insurance. this is very supportive software tool for full fill the automation requirements related to health care business process automation like web, window and PDF. Object Cloning is very useful in my process automation.

It does not have Goto function. It add extra loops .Which makes the code less flexible.
Task bot has a limit of 25 analytics variable. However in a real world scenario there might be a n number of variables required.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and implement Drag and Drop commands with sub-commands makes it interesting for Bot Creator to automate any task. Object Cloning and Web Recorder provide different methods to easily work with Web Applications. Meta Bots and IQ Bots which makes processing of semi-structured and unstructured data easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I found missing was a search option for commands and variable declaration limit to 25 in a task which makes difficult to use and include all table fields of the database in the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked with Web Applications, Windows Application, OCR and Pdf integration in the Automation. I have been working in a healthcare organisation and automation tasks that involves Claims processing and Cash posting Activities which are repetitive tasks. Automation Anywhere has made capturing web elements easy by incorporating various methods like get text by ID, set text, get total number of rows etc. which was otherwise difficult to implement. Also, looping through table and files in folders have become easy using its ready to use inbuilt Commands.

Keep making it more updated as per the needs . Other than that everything seems to be good for now. I am happy using this tool . Work is much more easy and interesting using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a codeless approach of solving repetitive task. The codeless approach makes it easy to understand for even the people from non-cs background.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IQ Bot could have been available in trial version as well. Takes some time when the dataset is huge or the files which we are uploading is huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive task. Reduced man hours and labour and provided accuracy

It is one of the best RPA tools available in the market and I would suggest every RPA professional to try it once.I am sure once you use it you won't use any other RPA tool.It's really that easy and catchy.Moreover one of the thing about Automation Anywhere is that beginners can learn and get certified on the various courses that are available on the official website.The certficates provided by Automation Anywhere team holds huge value when you go for a project,interviews or even otherwise.The training videos are top quality and the trainer literally tries and rather simplifies even the difficult topics so that you understand it very well.
I have used other RPA tools as well but one thing I can guarantee you that none of them are as good as Automation Anywhere.
So,must use tool for every RPA professional.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation anywhere provides a wide range of functionalities, some of them what I used and felt best was object cloning as it gives the very good scope of capturing the data from the web applications as well as from the desktop applications. There are different commands for different types of applications such as desktop and web applications. the excel automation commands provide very quick and accurate processing of the excel, we can even use excel as the database to fetch the data. The best thing is to create the variables while creating bot in A360
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain minor limitations, as I see sometimes even community and licensed version stops and keep on loading as Deploying Bot. From my end, I feel this has to be fixed IN AA360 or A2019.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There we have thousands of employees whom we need to go and revoke access or provide the access. It helped me and the team to reduce the manual efforts at many places. I have used the email automation where I have used screen automation features

I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere to other users due to its features, ease of use ,less coding experience and many useful commands and build in functionalities. the metabot and IQ Bots are the added very good advantage to make the process automation get completed with ease. The automation anywhere provides the quick support. the support team and the mentors are very experienced.

what i like the best about automation anywhere is that i really now can handle lot's of work and fix issues as i don't waste anytime collecting data from websites and emails and i let automation anywhere do that for me, simple and easy to you,

well for the moment as i don't know much yet about automation anywhere, there's no much things i don't like it about automation anywhere, only like a bit complicated to get to use the bot and to create but it''s manageable and from the videos there i could learn a lot, i'm still getting to know the program

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere is that I could solve a lot of problems as staying all the day finishing a big amount of work, collecting data from sites and emails. Automation Anywhere made it very easy for me I can save time to finish other important work as I let AA do the job for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like this product so much I don't have anythink that I don't like about AA, however I think that you need to improve ease of use as it takes a lot of study to create my own bot, and there is a lot of tabs for the analyzing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a very effective product, it has so many benefits: I can save a lot of time in the usual taks that I do daily, making time for me to do another tasks in the same time. Also, AA is saving money for the companies, making the work more effective and avoid mistakes and that makes the work cycle more smooth and successful, that also it makes systematic.
