What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can have different sessions according to your profile (developer, business analyst, it) and the mobile application
What do you dislike about the product?
i guess the fact that the online training it was launched significantly later than the other academies from other vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Meta bots and IQ Bot are the best features I’ve used in this tool. But I haven’t worked much on the IQ bot though.

Delay in support and resolving technical issues

What do you like best about the product?
The support provided by Automation Anywhere has been great. When Mihir says they will do whatever it takes to ensure our success he means it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to go faster but wouldn’t everybody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our first few use cases have been swivel chair processes.i in a few months, weave automated roughly 30% of the transactions in our first use case freeing up teammate for more value added activities. Our second uses case is saving 12 hours of teammate time so far and we are conitinually on boarding additional work.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere which is based on RPA platform is a superb product which is digitizing the world .It has a lot of new technologies like AI , ML which are in trend now. The software products that adapt to robotic process automation technology in leading financial services, business process outsourcing, healthcare, technology, and insurance companies
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such I disliked in Automation Anywhere . I am very happy with it since I am using it , because I am able to develop around 20 bots which are helping in our project . The future of RPA is only depends on Automation Anywhere which is ruling the world now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our project we had so many problems relating to process the flat files , which was earlier very difficult , but now because of Automation Anywhere it is easing the things very much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very good platform in easing our software things and automate the applications we develop . Please everyone should go through this and make the most of Automation Anywhere.

The use of so many partners, for proof of concept we had an AA developer who had extensive knowledge of the product, when we needed additional support we used partners and I felt this slowed the development down due to lack of knowledge of the AA product as they were new to it

Manual input tasks that means exceptions sometimes get missed due to volume. Capacity created to take on additional processes to support the business.

Easy and appealing user interface with commands written in understandable English

Some commands feel a bit convoluted - for example there is no copy and replace function, this needs to be done in 2 stages

It’s a simple tool to use with so much potential. As a business user with limited technical expertise prior to receiving the training it is really easy to pick up and learn.

I have found AA as an organization great to partner with. There product has been adopted within our org quickly due to its versatility and usability.. it’s one of our COE key benefit enabling tools

All good however there some product bugs which do need to be resolved in advance of customer use
