What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ease of use to create a Bot. Online training is very broad and easy to use and follow-through.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as program is very intuitive in the way it is set-up. Each organization has to determine what processes are best for a Bot development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just starting to find the processes that are best to be automated.

Technical.Product Support is the best have seen in the last few months, very talented and supportive for implementing BOTs in our business area

It will be helpful if we can read BOT code using standard editor, instead of only using AA client

Implemented 50+ rule based automation BOTs, we are planning to move to next level to use cognitive/AI ideas and explore in BOT Insight

Good evaluation and using it to reduce labor is useful for writing scripts that can be run through bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find anything bad in this.

It solved our business problems by automating the framework and enhancing security.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers seem to really like the product because they use it regularly. There are a lot of activities readily available in AA. Dragging is no issue and they are easy to understand. It makes day to day activities easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain about anything. It's very easy to use and to comprehends. It decreases manpower and overall cost so what is not to love?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, decrease in manpower and overall cost is low. This helps them increase work-efficiency. Automation of repetitive task using excel and using EWS is above par. Work efficiency automation of repetitive task is above adequate.

Give it a try and you will be very happy you did. It's going in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface to developing the process any person can work in that tool no need coding knowledge simply we want to think logical thinking
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not looking like a sequence order some times it will give error while running the code I think it's bug issue so please resolve the issue as soon as possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial ,banking , medical invoices are automating here.

Now it's. Handling with front automation so up coming that backend automation going to AI so they want implement AI in Automation Anywhere itself it's good to work
Automation and Cognitive tool best in market
What do you like best about the product?
What I like in the tool is the top down structure and was of the activities to use and it is very easy to debug the error in automation anywhere rather than other competitors like Uipath and blueprism. When you talk about the cognbitive services the tool is giving the best services with IQ Bot though little costly but it works very well with unstructured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is when we code in automation anywhere the code is lil clumsy you cannot understand easily when many if else comes it will be even harder to understand the code and the new cloud version is little slow

We are solving all the healthcare policy renewal automation, HR Processes and the claims automation

This is the best tool in market built with all the capabilities the developer need to save time and the IQ bot is just incredible. You can easily get the work done in a short span of time.

Consider your in house users aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. Have them review (demo)at least two of the other RPA tools.

Database handling and building a bot is easier than any other tool.
Analyzing errors and fixing the code is very simple as it gives exact errors which is giving trouble to execute the process. Dashboard looks very informative and trial versions are very helpful.
Free training videos, trial versions and all documents are helpful in learning RPA and it is very informative.
Main thing is you don't need to have coding skill to perform development and several steps to prepare sequence is helpful.
The best part is its creating the market for budding engineers, hopefully it will continue to do some amazing work.

Look and feel feature should be more user friendly.it's really great and very simple to see if a window exists, to see if a process is runnin I'm waiting for a window to close.
Nothing to say in a prior but Installation of Control Room is bit complicated
AA doesn't have Search bar for searching commands/Activities in the activities pane.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for a good amount of commands to be able to specific to make creating tasks a lot easier.Automation Anywhere also provides the concept of AI as it deals with cognitive learning and the user can perform with IQBots and MetaBots. The amount of activities available in AA are immense. These are easy to understand and easy to use (drag and drop activities). And the best part what i like in AA is automating Sql server, where all reconciliation and ETL redundant procedures can be automated
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such.It has easy to use commands..And documentation of each commands helps developer to know insights about AA tool. So its Very good .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving problems on comparing and working with data between different platforms and on processing a lot of data in Excel using the bots, working with structured data and deploying script on Remote. Currently we are also solving the problem using this tool to help our HR team. This helps them increase work-efficiency.Automation of repetitive task using excel and using EWS. Getting data on pdf file and put it on the excel template. Realize that it is more cost effective.Logistics, IT and Operations along with internal finance transactions.

Already recommended to my team and friends.I recommend to use Automation Anywhere to decrease manpower and cost.Now a days people do not use IE. So please provide support for chrome. If possible also provide support for fire-fox in web browser.
