The automation anywhere is the best tools. They are offering more then 500 commend.

The master certification fee is too high

What do you like best about the product?
Being less versed with scripting, Automation Anywhere came to rescue to automate almost everything with no actual scripting involved. Dashboard shows everything and navigation is quite easy and anyone can understand the flow between various categories displayed on the dashboard. Scheduling and trigger automation scripts is quite easy to understand and easily manageable. One tool that enables us to automate desktop applications, web applications, Citrix and SAP. Automation anywhere, I guess, is the first automation tool, to my understanding, has cognitive automation that involves machine learning and artificial intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visual display of process flow automated is missing. Having visual display of automated process flow would take the tool to another level altogether. I am not sure whether Automation Anywhere can be integrated with Team Foundation server (TFS). If this can be integrated then status of all automated scripts can be shown on the dashboards that can be created on TFS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, implementing business processes which is executed once on weekly basis manually and executing it usually takes 5 man days of effort. Having implemented business processes using Automation Anywhere will definitely save 30 hours of efforts approximately and will give good return on investment.

Automation Anywhere helps in automating business processes at a faster rate. It doesn't involves scripting, which is a plus point and can be used by anyone who understands what a automation is and what role does automation plays in a software industry.

Intuitive interface, easy understanding and conceptual descriptiveness.

Customer Reputation Management, there should be a more direct contact options than mailing/query.
For instance if I have an urgent query at the workplace then i should have an instant medium of communication either by 24/7 chat or call support as the work might get hampered due to this.

Amazing structuring of sessions with enough coding as well as architecture focus.control room part was very useful to architect a solution. Enjoyed the business analyst part for deciding which solutions to start with for RPA implementation. I could even complete my certification in single attempt

I think that It's a great product even if licensing is very expensive

What do you like best about the product?
IQBot is the most powerful tool that I worked on. The tool is helpful to share the human workload in terms of daily activities i.e an HR work can be automated for daily work activities. By creating a learning instance one can upload 150 invoices together then the system automatically creates different groups and do the classification of the different invoices and place them in respective groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of improvement is there in IQBot. Sometimes it is not able to detect all the fields in an invoice or an handwritten document or invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working as a performance tester for IQBot and not dealing with business problems directly. I detect performance issues of the application and convey that to the concerning team to resolve them. Team fix the issues and then I do regression testing. The same process we do with different builds.

The Day i enrolled for this program, i was a bit skeptical whether it will be a new language that I have to learn- but as soon as i have attended the training’s - it was like awesome and so engrossing.
Building logic into steps which in turn translates into tasks.. via meta bots, task bots, iq bots, .
Learning this will shape our careers to the big thing in today- ai automation etc.

What do you like best about the product?
For this I would say all the features are best, but metabots feature was something that I liked the most of all.(yet not used the IQ bots which could be awesome than this I know). But yes, metabots feature is simply amazing, as most of our tasks are automating SAP so there metabot played a vital role.

Its really hard to say, but if I have to, then I would say working with some commands like keystrokes, run script or working with browsers sometimes caused problems and are not that smooth as required.

currently we are in pilot phase so have lesser tasks automated, but out of them we tried avoiding the repetitive tasks of users, mostly from sap, automated them and that is really helpful for them .

It'ts easy to test my bots, and the metabot is a powerful tool to automate filling long forms.

The tool could have more keyboard shortcuts, i feel that i work better without mouse.

We have already automated reading of access files and filling web based forms with it's contents.
We also automated web form filling with data of other websites.
Some excel files were automated to be filled with web application data and at the end of the day, the updated data of the same excel file is updated on the web application.
