Best tool to automate repetitive mundane task with simple user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using the tool and more commands to automate simple and medium complex tasks. Web based development environment and platform independent feature makes it more competitive to adapt
What do you dislike about the product?
direct support for .net data tables to fetch information or update the information from and to application. more built in variable types
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate accounting process for accounts receivable which directly impacting client with minimize the errors, maximize the accuracy, reduce turn around time

It is one of the best automation tool available in the market with great tech support team to assist and list of partners available in each location to enable & help you in your digital automation journey. Company's vision and product road map is practical and confidence in achieving it. Cloud enable and platform independence, web based, support to embed external scripts for advance ML like google, azure, aws, Python and R etc helps in addressing more complex use cases with ease. More scalable deployment architecture, integrated BOT Insight analytics, BOT store, reusable BOTs are key features helps in managing the overall AUTOMATION environment more efficiently and simple.

The fact that boring tedious tasks can be automated so easily. It is a great product and the learning process is interesting too.

That the trial version expires every 30 days.

Automated many tasks which include using Excel, Pdf, extracting data from various websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is user friendly tool. object cloning and the way you can move the mouse and either go to a particular point or go to an element. That's very easy and intuitive in Automation Anywhere... If I need to mimic a human behavior, I will use Automation Anywhere.It has three bots Task Bot,Meta Bot and IQ Bot.

Data scraping is difficult compare to other tools

Using Task bot working with multiple process. Working for healthcare process

I really like the simplicity of the software. Automation Anywhere gives a lot of functionalities to create a bot. We have just drag and drop commands to program the bot. It is very easy. More over, it is secure.

The fact of not being interfaced with Github for the moment and we can't choose the principal browse.

Automation anywhere let me win a lot of time to complete, compare and fill out forms. I can now focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
AA helps in Automating various processes within legacy systems in organizations. It comes with a blend of options and gives ample scope for quick automation if proper pre-planning was done. Enterprise version is pretty useful and easy to explain with clients. We would be more delighted if we were offered additional bots at a less price rather than the existing pricing standards. It is a pleasure to watch the bots in action as part of the Automation processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is nothing in AA which I dislike as we are working on the application for few of our clients and the number will grow for sure in the days to come. We are still looking out for options to identify resources for the support services from our end to clients for the initial and second level customer service escalations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now we have done work around PO automation, Vendor management, Claim processing demo is one more work we have done recently.

Multiple options available to choose from, ease of utilizing the software is pretty simple

Tool can be better if the click icon it were only image or software, but in screen recorder make a decision in position of software .

Time to completion, best use of resources and people allocation, error reduction on repetitive tasks. So far error reduction and time to completion show improvements, resource allocation still under evaluation.

Automation Anywhere is complete RPA tool. Before starting people should do feasbilty study & ROI study on the process. Also POC with Automation Anywhere team help us identify the which process are automatable.

Best part of Automation anywhere is the way it is designed and the way we can reuse our taskbots and metabots. Predesigned activities like loops, integration activities and customized reporting features make Automation Anywhere stand distinct among other RPA tools. PDF, Excel, DB and Outlook activities can be use straight away without any difficulty and can help to a great extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problem with the trail version is the one major thing which I dislike - reason is because the trail version keeps disconnecting for every 2 minutes which make the problem complex for people working on trail versions.

We are currently working in financial domain to automate some daily business transactions using Automation Anywhere. This helped our team in show casing benefits to our clients in a very short time and great ROI. Reporting and dashboard are the key feature which were liked by the whole team which benefits our client where he can showcase these reports to end business users.
