My Review of Automation A2019
What do you like best about the product?
I learned a lot about bots and RPA development and it really helped me with my job at Peopleshores. I feel that the certifications I earn will be great for my resume in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cloud based software is still unavailable to partners that use it for training purposes only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job is the biggest problem automation anywhere solves every day. I always go back to lessons when I need to learn more about commands like email automation or the various uses of the if command.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it!!!!! It would be a great idea I promise.
Amazing RPA
What do you like best about the product?
The concept of creating the Bots is amazing, you don't need a coding backgrounds just complete few basis training and you are good to go for the applications. It's really amazing and very easy to use application. We have implemented 5 RPA and it works absolutely great for our project. Amazing software, don't thing just go for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experience any downside of this application yet and hope will never get in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved everyday daily repetitive tasks which were done by humans on daily basis.This has benefited our project in many ways like cost wise, more time to concentrate on other tasks at hand. Best part is the Bots works flawlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have any repetitive task on structured data then the RPA bots are the best things you can have. You can save money time and everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to operate tool to automate any business process. All the commands are drag and drop and easily available in the task editor.
We can use the Recorders (Smart, Web and Screen recorders to record the business process steps.
We can use Metabots and DLL to automate the repetitive process and can be used multiple time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not useful when we come across the unstructured data. OCR capabilities need to be improved.
No customization of AA tool is possible.
Need to provide support for more database other than sql and oracle.
Provide the more api related access.
Also should provide access to customize the platform as per our requirement.

We automate the customers business process. we developed the bots to automate the ERP and financial processes. Also automates the month end and onboarding process.
It imporves the speed and saves the cost of project and process.
Also for a developers it is very easy to use tool. There are 500 plus commands are available.

from CR any one can control bots and bot runner matchines.

Employees develop their own digital co-workers. Much faster and more accurate than other automation alternatives.

Main problem = Combining swift wide scale deployment by employees with adherence to standards and best practices.

Reliability of apps in the bot store and instructions to set up those bots are inadequate

Automating Repetitive Processes- Lets Automate
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Tool has its own various commands which helps in automating repetitive processes in no time. The object cloning command provides every property of any web application. Also excel commands help us to automate any excel sheet. Web recorder, Screen recorder and smart recorder automatically capture the functions that we do. IQ Bot is also a very great feature to capture data and train and test for number of documents at a time. Also splitting of documents in IQ BOT 6.5 version is the new feature of IQ Bot which is good. Automation Anywhere can also be run on unattended ( no human intervention ) and attended mode. RDP Based Automation is also one key feature of AA. The new version of AA (11.3.3) has a lot of new enhancements and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much dependency on the control room. IQ bot should support handwritten pdfs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been developing workflows for repetitive processes using Automation Anywhere. The process finishes within no time and is so efficient. QAD Enterprise Edition have been automated using automation anywhere tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A very hands on and go to tool . Also the support from the automation anywhere team during issues or any concerns is very quick and is solved within no time. You also get to learn about IQ BOT which is used to extract data from pdfs and train the data. The new feature in IQ Bot 6.5 which helps to split multiple page pdfs into different pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I can develop much more rapidly with AA than UiPath or BP. Mostly, it comes down to the user interface being faster and my ability to work with Business Analysts and process owners, as opposed to working with developers who don't know the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to do an automatic replace of variable names if I change the name in the variable manager, similar to how other tools do it. It would also be nice if there was a keyboard shortcut (similar to UiPath's CTRL+K) to create a variable in a command in case I forgot to create it before starting to fill in a command (and then either needing a placeholder or losing my work to leave and go make the variable).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a partner, so my customers' problems are my problems. We have had tremendous success implementing IQBot to process LOTS of invoices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the true cost of development. It's much faster & cheaper to have your BAs developing than your engineers. With cost of implementation being similar for all the products out there, the true separating factor is the development time.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the easy user interface and the robustness is great in Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool needs to be integrated, not having separate interfaces for Metabot designer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation experience has been made simplified with the tool and there is a lot of savings in revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need to improve and focus more on Intelligent Automation and IQ bots, self learning will improve the tool a lot more and help beat the competitors in the market. The other tools in the market are not even close to Automation Anywhere but the tool needs to still beat the market and be the best in the business.

What do you like best about the product?
How the ROI period has been < 6 to 12 m, the full audit trail feature, the details around IQ Bot, the application of the AA tool for clinical studies, the genomics insights. The feature of computer vision and image extraction were the ones I liked the most
What do you dislike about the product?
The session was more or less impeccable for me, however a preread and access to sandbox server can be more useful

We are using it for Pharma GXP validation, SAP Gate pass entry issues, managing vendor payments through ERP's.
A user friendly tool to develop bots
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the capturing the human desktop interactions and the OCR features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trainings are a little tedious and time taking to have hands on the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well coming from an Application Support background there are numerous areas where I can use the bots like Application Health monitoring, Cleaning of files on server, Restart of services, Password Change for users etc.
