Automation Anywhere is very intuitive and improve the manual process
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere makes very easy the task of automating a manual process, the interface is so much intuitive and reliable to use, all the information available inside Automation Anywhere University is very helpful to me for understand all the tools and features of this magnificent software, from the very basic process to the processes that require the implementation of new technology like machine learning or artificial intelligence with the IQ Bot makes the development very easy to go in production
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that for the moment I do not find anything that makes me dislike this tool in the development process, but one thing that makes me frustrating is all the process to get install all the infrastructure to be ready for development, testing and production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helps me and my organization to bring a solution very fast to our clients in different areas such as banking, insurance, human resources, telecommunication. One of the most differential feature of automation anywhere is the possibility to map one big process click by click in a very few minutes.

My recommendation to all the people who start whit RPA and especially with Automation Anywhere is that do not be afraid of robots, all this technology is here to help us with all the manual process that makes our life less interesting, giving the people the opportunity to make more value for the company and bring solutions in less time to all of our clients.
User Friendly & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful piece of the platform are - recorders and drag & drop commands that make it very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is a bit complicated architecture to install and IT heavy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple tasks like updating my CRM, sending automated emails has reduced my manual work & has helped me become more productive

Simple and elegant tool in market for RPA implementation
What do you like best about the product?
It will be easily to learn and implement the process with the drag and drop facility which is lack in other tools in market. one with little knowledge about programming can automate the process which is very important for reaching the larger customer and AA easily overtake other tools

There is no specific reason , but some time AA client is not running automatically instead we need to start the service to launch the AA

We have implemented BPO process end to end for the client application which are legacy one and AA easily recognize the object and we are able to quickly implement the process. And few other repeated task done by the team are automated and we able to reduce the repetitive task done by person and we are using them for other work instead

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very clean and easy to navigate. Anyone can ramp up on RPA and create a working bot in very little time. The bot store is a great addition, and can save you loads of time. The release of a community version was the best thing AA could have done for people looking to get into RPA. Other products had a community version with greatly improves the education and sales effort by being able to demonstrate RPA capabilities. Now with a free community AA release, this has enhanced our ability to get AA in front of people more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all with the dev workbench. My only negative experience has been with the sales team, and lack of response when contacting to get pricing for a former employer. We felt blown off by a sales rep. We weren't big enough for him to care. Questions weren't answered, and a huge price was thrown out to send us away. Not a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of AHT in call centers. Scheduled reports delivered to Execs. Reduction in errors and increased FTE utilization. Also, due to API limitations in certain applications, Automation Anywhere filled in the gaps and allowed us to complete a task in very little time. Happy customers and IT shop.

Sign up and get the community version. Also, take full advantage of the training provided by AA. It's great.

Sometimes there isn't much control over some aspects of the automation, which is where coding aspect will come valuable

2)Easy Integration with .Net (We call as Metabot ). DLLs created in .net can wasily incorporated.

There should be feature for Datatable variable.Looping feature can be simplified.
ATMX file is fully encrypted. There should be something to read the ATMX file using c#.
Sometime ATMX file does not open if you have different version of AA. It should be rectified.

Relief from Boredom and Routine Work
What do you like best about the product?
Using Automation Anywhere we can automate the tasks/works which we are doing repetitively and frequently. It is very boring if you do the same task again and again, using AA we can eliminate that kind of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times if we changed the running system with different screen resolution Windows Control comments are not working properly. We have faced this for few tasks we have created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated around 6 process. It reduced the running time by 60% and provides error free outputs.
