The ability to create automation itself is a benefit that reduces human error. Technical support is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different products they have to offer that will suite the needs of your company. They partner with you to provide which “ bot” suites your company to make it profitable. It also always for new softwares to be installed and they always keep you current with their products and research they are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site makes sense to me, but for an average person I do not know if they would quite understand what the company does. Again. They are targeting specific people and companies- not the general public being pleased with how it looks and readability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using their analytics bot to help uncover process work flows in our hospital system. We are phasing out individuals who tend to make mistakes and instead replace with a system that is faster and more efficient and correct.

An Excellent Starting Point
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere was the first RPA software I've ever used. When it gets down to just automating, it's great. It's simple, straightforward, and easy to pick up and go. It has an excellent learning system (Automation Anywhere University) that is available for free to users. Additionally, the software has an extremely low cost barrier to entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
When things go wrong with Automation Anywhere, that's where things get complicated. Behind the scene "IT" issues often times plague our ability to keep the process moving along. We are currently undergoing a migration from AA v10.7 and v11.3 and it's been...cumbersome at best, and downright frustrating at worst. The support team is good, but it becomes a huge chore of being an accountant and trying to be the go between with our internal IT team and the AA Support staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're automating all aspects of our business. The time saved, the reduction in repetitive tasks, and the money saved have been immense.

Would I recommend it....yes. Do I include the disclaimer that it's at times difficult...yes.
Pretty exceptional service, can be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of it's statistics being in depth, and the concept of little details such as angles of incidence being recorded, measured, and shown. It's got a simple UI making it easy to browse and use. Wasn't hard to understand when I first started using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the UI is basic, there is a lack of features on it. For example, contacting them is a very hard task, and won't be found on the dashboard easily. They also ask for a lot of information such as screenshots, dates and reference numbers in order to review your case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over reliance on a single program. Now we're using programs such as automation anywhere to ensure there's a range of better products in our department.

A great program - Make sure to read it's privacy policy and ensure you agree with everything stated, in order to prevent the risk of any mishaps.
A Decent RPA Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly straightforward to use compared to other RPA tools. It moves very quickly once you run the robot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy, and it requires you to have your screen settings at 100% and screen dimensions of 1366x768 (not a default for most people). The community version can be more difficult to use than other softwares. The default is to use a lot of delay actions, which is not typically common in other RPA softwares, and there is no search feature for searching the activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it to automate different manual and repetitive processes, especially business-related ones -- i.e., anything with lots of steps that include clicks/keyboard typing, or involve a lot of different windows.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's important to evaluate all of the RPA tools you could use and to compare them with which you think would be most relevant to your use cases. Automation Anywhere has an online "University" where you can learn more about the software and watch how it is used, so those might be helpful to watch before downloading. In addition, you can use a free community version to play around in before committing to a license.

Graphical view, difficult to search the options. Difficult for the bots' structure for a new user. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
