What is our primary use case?

We are using Automation Anywhere majorly for automation, automating web applications or desktop applications.

What is most valuable?

The best features of Automation Anywhere include the user interface, which is quite easy to use now compared to its previous versions that were more difficult. The interface is user-friendly, and all code is visible during coding, showing what is going ahead and what follows in the code. This is not available in other RPA tools such as UiPath, which makes it a standout feature.

Additionally, Automation Anywhere is robust and the support is good. We get connected with the support team whenever required.

Co-Pilot is used for the processes involving human input while automating tasks. In the context of Automation Anywhere, it allows us to create various forms to facilitate this interaction. By incorporating user feedback during the automation process, we can streamline operations effectively. Overall, using Co-Pilot is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to build automations based on the forms we create.

What needs improvement?

There are several areas for improvement in Automation Anywhere that have been suggested by my team and colleagues during their Imagine event. They need work on WLM and when handshaking with their own application, as there is significant wiring required from a developer perspective. The WLM could be much easier and more understandable. It should be more accessible to developers because in the WLM, if a solution is developed, it cannot be tested in the dev environment. Testing must be done in the runner environment.

From a developer's perspective, there are fewer integration facilities, particularly AI integrations, compared to other tools. The pricing could also be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

Automation Anywhere has been in use for about nine years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of Automation Anywhere can be rated a nine out of ten. It is good.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

In terms of scalability, there have been no significant issues. Hundreds of bots have been developed without facing any problems. The scalability can be rated a nine out of ten.

In my current organization, 10 to 15 employees are working with Automation Anywhere. The larger team in other RPA department are using UiPath.

How are customer service and support?

They often provide good solutions, but sometimes they are unable to resolve issues, requiring users to find solutions independently, which can be time-consuming. I would rate their technical support a seven out of ten.

How would you rate customer service and support?

How was the initial setup?

We are using it as a SaaS solution. If we choose an on-premises solution, we receive a bundle that we need to install. This installation can be done on Azure, any cloud service, or on our own server machines. On the other hand, when we opt for a SaaS solution, they create control rooms and set everything up for us. We are only given an access key, or what could be referred to as a license key. By entering this license key, we can directly access the system. We can typically receive the license key quickly, often within a minute, for their cloud version. That's what I know about these solutions.

It requires some maintenance, but they are actively addressing it. They install patches and provide updates for the package versions. As a user of the SaaS solution, we don’t need to worry about these details. However, for the on-premises version, I believe users need to manually implement the solutions. Whenever there are updates or new package versions available, they deliver them to us, and we must install them in the control room.

Upgrading Automation Anywhere is very straightforward. It requires just clicking a button to upgrade multiple components including packages, solutions, control rooms, and the bot engine.

Regarding bot maintenance, if there are no changes in the web application or desktop application and no machine issues, bots can run for three to four years without human intervention.

What was our ROI?

The time saved by implementing Automation Anywhere depends on the number of applications involved. With fewer applications, it can save up to 40% to 50% of time. However, with complex applications involving multiple pages and interactions, the savings shift toward FTE savings, with time savings reducing to 10% or 20%. Sometimes it may take longer than manual user operations.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing of Automation Anywhere is less than UiPath but more than Power Automate, placing it in the mid-range. It can be considered expensive and could potentially be lowered.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

When comparing with other automation tools such as Power Automate and UiPath, all tools address similar problem statements but with different approaches. Each has unique features and limitations.

What other advice do I have?

Technical skills are essential for RPA. If you know any programming language and have some technical understanding, you will find it easier to get into RPA. However, if you lack knowledge of programming languages, it may be challenging for you. Learning RPA involves keeping up with new features and updates, so we are continuously learning the platform. It took me about one to two months to fully understand how to complete a process on my own.

I would rate it a six out of ten. They can refine their pricing and improve the handshaking features and integrations.

Automation significantly reduces repetitive tasks with room to improve accuracy in document processing

What is our primary use case?

I use Automation Anywhere mostly for automating processes and document processing. The challenges I was trying to solve by implementing Automation Anywhere involved many processes where business users perform repetitive tasks daily, such as checking PO creation or invoice validation. There are multiple processes that they have to repeatedly check each day, weekly, or monthly, which becomes more of a headache for them. We automated these processes so they will be processed automatically, and users will get the end result for validation. It is basically time-saving for them. Some of the processes we automate are due to time constraints. There are many processes where the business required a huge team to implement and process all the invoices, which this bot accomplishes in just a few minutes or hours instead of taking weeks with manual processing.

What is most valuable?

The best features of Automation Anywhere are the Task Bot and flow managing, which are easy to use. Many things have been newly introduced through continuous updating of the Automation Anywhere tool. They're providing new actions that help to automate in a much better way. The time savings for users is approximately 6 to 10%.

What needs improvement?

IQ Bot has been changed and enhanced for Automation Anywhere, but the accuracy is still not optimal. They should enhance their document processing capabilities. The Tesseract OCR engine should be significantly enhanced. While IQ Bot has been improved, it still lacks accuracy. This is why most clients opt for third-party document extraction instead of using the built-in Automation Anywhere features.

I have been using Automation Anywhere since 2019, which is approximately six-plus years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding stability, I would rate it as eight out of ten, indicating it is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Regarding scalability, I would rate it as nine out of ten, indicating it is highly scalable.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate Automation Anywhere support as eight out of ten.

While I don't know much about other tools, I have basic knowledge of UiPath and Blue Prism. Currently, Automation Anywhere is good, but they need to examine their selling points. UiPath is advancing with more openings and automation projects, possibly due to costing, licensing, and usability factors.

For pricing of Automation Anywhere, I would rate it as six out of ten.

What other advice do I have?

I haven't used Automation Co-pilot. Thousands of users are using Automation Anywhere. My relationship with Automation Anywhere is as a developer who creates solutions and provides training for the bot. The company maintains the partnership while I work as a developer. I mostly receive notifications about events. Overall rating for Automation Anywhere is 7.5 out of 10.

Interface simplicity enables quick bot development for non-tech users

What is our primary use case?

My use cases involve working as an employee and RPA consultant. We use Automation Anywhere to solve the problems of businesses. They decide their problem, and then we automate accordingly, and that's what we are doing.

What is most valuable?

The feature I appreciate the most about Automation Anywhere is the interface. I come from a non-tech background. Automation Anywhere was easy for me to understand, and I started developing bots very quickly. The actions in Automation Anywhere were also nice and easy for me to understand and use. It is easy for business users who don't have any technical skills to learn how to use Automation Anywhere.

Regarding the learning curve of Automation Anywhere, I started learning it with the help of Automation Anywhere University and also the bot game provided by Pathfinder. It took me around one to one and a half months to learn everything and started implementing it, which helped me become permanent in the company.

What needs improvement?

I find it very good and nice to use. However, recently, I had a problem using the IQ Bot processor for text extraction. When I used this tool in the bot, it did not work. I got this issue when using the document automation learning instance. If I run the IQ Bot preprocessor first and then use document automation, it fails to give any output. We contacted Automation Anywhere for help, but we had to find another solution, so this is an area for improvement in the Automation Anywhere platform.

I had problems while using the OCR and document information together. If I use OCR and document information separately in another bot, they work perfectly, but if I combine them and run them in the same bot, it does not run.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Automation Anywhere for more than nine months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Regarding performance and stability, I don't find any errors; it's quite good. We don't have to worry about the performance of the automation; it works quite well for me.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

When it comes to scalability, I would give it ten out of ten. It's easy to call the bot in the processing tasks, and the input-output variable is also very easy to use. You just need to understand it first, and then it's very easy to call the bot inside the bot.

How are customer service and support?

I contacted technical support once when I had issues with the OCR and document automation part. I reached out for technical help from Automation Anywhere, but the solution provided was not clear, so we had to use an alternate way to automate those tasks. I would rate their technical support an eight out of ten. I deduct two points because the solution was not provided.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

For automating tasks, I have only used Automation Anywhere. In Automation Anywhere, I have connected other applications such as PostgreSQL and Python. 

How was the initial setup?

The deployment is very easy for me. 

It takes only two to three minutes to deploy a bot from the dev environment to the UAT and then to the prod environment. It's quite easy to develop the bot. 

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I am not aware of the pricing, but I have heard that it's very costly.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate Automation Anywhere a nine out of ten. I'm only using Automation Anywhere. I'm learning it, and it's very easy for me to learn.

Makes automation easy with the user-friendly interface and has a broad community support

What is our primary use case?

Currently, I'm working as a RPA developer in India. We are using Automation Anywhere to automate the repeated tasks. We have clients who provide a business problem. After the feasibility study, we design a solution architecture, and based on that, we develop the bot. For the development, we use Automation Anywhere along with many other tools such as Python, Excel scripting, and there are many more, all aimed at solving the business problem and making the end-to-end automation that our client needs.

What is most valuable?

Automation Anywhere is the best among all other automation tools available in the market such as Power Automate and UiPath. The best thing about Automation Anywhere is its simplicity and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to create bots because they have only three sections: variables, actions, and triggers. We just set the actions and implement them in the bot. 

Additionally, they provide learning courses and the 'bot game,' which is an engaging way to experience real-world and challenging problems that enhance our skills. 

Furthermore, Automation Anywhere boasts a broader community compared to others, with many people discussing it online and helping solve problems. Lastly, Automation Anywhere is low-code, allowing us to feel we are doing programming while solving problems.

What needs improvement?

The license cost is quite expensive compared to other tools available in the market such as Power Automate, which offers better features at a lower license cost. The main disadvantage of Automation Anywhere is its high cost. 

Another issue is that it is solely dependent on the Windows operating system, and since I am using Linux, I faced difficulties while learning Automation Anywhere because it only supports Windows environments. Comparatively, competitors such as UiPath provide cloud-based solutions that Linux users can access, making this another drawback.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Automation Anywhere for almost one year in my career.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Automation Anywhere has proven to be very stable. The instance currently running in the production environment operates almost 24 hours a day, demonstrating very good stability. I would rate its stability a nine out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

As far as scalability is concerned, I would give it five out of ten because there are multiple programming languages and tools available, and if you try to implement and integrate them in your bot, you may find limitations within Automation Anywhere. For instance, while running a Python script, I encountered difficulties passing multiple arguments in a single call, which reflects a lack of scalability features.

How are customer service and support?

I have contacted customer support for Automation Anywhere, and while their responsiveness is good, the reliability is lacking. We faced an issue where we couldn't run OCR and document automation in the same bot. The customer support team was quick to respond, but they were unable to resolve the problem we encountered during development, forcing us to seek alternative solutions. So, while customer support is responsive, it is not always effective in solving issues.

How was the initial setup?

The deployment of Automation Anywhere is very easy. 

We have three environments: development, testing, and production. We build the bot in the development environment and after building, exporting the bot is simple—just a few clicks to download the zip file. You can import that file into any other environment, including production, by clicking on the import button, and your bot is deployed. You can also schedule and run the bot in both attended and unattended modes, which adds to its ease of deployment.

Automation Anywhere does require maintenance on my end. The platform provides updates and package management. For instance, for browser automation, if you are using browser package version 1.1, you must use the same version across all environments; otherwise, the bot won't run. While it's possible to download and deploy the bot without adhering to package updates for production setup, managing package versions can still require attention. Thus, maintenance can be neither too simple nor too difficult, but it is necessary when developing with Automation Anywhere.

What other advice do I have?

The Automation Anywhere interface is very simple to use as compared to others in the market. Non-technical users can understand Automation Anywhere easily because it is easy to grasp, but if a non-technical person tries to develop or read the code to understand the business problem, it might be hard. For example, we provide a process definition document (PDD) to non-technical persons such as business analysts who may have a less technical background. This document includes a high-level overview of the process, allowing them to understand the code better. Thus, it still requires some technical knowledge to fully grasp the business problems when using Automation Anywhere.

I have not used the Co-Pilot feature explicitly, but I am currently working on a project developing an end-to-end identity automation bot, where we utilize multiple documents totaling around five thousand. In this project, we have integrated Gemini and Azure OpenAI as LLM models through APIs or by downloading and fine-tuning the models according to our use cases, which we deploy using Automation Anywhere.

I would rate Automation Anywhere an eight out of ten.

What is our primary use case?

I have many use cases for Automation Anywhere, including multiple use cases. We are automating SAP finance processes, commercial processes, and distribution processes. So many processes are there.

What is most valuable?

Automation Anywhere is very easy to use. It's a low-code platform that a person who doesn't have any technical knowledge can use. Automation Anywhere has a single control room where everything exists in a single platform.

In other tools such as Power Automate and UI Path, Power Automate has two components: desktop flow and cloud flow. To do end-to-end automation, including cloud applications and desktop applications, we have to use two things: Power Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow. Similarly, in UI Path, we have three interfaces: Orchestrator, Desktop Flow, and Cloud Flow. However, in Automation Anywhere, there is a single control room where we can do everything: cloud automation, desktop automation, everything.

What needs improvement?

It would be good if they could make a direct connector with Microsoft applications, such as Teams and SharePoint.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Automation Anywhere in my career for three years. I am using this for four projects.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I have not seen any problems regarding stability and performance. However, the community control room, which they provide free of cost, sometimes causes problems. When we purchase it, it doesn't create any problems.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability depends on our project and how long it is. We have a project that started in July 2022, and we have many use cases in there. We can say that we can still run. We are still developing some automations there. The scalability depends on the project.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support is structured based on the sensitivity of the ticket. I have created many tickets on the support portal since we have a purchased support portal. We get responses according to the business impact. For example, if we mark it as one, they call us within two hours. If we mark it as three, they just mail us and give the solution. Most of the time, I find that our internal team finds the solution; the support team isn't able to provide a perfect solution.

How would you rate customer service and support?

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have used UI Path, but I don't work on UI Path. My team members are working on it. As a manager, I used to use UiPath before, but now I am managing everything at the admin level.

How was the initial setup?

The installation is easy. It's not too difficult. There is a provisioning of the control room where we have a customer portal. We can go there, put our licenses, provision our control room, and they can provision within fifteen minutes. After that, we can use the automation engine. The installation part is just installing a small EXE, and we can start the automation.

What about the implementation team?

To deploy a solution from end to end, there is the discovery phase where we identify the use cases. Then we have some documentation phases, such as the design documents. After that, we can start the development. It depends on the use case and its complexity. On average, it takes four to five weeks to complete automation end to end.

If a person has knowledge of everything, they can do everything from development, requirement gathering, to production deployment. But according to our role-based access control, we need at least three people to do these tasks. One can do development, another can do QA testing, and the last one can do deployment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

For pricing, I don't have any idea about the pricing of Power Automate. Power Automate costs fifteen dollars per month for a single creator license. Whereas Automation Anywhere provides a package where we are getting one attended license, creator license, and one control room. It costs seven hundred fifty dollars per month. We can say Automation Anywhere is more expensive than Power Automate.

What other advice do I have?

Automation Anywhere has their own university, which is on an online platform, and all the courses are free. Anyone can make their account on the Automation Anywhere University, get registered in the courses, and take all the training sessions.

It is easy to use for business users who don't have technical skills. There is a license called Citizen Developer. I have a scenario where, six months ago, our client's manager wanted to do some automation, and he didn't want to disclose these things with anyone. He asked me to give him a Citizen Developer license, where he can do his automations. He automates things such as Outlook and some Excels.

I used the Copilot. It allows the user to interact with the live running boards. Before the Copilot, unattended boards were there. When we trigger the board, we cannot give any input at runtime. But with the help of Copilot, we can give input at runtime whenever we want to change the value of any variable.

I would rate the solution overall as nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Automation anywhere - RPA in Query handling process automation.
It helped in making questions and answers handling process automatic. Before we were giving answer manually it was consuming time and resources both. Now we have automated it with RPA by using our QNA data. It really helped us to save our time and effort on repetitive things.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit costly for small organisations. And integration is also little tough with existing softwares. All these can be improved overall good product use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our query handling problem by automating it and then it also helped in processing our invoices. It saved our so much time and resource.

Significantly improves productivity and delivery time

What is our primary use case?

I've been working in the IT department team, and my use cases are mainly about automating most of the repetitive tasks using bots. 

What is most valuable?

At first, I was using tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath, and when I did the comparison between Automation Anywhere and the previous tools, I saw a great change and impact, especially in the user-friendly interface. The interaction with the tool is quite good. 

Automation Anywhere is quite easy to use for users who are not technical, especially business users.

Automation Anywhere has helped with productivity, especially in the delivery time because while working in the IT department, interacting with the finance department and the HR data entry, it helped me deliver quick results. I was automating the roles from the HR data entry and the finance department.

By using Automation Anywhere, I have seen a great change in my time savings and in delivering my product. 

What needs improvement?

Its licensing can become too expensive for a small startup company. 

During deployment or initial development, more elaboration about particular features of Automation Anywhere would be helpful when knowledge is limited.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the Automation Anywhere tool for around two years and six months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The performance of Automation Anywhere is quite fast and good. 

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Regarding scalability in Automation Anywhere, I was working on a small project initially, and I'm currently on a large project. If I compare the efficiency of handling both projects small and large, I can say that it fully accommodates the scalability of projects depending on their size.

How are customer service and support?

I have never contacted the technical support or customer support of Automation Anywhere because when I visit the FAQs and through the guides of the bots such as ChatGPT and Co-pilot, I've been getting my solution. I haven't encountered a significant problem that would require contacting support. In the future, I'm looking forward to having a conversation with support if I encounter any difficulties.

Before I started using Automation Anywhere, I was using the Blue Prism software. Comparing the features I have interacted with most in Automation Anywhere, I would say that Automation Anywhere is the best option. When comparing the cost, user-friendly interaction, automation, and quick delivery of results, I've seen a huge impact compared to Blue Prism.

How was the initial setup?

It was easy. The full deployment of Automation Anywhere took approximately three to four weeks.

Updates are done automatically, so maintenance is not hard to handle. 

What about the implementation team?

It required approximately five people for the deployment of Automation Anywhere.

What other advice do I have?

As a beginner, I would suggest starting with small workflows, as starting with a huge workflow can become overwhelming.

What is our primary use case?

We are into the financial industry. We have 14 different business units using Automation Anywhere, including HR, digital finance, pensions, and similar areas, primarily within the financial sector.

What is most valuable?

It's easy to use, and with less experience, anyone with the business knowledge can automate easily. We can see that it's beneficial to integrate other applications and use the API to trigger any of the Automation Anywhere bots from the client-specific application.

What needs improvement?

The monitoring and reporting aspects are currently not very standardized, specifically regarding the on-premises setup. I’m not entirely sure if the cloud version has the necessary capabilities. If something goes wrong or is about to go wrong, it doesn’t help to only rely on dashboards or monitoring tools to assess the situation.

Additionally, businesses typically want detailed reporting. Right now, we lack the ability to monitor transaction-level statuses and tracking, which is a significant limitation.

Their support also needs improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for around eight years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Performance-wise, it is okay now. Stability-wise, if they add new features and AI-related stuff, there are hiccups in each release. They used to do monthly releases as well as quarterly releases. Clients aren't confident due to issues in each release.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I would rate it an eight out of ten for scalability.

How are customer service and support?

Technical support also has a pricing model. With non-premium support, it is hard to get immediate responses. Premium support responds immediately. 

I would rate their support a five out of ten as the resolution is delayed.

I have used UiPath and Power Automate. Automation Anywhere is user-friendly for business users, while UiPath is more suited for programmers due to complexity. Power Automate has powerful document automation. Pricing is a drawback for Automation Anywhere compared to Power Automate.

How was the initial setup?

The setup can be pretty easy unless there are multiple components integrated or organization-specific standards. 

For a single server in a regular control room, it may take a couple of hours. When implementing a control room and IQ Bot, it may take approximately five hours.

What about the implementation team?

Usually, one person is required to maintain our infrastructure, making it easy to upgrade and resolve any issues. I do all infrastructure-related things in my organization.

For maintenance, we need downtime from the business, usually on weekends for prod, and a platform outage for non-prod environments.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

When comparing automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere, Power Automate often comes out as the most cost-effective option. Recently, I've noticed that Automation Anywhere has been charging separately for its various components, such as APIs, agentic processes, and business document automation. This pricing model has led many clients to reconsider their choices, especially those with limited budgets.

I've observed a significant trend where not only financial clients but also smaller businesses are migrating back to Power Automate due to its affordability. Power Automate offers a premium plan starting at just $25 per user, making it a more accessible choice for many organizations.

What other advice do I have?

 I would rate this solution an eight out of ten because of their support.

What is our primary use case?

My use case for Automation Anywhere is for vendor, customer service automation for the organization to drive improved customer service that relates to business growth.

What is most valuable?

The best features in Automation Anywhere are that it is easy to use and easy to suggest, and it's a wonderful product because it is very handy and it makes life easy. It is definitely a tool to use in our development when it comes to our businesses, which is retail. The features that I appreciate in Automation Anywhere are that it automates and inputs AI, which we call artificial intelligence.

Automation Anywhere stands out because it has brought productivity to the organization, improved customer service, accelerated business growth, and allowed for faster innovation. When it comes to AI, it offers an AI process automation that empowers and drives productivity and faster innovation whenever it is incorporated with artificial intelligence.

Automation Anywhere has improved our organization in terms of customer service, and there is an improvement in customer service and faster innovation, especially when it comes to innovating the ways of doing business.

What needs improvement?

For people who don't have technical skills, Automation Anywhere may take time when it comes to browsing or loading time, and sometimes becomes very buggy with unwanted failures.

Automation Anywhere has room for improvement in cost because it's high, and it can be a drawback for small industries or organizations that are coming up. Also, adopting Robotic Process Automation looks high, so it can be improved; perhaps the cost could be adjusted to favor even the small industries that are coming up. The browsing loading time in Automation Anywhere should be addressed, which sometimes can bring unwanted failures.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for about two and a half years, three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability of Automation Anywhere is good, and I rate it eight or nine out of 10.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Automation Anywhere is scalable. I would rate the scalability of Automation Anywhere an eight.

How are customer service and support?

I do use the Automation Co-pilot. Co-pilot makes work easier, and the time required to do work is really reduced, resulting in accomplishing more in just a few moments.

Co-pilot helps to increase productivity because whenever you use it, there's time saving and the energy that was supposed to be used for other things can be redirected to other tasks within the organization. In half a day or a few hours, Automation Anywhere saves me time, so as an organization, we are at least somewhere better in terms of productivity.

Regarding technical support, they are doing good work and work closely with customers to design solutions that align with organizational goals as well as improve efficiency. I give the support from Automation Anywhere a nine out of ten.

We haven't really tried other products because Automation Anywhere was required when we began this organization, and when we first tried it, we saw it working better for us; thus, the integrity of it is good.

How was the initial setup?

Currently, in my organization, we have about four departments using Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere doesn't require any maintenance. I purchased Automation Anywhere through a direct purchase.

What about the implementation team?

The deployment of Automation Anywhere involves a support team that assists in deploying the product in our systems and makes the process automation easier while also helping other staff understand the product.

What was our ROI?

Automation Anywhere has improved our organization in terms of customer service, and there is improvement in customer service and faster innovation, especially when it comes to innovating the ways of doing business.

The automation of workflows, APIs, applications, and documents in Automation Anywhere is good. I spend about half a day to a day on maintaining bots in Automation Anywhere. It is easy to upgrade Automation Anywhere, but when it comes to the costs incurred when upgrading the product, it can be a drawback; it sometimes takes time because we need the funds to upgrade the system. However, when it comes to upgrading, it is very easy.

Training a non-technical employee on Automation Anywhere will take a day or two days, depending on what you're trying to train them.
