What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best RPA tool I have ever come across. As a developer with more than 3yrs of industry experience and after using many RPA tools, I confidently say that Automation Anywhere is the best. Especially the IQ bot which enabled us to extract fields from documents is very impressive. The platform is super robust and extremely capable of handling any kind of applications and automating the task in a most simpler way. I believe this is a boon for all those companies which want to automate their business application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere sometimes take a bit more time to load variables while using Run task command. Also Python integration should come with this platform which will add additional benefits to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have successfully automated Excel , Citrix , SAP and business applications. It has helped my clients ease their manual work and save their time my 70% and increasing their revenue by 85% . Infact clients personally say that they are really surprised by the way automation anywhere works and does their job intelligently. Yes it's intelligent indeed.

What do you like best about the product?
Through this one can do automation easily and daily or weekly replica tasks to avoid time consumption and effective way to do it instead of manual process , Through RPA every human task and effort can be reduced and the technology is highly useful . We can automate any tool and will design an orchestrator like Jenkins for deployment purpose as well . The drag and drop feature and the editor available is great plus point for Automation Anywhere . Process automation is triggered automatically just by initiating the process controlled by human
What do you dislike about the product?
the content is not much straighter than expected , need to know lot of basics before getting into RPA process ,rest are fine to learn from this site. The video and audio doesn't match in few videos hence it is little bit disgusting and annoying to watch the videos , but worth a watch to understand technically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
even for smaller things to understand the video clip time is more , which needs to load and then we need to watch it , little bit frustrating but then fine , clear cut understanding from the sessions and benefits of RPA process are great in this site . And one more thing the site always shows popup blocked even if I enable it in the search bar end .

We can strongly recommend to new bies like me , this is something new platform to learn new technology completely from the scratch , there are lot of courses to explore and to learn precisely from the same site , hence it is integration of all technologies

What do you like best about the product?
I worked in automation anywhere to create a bot, and its functionality like drag and drop to make a Bot is fantastic. It's useful for non-programming background people also to use this tool to develop the process.
It is also good to automate the process and use automation anywhere control room to schedule the bot according to our requirements.
Using this tool, we can integrate a programing language to make an additional feature and make a bot's accuracy is higher.
Using automation anywhere Bot insights features, we can see the bot performance and graphical user representation of the bot performance.

What do you dislike about the product?
Till now, I am automating more than 4 process using automation anywhere and i feel like no difficulties i faced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating repetitive task like Hr Manual feeling form and submitting in portal after automating the process it will take less than 1/4 time to process the same task. so its fantastic to use automation anywhere to automate our process. thanks AA team to giving so much user friendly UI to develop a BOT.

You can automate your repetitive task using this tool and also integrate multiple languages like java, python, and machine learning to creating a more efficient bot to analyze the whole process smoothly and giving more accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere enables regular (not particularly technical) business people to design and record their own Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots. After recording your bot using a simple 'recorder', you can finesse it using simple drag and drop coding options. The basic development process is not rocket science, just a series of simple, logical, steps. I think that almost anyone can get the hang of the basics of this technology. I like IQ Bot and Cognitive Automation the best, as it will change the way we do business forever,.
What do you dislike about the product?
All Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology is still improving rapidly, so there is alway room for improvement. In the past I disliked the lack of Citrix compatibility but those issues are mostly resolved now. I look forward to IQ Bot becoming more affordable, as Cognitive bots will change the way we do business in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation is using Automation Anywhere to undertake processes in our Sales, Marketing and Finance departments.

Automation Anywhere is a tool that can help anyone to enhance their skills. It is a perfect platform to automate task and reduce human efforts. The recorders helps us to automate web based activities, desktop task. One can easily learn as the user interface is friendly and easy to understand.

The best part of all the meeting was it is so refreshing all the time and one could reach out to the anyone in open source meeting , it was not just meeting it was a fruitful discussion and through that i am sure many participants have learned alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be we can have same meeting through application and from the toll free numbers so that the one can listen and make there notes as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were alot of issues which were resolved just an example of AMS in healthcare point of view some reports were resolved also transaction work also has been started and the hours have reduced to 20 from 120 hrs monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is very user friendly. You do not really require to have lot of coding knowledge in order to develop a bot. In most cases, codes are auto generated based on fields that you choose. There are plenty of existing bots that we can leverage based on domains, for example accounts payable. This products also gives the ability to manage multiple bots using controller access. Another example. We had a IT release which had major defect post live. There were close 500k transaction which were not processed in the investment account. We had to build a bot using AA with in few hours, the job was executed in 2 hours without any quality issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it is user friendly, it requires the users to have some level of understanding on how coding works. Definitely not for a beginners. This product is not really suitable for complex automation which involves any judgmental decision are made

We had to perform a reconciliation between two huge data spreadsheet and remove certain data elements based on numerous criteria. We were able leverage the power of automation to execute this job with in few minutes, where in the past it used to take 1-2 hours of time.

What do you like best about the product?
cyberark integration and role based access for the credential vault. Metabots makes automation easier by involving third party dlls. Giving a learning scope for macros and vba codes which is helpful to know different scripting languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot write any code in the AA tool itself. For example, while automating excel, or string operations. We have to use very less commands available in the tool which makes the developer feels other tools are better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've worked on SAP automation the most. I have realized there is a lot of benefit with DLLs and vbscript which makes the developer life easy.

AA tool has a step by step process, so that we can easily debug and activities are the best to develop easily.
The best what I like most is DEPLOYMENT of bots to control room and running on bot runners. Visualisation of control room is good and one thing is control room is a web application , so that we can use it in any browser.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I most dislike in this tool is, it doesn't have search bar for activities. Every time we have to check from top to bottom to know where the particular activity is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly I am working on generating the invoice from excel data and sending it through mail. Previously it is very hard task to do that in manual every day. Now I made it easy and I will work more to reduce the repeated tasks,

Good and best tool to automate the tasks. Here in AA we dont have FORUM to discuss the things and problems, if you face any issue you to contact the AutomationAnywhere Support team, they can resolve but it takes some ttime.

Debugging - it will take so much time to find out the issue in lengthy bot.
Consistency, Sometimes no error will be reported for the failure cases.
