It was easy to learn and had good features
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities of tool like MetaBot, IQ Bot are future oriented and also has good features like OCR, Analytics etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
AA can only incorporate JavaScript and VB Script. It should be able cater other things as well like Python to extend it to AI capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on resolving repetitive work which were taking a lot human hours to complete. Now after implementing RPA solution, people can focus more on innovative things and Bot is taking care of routine tasks

What do you like best about the product?
AA is very useful for your daily activities. It cut down your hourly work in minutes. We can automate anything using AA
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few of complex task which we need to code properly. If it's not done properly then the code won't work.

I have automated my daily task which not only save my time but also I'm able to concentrate on other priorities

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the key platform used across multiple clients to ease there daily task.With automation anywhere repetitive daily/monthly task can be easily orchestrated . We can create generic bot libraries which can be leveraged with minimal tweaks for multiple clients with similar business use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing cost is quite high and because of this it is difficult to be used by small clients

Manual regular monthly ops run is automated completely using Automation anywhere

Automation anywhere is very cognitive and intuitive platform to automate daily regular work. It helps is reducing the turn around time and increase the efficiency of the business. It can be easily used for any client and any business use case

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see the code itself. Also there's a little popup window that shows which step are you currently at. Seems to be a very good way of displaying a process.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not search within the commands and since there are a few hundreds of them sometimes it's hard to find the one you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not exact problem, I have been learning it's ways. As I see it can solve all the usual RPA scope "problems".

It's definetly amongst the top RPA tools. It's a bit niche compared to the others.
First experience with RPA and Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
A Workshop at our University, which was sponsored by Automation Anywhere, helped me to get in touch with RBA and the Software solution from Automation Anywhere. I really liked the intuitive User Interface, it was easy and clear which steps are necessary to build a Bot.
I highly recommend, to contact sales and ask for such a Workshop!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Web recorder has some improvement potential, it already works good, but a support for Chrome, Firefox would definitely be great. Also a Improvement regarding capturing of Web Elements (like buttons, links etc.) needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We build a Bot, which is able to fully automated grant access to different Systems (Jira, Confluence, SAP...) for Users, which have placed a request via Email.
