A very helpful software for automation
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly GUIs of Automation Anywhere make the software a complete experience for the user to create robots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IQ Bot interface is not user-friendly at all.

It is not necessarily as robust as other programs I have used.

Nothing that was strongly disliked.

- Include an advanced level training. Some of the training felt slow early on and would love to see more examples beyond excel which has it's own commands.

The primary benefit I've realized from this training is the ability to automate beyond applications. I've written many VBA scripts but I was limited to excel only.

It is very simple for almost anyone to use.

Doesnt support all programs/applications such as Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The first best Point is the UI is very user-friendly, resource with less programming knowledge can work on with automation anywhere in a short period of time, it saves a lot of time to automate the UI when compared with other software, the drag and drop features are very unique and can be easily implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few areas in excel that needs the tuning, and playing AA with Backend DB is quite tough and does not have enough options to deal with, I believe team is definately working on these pain areas, always excited about upcoming releases keep up the good work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the regression suites, AA best fits with Agile methodology so it heps to complete the automation tasks in parallel with manual stuff.

We use it to deploy our software bots and that portion of it works very well in our environment

Although it may have enterprise features, it sometimes lags if expanded to our whole organization, so we limit it to a subsection within the organization to not have any delays.

We use this for our marketing department to provide end to end processes deployed through software bots

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to use and understand the exist code. Drag and drop commands are user friendly. AA Materials are very useful to developers for learning new things. AA Deployment is very simple and its performing as well. AA dashboard is very useful to analysis the bot performance and monitor the bot activity from control room itself. Notification Emails are incorporate to our process. AA Support Exports are knowledgeable and guide us to resolve the bugs if we are in struggle. We are worked as the agile methodology to develop the process. Meta bots are very helpful to work on the offline stage. Attended and unattended BOTs are flexible and useful to our client requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
we need the Multiple datatypes for wok on the complex process. Filter the array variables in the task file. We need the more data types in work flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is enforced to call the java script textboxes and functions from task file using web manage control. IQ Bot is the most cognitive idea to extract the files (word, PDF, Scanned document) and return as csv format.
