The most user-friendly experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a taskbot is simple and easy for those with little development experience, while having options for advanced users to utilize. The classes and the interface are clear. I found no trouble learning how to use the Workbench in a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording and object selection can be buggy in some screens. For example, if I am trying to select a specific type of object, the recorder might pick up something to the left, right, or below it depending on the screen. Nothing that cannot be fixed with a quick patch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved many labor hours of menial tasks such as report downloading and database refreshing. The managers can now focus on value-add work instead of wasting time on loading screens.
Excellent tool to automate most of your daily activities
What do you like best about the product?
Can’t find a better option which can do your stuffs so easily yet effectively. Easy for developers and easier for users. Thanks Automation Anywhere for coming up with a brilliant tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the development option from mobile device sometime in future. Even if it is not fully functional, at least till some extent where coding is not required.

I am automating our business claims and new user on-boarding workflow which used to take much longer earlier.

What do you like best about the product?
In the current course of clients, needs always arise for all types of automations, whether due to captcha issues or processes that help speed up human work and not waste valuable time. At this point, an in-depth analysis was conducted on clients who are eligible for loans, for which it was necessary to access various pages. Starting the search, we understood much better the definition of RPA with Automation Anywhere.

Difficult to find a problem when faced with the need that arose when using the tool

With numerous advancements and tools being created to make the process easy, Automation Anywhere is the best platform and is suitable for modern enterprise customers, I really like the smoother automated workflow and the distribution of tasks to multiple computers.

Best AA platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about AA is the simplicity of their product and how they offer free education for anyone that wants to learn about RPA. It also saves a hell of a lot of time and within my company, I am able to provide support to anyone that is having trouble with AA. It is extremely helpful that they care about their product and continue to improve it although support could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features of the Community Edition are very very buggy, most notably the IQ bots where I've had a lot of trouble since they don't create the appropriate success folder. The other thing I dislike is that in AA University there are no practice exams for the Advanced and Master certifications which is a huge blunder given that they are paid courses. It is nice that they added the prep for these courses but without a practice exam to test your knowledge before taking the real one, it is very disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved PDF related problems that would require people to type the data onto a spreadsheet manually and colour coding the columns. I have solved insurance-related problems as well as report automation. The biggest benefit has to be time-saving without a doubt.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should 100% switch to AA it is extremely easy to use, the courses they provide are great and without a doubt, with it being partnered with IBM they have improved dramatically.

I dont have anything to dislike about this.
