RPA solution that increases efficiency anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere team was always proactive and ensured that everything went smoothly during our first steps with the service. Compared to other solutions available on the market, Automation Anywhere has the advantage of having an interface that makes the creation and management process faster than in competing software. Also, there is the possibility of making some modifications to the Bots without the need to use the software itself, which allows these adjustments to be made at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As previously mentioned, the Automation Anywhere team is proactive but the pricing policy is not as aggressive as that of some competitors, which makes it difficult or at least delays the implementation and extensive use of the services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of automation provided by Automation Anywhere was necessary in several areas of the company. From the integration and processing of data from our various partners to the generation of reports and statistics that are vital for maintaining our partner and customer base. We've been using some RPA solutions over the last few years, which has allowed us to manage requests effectively outside working hours.
A Process automation tool to avoid human intervention
What do you like best about the product?
I like bot programming; it is doable and has features that greatly help. It was easy to implement this great tool, and its task automation technology is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to extract data and also to be able to automate specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool that helps us with the automation of tasks that are repetitive and avoids human intervention when dealing with most of the heavy processes.
Powerful robotic tool for porcess automation that is easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it has an automation service in the cloud, its user interface is intuitive and easy to learn, and the implementation in our company was straightforward. It has features like drag and drop, which helps us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything, for now, works very well, and there are no severe problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving many problems in my experience has been positive with AA. Because most of the issues we faced were exhausting and repetitive processes, I can be more than happy now that everything is automatic with your robotic automatisation system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because it uses artificial intelligence to automate tasks that take a lot of time to do manually that's why I like this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating our first bot was challenging because it gave us a lot of trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this software, we were able to speed up all the available repetitive tasks significantly; in this case, I can affirm that it is a great solution.
When Deciding to Switch My Career
What do you like best about the product?
I'm new to the RPA world. When I decided to switch my career to RPA, I tried exploring all three giant tools of the RPA industry including Automation Anywhere but I tried AA at last. Based on my experience as a new user, comparing all the other platforms I've used, AA is the one that helped me to understand RPA concepts easily, the platform itself can be explored quickly, and to try different automation packages to understand creating task bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning trails for beginners are much better than for the developers and Certification related information should be more clear and make easily available with the registration links!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere RPA is mainly and widely used for automating repetitive, consuming more time and manpower tasks. As an RPA developer, It is easy to start with and create bots to automate these tasks. It helps organizations as well as developers to easily automate mundane tasks.
Really great tool to automate business process. Don't give chance to open source tools to replace AA

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn AA. It has mostly no code or low code. There is only a bit of coding which will be helpful for business users to create. It is considered as the best RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough activities to integrate. No, there are solutions, but it seems difficult. Need to upgrade the Automation Anywhere tool. I would like to see improvements in the actions panel.

I need to reconcile the bank statements received. AA improves speed and accuracy. No, I'm too productive and getting enough time. The business performance has increased highly.

I liked being able to manage processes efficiently and that it was easy to use to design the process flow and forget about repetitive and mundane tasks. It is an RPA that offers many very useful features and anyone can learn how to use it.

I have nothing against Automation Anywhere, I think it is a perfect software that does not need more o less.

An automation solution for repetitive tasks and from my point of view it has been very useful and solved our problems by addressing all the processes.
Best RPA tool for my work
What do you like best about the product?
Users are submitting issues in different channels which were very difficult for us to manage. Hence I defined a bot where users can submit tickets in any channel but it should reflect in one IT group channel to start work on the issue. This bot made me get a reward for my work. Thank you, AA.

This RPA tool helped me a lot. Faced only small issues which is acceptable.
