Good for business users, but room for improvement for pro users
What do you like best about the product?
Very business-friendly, with simple drag and drop functions and predefined methods. Recorders are very useful for business users as well
What do you dislike about the product?
For pro users, AA can be improved. For instance, there are a limited number of String functions available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typically, either processes with a large number of repetitive steps, or processes involving retrieving and inputting data between multiple legacy systems

Good product with excellent support, but expensive and limited in functionalities for pro users

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the labs, and walk- through's the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the format of the courses, and the lack of direction. Many of the final exam questions were not included in the review course which is mean to prepare you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working for IBM mainframe automation.

The UI of the development is very user friendly and the control room equally easier with UI perspective.

Best solution design, Cognitive ideas and amazing solution in IQ Bot. Easiest tool. Able to maintain the long data and able to adapt with large & complex process.

Still need VB syntax to Remember and The tool is easy with that knowledge.

Solving the transaction taking place in Insurance Company.Along with Best end to end process.

Limited availability of AI/ML/NLP capabilities and models and integration with third party tools/solutions

Evaluate and assess the capabilities thoroughly and use the tool for its capabilities rather than looking for it to solve every problem

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the AA framework of development and Deployment its seamless navigation and integrated DEVOPS capabilities. Meta Bot and IQ bots are really good capabilities for complex organizational requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy searching for Commands in Workbench. An intuitive search option there would be of help for sure. A building block based graphical workflow development option would also have been a good value add from developers point of view, especially for those who are not comfortable in CLI like developments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning various capabilities and its usage scenario for solution consultancy purpose. Have not been able to get into real life problem scenario yet. Mostly using for personal tasks experimentation.

Go and try it, it is very user friendly and easy to use. Especially for developers who are comfortable on CLI kind of development.

The Assessment after each training level/videos.The tutorials and courses are very helpfull and contains information from tip to toe.

Some of the high level concepts do not have enough insights viz Bot Analytics.

Writing Every day data into CSV files. Saves a lot of manual effort and time.

The trigger feature that can be set from automation anywhere client is a feature that has helped our automation make appealing to business users. Especially the file created trigger which is helps even technoligically naïve users to leverage the benifits of automation.
The inbuilt repository with version control that comes with control room has made life easier for developers and makes migrations from one environment to other smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Creating metabots is not as simple as it is to create task bots. From understand the whole interface to all the features, things should be simpler than this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated the business process of bot maintance,usecase identification and ticket resolving using Automation anywhere.

it buildup my carrier to peaks, it was a self satisfactory, fuctionality of user interface is excellent.

methodology is quit diffcuilt because we start learning this tool without having any basic concept on robotics,if we do have it is quite easy.
