Perfect Course to begin for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The way the modules divided, helps to learn the Course systematically. The question in between the course keeps the viewer attentive all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not of much, but I feel sometimes the background music is dominating the voice. I repeat its only at few places, that may be due to my speaker issue but that the only thing I felt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere we are performing the daily tasks like regression tests, sanity tests executing bstch jobs etc.. The benefits are can concentrate more on other testing aspects are UI improvements and user acceptance testing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
use this in high performance machine would result you good output

I like RPA a very much and currently working on AA and its so flexible and its user friendly experience made me its big fan

I didnt found any particular point for disliking but yeah if i say then its doesnt support on macebook .Otherwise its best

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we don't need coding experience to work on the tool is something that intrigued me. I have already implemented 3 bots in my process already and that too with no prior coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The course is a bit too long. Maybe concise it. The tool seems all good. I haven't used it a lot to figure out any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have already started using it to automate manual tasks that involve mainframe application and the time tracker we fill out at the end of the day has all been automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Its a pretty great tool. And the fact that you don't need prior coding experience is what I loved it for.

Best user friendly tool among the RPA Tools in market..
What do you like best about the product?
AA is very easy and useful tool to develop the code for automation . Beauty of the tool is the minimum requirement of coding knowledge. Even a non IT guy who needs to shift to IT can learn the tool in less time to get a prefect IT job. Helped in automating many day to day heavy tiresome tasks of HR. Email Automation is ever best automation in Automation anywhere. Meta Bot one of the best thing in AA where citrix Environment can be handled well. Even where object cloning fails in some SAP apps it works well. Another useful one is the BOT store every easy to access and get the bots that will reduce our time of coding for representative tasks. Best thing i experience while automation for HR sector is PDF reader using IQ bots. "Which made impossible to Possible".
What do you dislike about the product?
The usage of Plugins for other browsers limits its usage. Some times the Chrome browser plugin is unable to be fixed.Many of the websites uses the features not are not present in IE. I m waiting for 2019 edition of AA which is browser independent. HOPE this works well.

Easy to use at low cost or free of cost. Easy to train people on it. Minimum 2 days is enough to get the basic knowledge of the software to work with it.

What do you like best about the product?
AA arena bestows a bridge in gap. World is under 4th evolution and every evolution hits back with gap in services,resources and offerings. So far my engagement around RPA/AI/Digital exposure as techno manager, I find Artificial Intelligence product an enablement in skill to fill up professional and personal gap in the time of change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much like dislike, however an out of box in establishing product training. Certainly AA University is one of its kind of learning opportunity which has taken well care of 360-degree learning with liberal approach in grounding AA technologies. An effort based loyalty program enabling learner for discounted professional certification will help in cementing the product into core of Corporate.

Remove repeated work/reduce manual hour, out of box innovation, increased service closure

The entire material and details in structured from provided by Automation anywhere has really helped me in enhancing my skills around RPA and the significance of doing the most critical jobs compared to repetitive ones.

I don't find anything so far but since I am still a beginner and have been exploring more, will get back if I find something to be talked about and improved.

The best non-developer training experience
What do you like best about the product?
Although I am not an RPA developer, the AA provided training offer the most comprehensive experience for Business Analysts. Not only it offers great insights on the ways of working but also provides practical exercises and great AA overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes regarding the AA Academy trainings. Maybe you would like to explore the possibility of implementing more free trainings regarding the AA coding itself but customized for those users without any it/tech background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Process Analyst and by following the AA Academy trainings I managed to configure an overview on the AA capabilities and enabled me to provide suggestions to different automation opportunities and even set expectations to the stakeholders.
