I like the simplicity with which AA manages to make tools to robotize a process, each tool has several options that allow you to configure them to carry out the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Developed robots cannot be exported to an exe file which allows the robot to run in another machine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Download files from web pages, send files by ftp, insert information into databases, read xmls, generate xmls, insert information to a database from excel.
AA offers enormous potential for repetitive tasks that are scheduled to run at a certain time, it allows those routine processes previously performed by people to be performed by a robot minimizing time and errors.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and used to solve complex process in less interval of time.You don't require deep knowledge to work with the software.The MetaBots are useful to perform all manual activities as it has inbuilt features.It is safe and secure for all our business activities. It helps in working with excel, integration, SQL and other tools. Time required for validating documents is less and its fast. It has free courses available to learn and know more about the software.User Interface is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have doubt regarding some tool and getting error, it is difficult to get solution or help from the sources available in the internet. If you overload problems in the software, then it becomes slow. Some Tools have less features, so it takes more time to work on a process. Cloud computing facility is not available for this software.

The repeated process became automated with the help of this software. I have learn many things in short period of time. It has definitely saved lot of time compared to all other softwares that i have used.

Using multiple databases is very difficult. But can be reduced by using YouTube videos. So automation anywhere is a tool to be used extensively.

Search in community before frustrating. Automation anywhere has the best support. Almost every doubt you have can be solved with a simple search.

Automation Anywhere’s credential vault; we find it a great and secure way to manage sensitive data related to automated process which vary from user credentials, bank details, and national insurance numbers, with an extensive set of safeguards to protect sensitive data.

A dark theme would be very useful and would be a great benefit.
