A great product and very easy to use to achieve
What do you like best about the product?
This is great product to use and helps in optimisation of increased productivity and lessens the human error aspect in business process management processes which have a lot of manual and repetitive steps - which can be eliminated using the feature rich bots which are very easy to create using Automation Anywhere tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as of now - these people are doing a great job presently. We would just request to keep up the good work done

We have achieved significant increase in productivity , made the process leaner and comparatively lessened down the human error aspect of things in the process

Automation anywhere is a very creative and flexible. The ability of the company to create a very flexible tools and platform for their clients as make them one of the leading software in today RPA market. it also help to increase work efficiency and staff productivity.

it is the fact that the company have to stay ahead of competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Authomation have helps to reduce if not totally eliminate the routine activities. Most especially as a finance guy. It has help reduce the long hour of bank reconciliation, processing of receipt and invoice.

Automation Anywhere is RPA tool which is powerful & very much user-friendly. It's RPA capabilities to automate any complex tasks. It is one of the "Revolutionary Technology" that changes the way the enterprise/business operates. This tool combines conventional RPA with intellectual elements like natural language understanding and reading any unstructured data.

As it is a very good tool do perform RPA automation. I didn't found any issues or discomforting things in it.
Little bit i faced issue in variable management and variable assigning.
I have little confusion in password security to store in automation anywhere.
User Interface can be improved more for better user interaction. so that i makes more easy for the users to use it.

I have automated my company daily manual task which is over web, excel with is like very hard to manage manually, now after RPA every thing is easy and simple with very great speed and time saving.

RPA is great for automating structured tasks that do not require context or human judgment, but for processes that do require some type of judgment/decision, that is where RPA is not good to manage that.

What do you like best about the product?
best thing is that this is most user friendly tool which making life easier in my organization like back office work also new user easily can get command on this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improvement on third party solutions like (SAP etc), because there are no direct connection hence it make some challenges in connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction human efforts also make sure excellent accuracy in my organization (Killing PDF, SAP and EXCEL manual work very smoothly)

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere is that we can write scripts also in between and make use of the existing activities also. It provides a user-friendly environment and comes with many inbuilt activity packages that can be used by drag and drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's one of the best RPA tools and its very easy to use but while using click activity I felt like if we can indicate a certain region without holding the indicate button, it would be more helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use automation anywhere for automating recurring and repetitive tasks like we had a usecase where the client wanted some specific data to be fetched from multiple pdf, compare it with the user pdf file and if both the data matches then it should be entered to SAP else it should perform some other navigations in the user portal. In this usecase we used this tool as it was easy and time-saving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a must-try RPA tool among other tools as it is time-saving and efficient. It has many inbuilt packages and also supports scripts. Non-developers can also use this tool to build there usecases. Realy useful for automating daily based repetitive activities.
Recently it started with community version also other than the free trial account which is useful for the developers and other people who are new to the automation community and want to learn about the tools and don't want to invest more in tools.

Bots can be developed with ease in AA, I found the drag and drop options to be more comfortable because I can correlate it with Visual studio very much
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I did not find anything reluctant except for I did not use IQ bots, hence I do not know want to say anything positive about it.

I am working on a project for my company PIAS.
