What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility to adapt any platform. Made really easy to program your bot. IQ Bot is ice on the cake

What do you like best about the product?
The layout and platform of Automation Anywhere is great and it has been an extremely useful tool. The courses and GUI has been seamless and user-friendly---allowing anyone in a particular organization to immediately add value through automation. The RPA capabilities improve efficiency and opens up new opportunities to streamline processes, allowing more time to tackle the issues that most effect the organization's bottom line. Manual, repetitive, and drawn-out processes can be drastically decreased by automation, thereby increasing KPI rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may not be as user-friendly for the more traditional and seasoned worker. Some features are foreign to what they have experienced previously. Certain features are not closely compatible with what they are accustom to using. So, a more friendly layout that retains much of the same functionality while offering new knowledge on automation would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document retention and storage will be more seamless and efficient. By flagging key words/phrases in emails from customers, received deliverables can be highlighted and the corresponding attachments can be automatically stored in a desired location. This saves time by eliminating the steps undertaken to manually search and save email-attachments to a desired location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To really take the time and familiarize yourself with the features and tools the software offers. There are several features, which may or may not be necessary, that provides your organization with multiple options in route to automation. You want to take the time to explore as many as you possibly can. Doing so will give you a pretty good idea of what will be most beneficial to your organization's strategic and automation goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Very knowledgeable and helpful programmers. Showed patience throughout the entire process and made sure every detail was covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about working with Automation Anywhere. They are efficient, helpful, and ensure that nothing slips under the radar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is helping us to automate a mundane task that will free up time for team members to take on new responsibilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When creating your PDD, be sure to include every detail of the process as if you are telling it to somebody who has no prior exposure.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple of apps out there, but automation anywhere was the only one with an easy way to learn and easy to use, sometimes it was difficult to create some activities because it doesn't have an easy way to do some task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't have many easy activities for easy task and gets difficult to create them, i think it could have more easy activities, at least with the most common tasks like in excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as RPA developer and I can say that Automation has been not easy to learn, but it is a powerful tool for making stable bots.

You don't need to have a such experience working as a developer and you can make an amazing working with this tool.
Amazing tool that has helped me automate waste!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Automation Anywhere is its ability for object cloning. We're able to automate legacy system processes that would be impossible to do any other way!
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Automation Anywhere is its lack of ability to read handwritten text. We'd be able to automate twice as much if it were enhanced!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the automation of routine processes that don't require much human insight. Typically these processes involve Excel worksheets and data entry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others considering Automation Anywhere to account for the needs of their organization. They may require training to understand when would be best to implement Automation Anywhere's features.
Great training available for RPA development
What do you like best about the product?
So many different training courses available for free. You can find training on any RPA subject you want and they walk you through the process from beginning to end showing you where to click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules are extremely long. A few times when I didn't finish in one sitting my progress was lost and it wouldn't allow me to jump back to the point where I stopped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating daily, weekly, and monthly task so resources are freed up to do more analytical work instead of task based work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify internal resources who are going to be admin users and send them through the free training courses. Make sure they have the licensee when they are going through training so they can start applying what they learn immediately. Trial and error can be the best teacher. Start with simple task and expand from there.
Fantastic working experience as an end user with Automation Anywhere RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
First as a core techie guy , I would say it is a best configured & engineered RPA tool. Product supports large enterprise's requirement of RPA on organisation level on the criterion of HA,DR & performance to meet the SLA . That will make it more preferred platform for service provider like Sis. For developer it is very user friendly & even business community can automate their own process with quite ease.

OCR features & Work flow tool can be improved. Intelligent Load balancing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developed solution & POC for complex business cases across health & retail domain using AI tools.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for repetitive tasks when data mining, the data we collect is very important to the success of our business and we had a team of 16 staff for data mining and management that has now come down to a team of 3 thanks to the success of using Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
When thinking about dislikes honestly nothing comes to mind, using Automation Anywhere over the years I have to say they have surprised me with the additions and improvements they have made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for automation repetitive day to day tasks and data mining, we have over the years had huge increase in overall company growth and revue due to using AA. We can now allocate our huge budget that was widely used in staffing the data management team can now been used in weaker areas of the business to help the business grow into the future and that’s all thanks to the AA team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The investment made in Automation Anywhere was very small when looking into the analytics behind the investment, within the first year we have made a return in 10 folds and if you’re considering using this in your business don’t be hesitant as it’s a great bit of kit that will really catapult your business into another future, I always have and always still do recommend this to anyone, no matter what the reason, if you feel you’re doing something that’s a little robotic and monotonous I can guarantee AA is the software you’ll need, this software is very user friendly with huge support so don’t be held back there.

Using the drag and drop functions in Automation Anywhere makes automating fun and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike is that users cannot copy and paste the Metabots

I like that they've thought of everything. The software includes shortcuts for everything and essentially updates on it's own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The variables can be somewhat difficult to understand if you're not already familiar with coding.

My company is utilizing automation for many things on an enterprise wide basis. We've saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by using automation anywhere
