What do you like best about the product?
We decided to implement a bot capable of classifying the contract updates sent by our clients. We receive around 10,000 per month, and 5 employees were required to execute the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to understand how to use the robot at the beginning. It could be great to have a demo to try before implementing the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great product with awesome learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
Two things I like the most are -
1. Option for user to experience the environment though hands on. This is important to experience what you learn. This gives lots of confidence and learning made easy.
2. Module for Business Analyst is insightful and boon for RPA managers and business analyst. The modules are detailed enough to go through each section and easy enough to understand and use in real scenario.

What do you dislike about the product?
Liked to have longer user licence for TaskBot, atleast 30 days would have been great. This would give user enough time to explore the product and understand its capability and helped in convert into real business case. Also would like to see separate module for support post deployment. Support is one concern which management like to understand in advance before choosing any product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mostly doing IT process and business process automation. Its very easy to learn, implement and support. Nothing seems impossible. Hiring new person, training and putting him into development is not more than a month. This is remarkable how easy to learn.

Don't go by the market leader position only, learn the product and see for yourself how it can benefit. I am sure you would be amazed.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the very useful tool for automating the web and windows applications and also we can automate the Mainframe applications using Terminal Emulator.it is the best application we are using this tool in our project to automate the manual process and best part is control room we can schedule the bots and control the bots using the control room.we can also create Meta bots and IQ bots
What do you dislike about the product?
Citrix automation is quite difficult other than this every thing is fine nice application to use

Automation Anywhere Tool helped me a lot in automating my manual data entry task which saved me a lot of time very easy to use made work very simple

What do you like best about the product?
It was great experience to access automation anywhere tool and work on it. It is developer friendly to build the boys with ease and in less time.

All the options are handful to access and the UI needs to be upgraded for better view.

Manual repeatedly processes are being automated and helps in reducing the human effort and mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to work with Virtual Environments , like citrix, VMware , remote desktops. We have a lot of clients coming up with those needs, and although AA is not 100% in this area , it still has substantial tools available for such kind of surface automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with AA for one cannot read the entire excel sheet as a data table , leading to users reading the individual column names , which is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of repetitive manual effort that clients want to free up their human resources from . Error reduction in manual processes, increased productivity and reduced cost

A sensible and economical option for automating desktop and web based applications, with relative ease

I liked the bolt on and the flexibility of the pieces allowing users to build custom processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt the interface was very old/archiach and unable to reuse objects that were configured already. Was working with Dell Boomi and their "shared objects" was a lot nicer.

Still working on the automation but having to "program" a lot of it rather than "train".

What do you like best about the product?
Automation of manual tasks and allowing more time for accountants to perform tasks outside of data entry. Also to create a better work-life balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to code directly and having to click and drag or copy the same task multiple times. It would be nice to select one task to run multiple sub-tasks of the same kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the amount of manual labor. Shifting the focus from a data entry culture to more analytical. Utilizing skill sets where they are needed.

Have a good plan in place before moving forward. Make sure all teams are on board and IT groups are also involved. A considerable amount of time was taken with infosec to get the ball rolling on implementation.

Automation Anywhere 10.x have more failure which is hopefully overcome in the latest version 11.x.

I have use Automation Anywhere to resolve many SAP & excel problems,it has very good option while going for web tools which is web recorder.Automation Anywhere is one of the popular RPA vendors offering powerful & user-friendly RPA capabilities to automate any complex tasks

Nice excel alike functions
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can record the tasks as in Excel Macro. It is really simple and easy for business users like us that do not have programming background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it is community edition. I do have cases where the tool just crashed when I do my recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Outsourcing" my daily tasks such as logging into multiple systems. Saved my time to open and logging.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the integration of Metabots with SAP, its like SAP scripting but it can integrate with other apps like Excel too, and its helpful to automate workflows from my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workflow Designer of Automation Anywhere its too simple that I just don't used it in my recent projects, it lacks other flowchart sequences like Error Handling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my last project I automated business process involving SAP and Excel sheets. The users then, used the robot to reduce time wasted on repeated task of filling forms in SAP.
