What do you like best about the product?
Great features, Excel automations are done easily, easy understanding.

Nothing to dislike about it, just adding more features in capturing part will enhance the user experience.

It is helping to automate manual; tasks and makes it easier and quicker to perform certain time taking tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Using PDF sub-commands, it's hard to extract table information from PDFs
- IQ bot never gives proper description from the table if its multi-line texts
- Less commands are available as compared to other RPA tools

RPA- Booming Helpfull Technology
What do you like best about the product?
It is making repetitive tasks more manageable and more effortless. The new Upgraded version A360 has multiple new features like the excel formatting check-in function so that another user won't append in existing code till we don't checkout bot, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the software. The newly upgraded version A360 has multiple new features, which are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create tedious reports like preparing multiple reports daily, excel formatting, downloading SAP data and updating data in SAP, PDF data extraction, and performing operations related to the portal.

Very good tool. Found very easy to use. One of the best tools in the market. Easy to learn. All certifications are very good. Nice tool. Recommend it to all my friends.

Some features are missing. Some existing features can be improved. Some new features can be added. Some existing features can be removed. Migration tool can be made better.

AA is one of the fantastic tool in RPA market.

it's quite easy too learn automation anywhere in less time. Doing devlopment is very easy to do on automation anywhere studio. Devlopment time is less compare to other RPA tool.

IQ bot is not upto the mark. sometime's it doesn't extract required information from the table if description is multiline. It is little slow and more activities are missing compare other tools

we are automating manual repeatitive and tedious task. once we automate any process for that particular process assigned analyst can focused on other important work

Automation Anywhere is a valuable tool for businesses seeking to improve their operations and increase productivity.
The extraction feature is the most valuable one of IQ Bot.

Pre-processing of the bot gets stuck sometimes. The bot agent gets disconnected, and it requires restarting of services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere IQ Bot is one of the good IDPs which helps in extracting data from various document. Integrating IQBot with Task helps in automating many such manual actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a developer-friendly interface. Building a robot is quite interesting with Automation Anywhere. Control Room is well designed so that we can glance at all the information about robots at one place, and monitoring, scheduling, and robot configuration can be done quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that doesn't like in Automation Anywhere. Still,
some enhancement in actions and regular updates in the interface will be appreciated and be competitive against the other automation tools in the market.

Automation Anywhere makes our client's work easy by automating complex and repetitive tasks. It brings us more satisfaction from our client's feedback by the robot's performance in the workspace.
AA an incredible tool that avoids human intervention for heavy processes

I like this product because you can create a bot anytime, the programming is easy, and the features work great without any problems. So far, it is a compliant RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a very positive tool, but it is a bit expensive. It is just my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an excellent solution, and it gives me a lot of confidence in using it to learn RPA for both beginners and experts. It is being used to automate our heavy and repetitive processes, and we have a lot of free time for other things.

1. For scripting languages in Automation anywhere, we can assign only one output variable(String), in some cases, need a lot more output variables
2. Silly one Since important one (there is no filter action available in excel advanced package, the filter table actions supports only when the excel is having a table in it)
