What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is excellent product for all even the people have no previous experience. To pick-up even more competitive as per industrial standard need some programming experience. Bots gave an good insight which can automate easily and quickly. So people can make use of this by creating new and take it further.
What do you dislike about the product?
Programming practice is very much important for Bots, need time to update the practice every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits realized is transparent, quick response and less time. By doing this have to upgrade new things i.e. drivers, files etc very challenging.

User Interface, easy to code, any person having zero or some coding understanding and good logical skill can directly jump into RPA using AA tool.
Anyone having good logical skills can work on automation anywhere, it doesn't require any developer having good coding knowledge.
Yes for integration of python or creation of DLL one should have coding knowledge.
Object cloning is the best part of AA as most of the time it will act as life saver in a any automation and most trusted command it is.
IQ Bot is yet evolving and needs to improvised more in order to work on unstructured documents, specially scanned one. The training of IQ bot only shows how to create learning instance and train with document but doesn't shows how to extract the outcome/output after the training has been done successfully.
In AA2019, there is a direct option of adding DLL or invoke script which is definately be upper hand in comparison to other evolving tools.

IQ bot needs to be more improvised as still it doesn't capture the data as required even after multiple training set.

I am solving reconciliation problem for an Insurance company which is tedious, time consuming and requires large human force for the same.

We are trying to utilize AA for automating the solution of some of the frequently occurring issue for a PLM tool support. Considering that the tool has an complex UI and architecture this is one of the very few solutions we can implement.

One of the most attractive features is the ability to create bots and upload to a centralized platform so that it could act as a template for any kind of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The whole thing is a bit difficult to understand. To make our jobs easier, we have to learn a complicated tool painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, this is helpful while testing. Any kind of UI testing could be achieved with the different features provided by Automation Anywhere tool.

This is a very good tool which could be used to achieve automation in almost all kind of repetitive tasks. A bit difficult to understand the concepts, but once you mastered on this, it really worth.
Easy, Simple, Elegant, Robust RPA tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The RPA tool is easy to configure and simple to use. The recorder is straightforward and intuitive. Most of the scenarios can be covered effortlessly. It can potentially reduce a lot of manual effort and speed up tedious, mundane work. The OCR feature is very good, it easily identifies text and numbers and processes it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The programming complex flow is a little challenging. Editing generated code is not easy and at times cryptic. I would prefer a better code support in upcoming versions. The developer should be able to code entirely without using the drag-drop support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to smoke test application using AA. The aim was to smoke test the large application after major releases. This is a tedious, mundane job. Using a bot will help complete this work faster, efficiently and with less errors.

If you want to get some automation done very fast and efficiently, go for AA.
