Great automation anytime and anywhere with efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because presently it's one of the biggest, distinct and effective tool for automation. I like it because it allows the import files and documents from my excel and my PDFs.it has different forms and frames that allows me to work window and application

One-of-a-kind tool but I still can feel or talk about any thing I need it because it has. All the features one needs to know and addreddd

One of the major problems is the fact automation activities can work on most platform . It has helped me reduce error in all most of my activities and also makes me spend less time

I recommend they they improve on their interface and their graphics feature thus making them look better

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a great tool for users with little knowledge on programming and coding. Unlike other RPA softwares, almost everything is achieved via pre-defined drag and drop activities.There is no need to write in long, complicated operations or executions, nor do you need to know how to convert strings or variables.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be more difficult to achieve a certain automation in AA versus other RPA softwares. The simplicity of AA may make complex automations hard for AA beginners but once you know the ins and outs of AA it becomes easier to achieve complex automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has allowed my company to automate various tasks across multiple business functions helping to reduce time needed and increase efficiency.

One of the key feature that is very unique is the conversion of Automated Test Case in to Executable files so that testers can run them on remote machines too.

Automation Anywhere requires a base level of IT / programming knowledge which can limit the population of internal candidates from non-IT functions that would ideally be available to join the Development Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using IQBot, we are solving daily routine problems for customer, extracting the data from PDF to CSV

Automation anywhere is best tool for automating business & IT tasks, it uses SMART technology, it creates automated tasks like recording key board strokes & mouse clicks. Automation anywhere is best industry tool which comes with good support from it's provider. It's one of the largest RPA tool available in the market.

GUI of the tool not the that easy, some time hard to understand for new developers

We have some of the customers who already have some RPA processes in place created in Automation anywhere and they want these to be enhanced so we had to use Automation anywhere & we found it does the job perfectly.

What do you like best about the product?
its a good tool in automation business.It has a a lot of functionality and features allowing developers to develop automation projects in very easy way, its easy to interact with different layers and application its has integrated platform with PDF, Excel and other application

its little difficult to learn and it hard to automate desktop remote connections, if i want to compare with UIpath, Uipath have a very wide library its contains UIpath academy which it will help you to learn from scratch

working with any solution it needs to be automated, if i want to validate excel and compare multi excel with each other and it help to do some task like login to system retrieve data and scrap data , read pdf file send emails and etc,

What do you like best about the product?
web scrapping and Excel automation, and meta bot and IQBot its easy to automate unstructured data,
using webscraping we scrape data from the any websites and faced more challenges. Bot insights and credential valut are the extra add on and its very useful for the BOT status view

What do you dislike about the product?
Prediction and analytics are not implemented, could not found the ending loops and if conditions, scroll down the lines and find the end of loop and if conditions, facing issues for keystrokes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Object cloning is not worked in some webpages that time we used web recording and image recognize, some websites its very difficult to scape but using object cloning and managing windows control i scraped.

Now in RPA tools automation anywhere is the user friendly and easy to learn then write a code, even non technical users also learn easy and develop the BOT

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is awesome to help reduce the effort put into some tasks, as the bots created by the tool are amazing. It also provides with many ways to use the bots, so I find it very quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but the translated version has some issues. I'm a native spanish speaker and I find weird some of the expressions used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped with the more tedious work. It makes everything easier and quicker. And you can use it to do a lot of different things, it is really useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. There's a free trial time. I think it's the best RPA available. It is super efficient and not very expensive. Also, it is a super user friendly tool, so you won't find it hard to learn how to use it.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool I ever used we can easily automate the windows and web applications as we can automate the Mainframe applications there are around 550pluse commands which we can make use during our automation process we can develop both attended and unattended bots also cognitive bits we can develop. we can run the VB and Java scrips using Run scripts command we can work on database and FTP. using control room we can schedule the bot and control the bots. we can also do Citrix automation overall it is the best tool for automation

I didn't find any negative about the application nice tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere tool helped me automating the daily repetitive and rule base manual process like sending the mail and reading the excel and extracting the data and inserting into the application as a input it saves a lot of time and resource and also we are using this tool in client project

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI interface is easy and the code is simple to read and understand. The product service is excellent. Lately there has been a lot of confusion surrounding our licensing agreements and it seems difficult to get the same answer from everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
ALL of the software companies are guilty of this distortion. While true to a certain degree, it takes skill and practice to make a RELIABLE production bot. Precise error handling also takes time and experience. Yes, anyone can build a Bot, but anyone can also code in C++ if they want to learn how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have greatly enjoyed working with the many people from AA in the past year and a half. Extremely friendly and very helpful. The tool works well, although some of the supporting documentation feels lacking and/or hard to find at times. I recently worked with one of their architecture specialist to resolve an issue and it was awesome. I knew exactly what was happening and why every step of the way as we tested out different configurations. Yes they are growing rapidly and with that come the typical growing pains you'd expect, however I still highly recommend the tools and the support provided by AA.

Make sure you carefully review your architecture with AA first BEFORE doing the installs! If you are planning on using VDIs, make sure they address the headless issue in your organization. And get their professional design review of your architecture.
