Automation Anywhere Performs Complicated Tasks With Ease and Less Effort
What do you like best about the product?
The automation capability is provided with ease by Automation Anywhere tool without having to worry much about process in terms of additional features. Drastically, reduces the workload and helps in streamlining all the processes. Provides agility in the process. Very easy to understand and very easy to use. Less knowledge and experience is required on coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are dealing with any dynamic workflow where we expect a workflow change based on input parameters Automation Anywhere won't provide much help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely, time and effort is saved when it comes to automating processes of a complex nature. The object cloning is the best feature wherein we can move the mouse and traverse to a particular point or go to an specific element. Fetching PDF, Excel Information from the application is very easy and rate testing can be done accurately.

It provides a wide variety of task capabilities. The drag and drop feature really helps to code with ease without much prior knowledge required on coding.

What do you like best about the product?
IF deployed company wide a lot of manual work would be reduced and improves employees day to day experience. The interface is very easy to use and user friendly and can be handled without much programming language. The built in security features are great along with error checking feature which allows to build resilient bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free online training does not provide much knowledge transfer on practical hands on training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create bots quickly from concept perspective. Best tool at performing rules based data movement along with interactions. Very easy to create temporary processes similar to more stable IT solution being developed. The matabots are very efficient in reading web contents. The best feature is that we can run scheduled tasks by using powerful task scheduling.

Very easy to automate third party client business processes. We can give a very solid solution for the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has the great ability to integrate all the web services and .NET DLLs. The object detection feature is the best. It is very easy to understand Automation Anywhere's process provided you have basic knowledge of English. Any routine jobs in the application can be automated easily. The robots do the job faster compared to employees and drastically reduces much workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
It works quite slowly if an application runs on a remote desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since integration is very powerful it is very easy to connect to any web services. If a process exists inside a .NET DLL it is easy for Automation Anywhere to call inside the DLL.Best suitable for banking systems. During the POC period it is better to check if the system is capable of working with Automation Anywhere.

Drastically, improves business process outcome in the organization. Easy to automate routine processes in an application which saves a lot of time. Leads to very effective cost management.

What do you like best about the product?
Huge manpower work has been drastically reduced. The process of updating the bill claims by employees has been reduced into 25minutes due to automation, previously which consumed 4 hours. Highly accurate in performing complex and repetitive tasks. One of the great utility tool if excel work exists a bit difficult. Easy to automate back end support as as well. Very user friendly and intuitive user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coding is not at all complex. If requirements are complex automating becomes a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of sending out reports daily manually has been reduced since mails are all automated. If the application involves a lot of images and PDF's automation anywhere is well suited for such activities.

Much programming language is not at all required to handle this tool. The built in security and error checking features are highly effective and allows in building resilient and highly efficient bots.

Be it a web or desktop application it can be automated in a fastest way through automation anywhere, the user interface and features it provides for automation are straightforward, the commands feature is one more unique feature to execute quickly, its best use case is to automate the frequently used tasks in order to execute them through automation anywhere, very less resources are required to setup the process and implement the automation keeping timelines in mind to complete the tasks before deadline and it is really achievable through automation anywhere

It is said that it does not require any programming knowledge to automate the apps, as per my experience i see it does require some scripting knowledge to complete the automation tasks

To automate desktop and web applications through automation anywhere, to follow parallel automation with development activities, to build small tools to perform manual tasks through bots

Automation Anywhere is one of the RPA tools which helps the user to Automate manual task also we can automate the web application as windows applications. Email and Excel automation simpler.we can create the IQ bots for PDF automation also we can create the Meta Bots tool is very develope friendly. we can also perform the web recording which very easy and there are around 500+ commands in the tool. using Automation Anywhere tool we can Run the scrips it supports VB and Java Scripts and also we can run the Macros using the command Run macros for complex Excel automation.we can also schedule the bots using Control room and we can upload the developed codes into the repository
What do you dislike about the product?
working on Email automation has limited features we cant filter the emails based on subject and download the attachments. and working on scanned PDF and Citrix automation is a little difficult process

Automation Anywhere Helped me in automating my daily manual task like establishing the database connection and fetching the data into CSV file and upload the CSV files into the application DB as well as sending the same CSV file as an attachment to the respective team members via Email. which saved my time drastically

Automation Anywhere is the best PRA tool is very user-friendly and performance of the application is also very good. we can also automate API Webservice and database and FTP/SFTPS overall it is a developer-friendly tool

PDF & E-mail automation is very simple and easy to automate in this tool. robots can a run at anytime with the aid of bot scheduling feature in automation anywhere. database maintenance can be avoided, work queue abstraction is an extra productivity.

no major dislikes on this tool. In automation anywhere less activities are obtainable for excel.

This is probably the best automation tool available in the market currently. It contains multiples of commands that one can use without any hassle to perform various tasks in an automated manner. Such tasks include, but not limited to, extracting data from emails, Excel files, PDF files, etc. Using Automation Anywhere, you can work on both the web as well as the Windows applications.

It's a little expensive but worth it if you're in need of an automation software to do small tasks that can consume your time when you're burdened with a bigger workload.

Automation Anywhere is of tremendous help when it comes to doing tasks that you'd otherwise have to do manually such as sending emails; extracting the data from PDF files, adding them to Microsoft Excel files, and sending these files via email by attaching them.
You can also schedule timings for the bot to perform certain tasks on a daily basis and this is done with absolute perfection.

automation anywhere tool offers efficiency and flexibility to use it. You can automate the pdf, excel. It offers the task bot, meta bot. it provides the drag-and-drop interface. Flexible to execute the tasks such database, pdf, excel.

In automation anywhere you can't extract the data from scanned pdf.

Easy to create and maintain the bots. It slaves the big problem such as automate read and write the from one excel file to another excel file.
