Having an amazing adventure with Automation Anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
This software automates greatly all our marketing automation thus yielding positive results.
Tasks that are manual based are automated by bots created with this software.
It's simple to navigate and configure this tool.
Has a top notch customers support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pivotal tool that's makes workflows to look more fast and to produce more positive results and I cannot find something that troubles me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of repetitive workflows process.
Automation of Business process management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The great benefits that comes with this tool should motivate them to try it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that in most activities you just need to configure a that is it. No much code needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online community is not that great when you compare it to other RPA tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've automated various marketing processes within organization. I've also enhanced employees jobs and reduce the time they expend doing monotonous work.

What do you like best about the product?
AA has had helpful support. And while it's nice to have the ability to call someone, it's nowhere near as convenient as the vast depths of support for other automation platforms on websites like Stack Overflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all other RPA platforms, AA is centered around sales gimmicks than a great development platform.

They'll impress your organization's management team, but only because few business people are familiar with the technologies underlying AA. These attempts at automation failed to be reliable decades ago. And trying to use them now is a fools' game.

Many companies are better off hiring traditional software engineers and proccess engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're focussed on backend process automation as well as customer outreach/communication.

New age services is promising and will be able to make new waves and enable newer opportunities

Nothing so specific in terms of feedback as of now. I believe Automation Anywhere is here to make newer developments in conjunction with market demads

Except the development Java coding everybody can easily learn and use Bots.

customer support takes too long to solve the question and are redirected.

What do you like best about the product?
The recorder features of the tool and the ability to interact with legacy applications.
The IQ Bot providing the machine learning capability to read various kinds of PDF files and extract essential information is also something that stands out.
Insights and Operational analytics provided by the AA Web Control Room server as a business or end user review dashboard or chart providing meaningful and pictorial demonstration of tasks, bots and devices which are being deployed and used.
The AA Bot store, which acts as a marketplace for accessing world wide bots for business process requirements and initiatives is also a very good way to match the disparities of the requirements to make a more robust and scalable solution to the clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of effective interaction with excel and email applications.
Multiple variable operation in a single command should have been added as an enhancement in later products but is somehow is still missing.
Queue management can be made more effective on the likes of its competitors like UiPath and Blue prism.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the PDF integration, OCR using IQ Bot and the terminal emulator are the primary RPA use-cases.
Interact with excel application to loop through the rows of excel to perform various operations.

Excel Automation and OCR is very easy to use in development of Bot

There are many changes between 11.3 to A2019 many additional features are added this makes developer hard to adopt new version

Great Automation Tool for Beginners and Beyond

What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature that makes the tool feel a lot less intimidating for a beginner. I also appreciate that there are tons of videos tutorials to help you learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that certain operations don't work consistently every time. For example, the Capture command is a great tool for having the bot click certain buttons but for some reason it doesn't always click in the same spot every time (even when it's the same machine).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has helped me create automated solutions to mundane, repetitive processes. The tool has allowed my team to save time and money by automating certain processes and has helped minimize errors in processes that would otherwise be done by humans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes time and practice but it's well worth it!

Is like most to build iq bot which has a good learning feedback

I dislike the installation part which is not much straight forward but I give lots of error and pain in installing and setting up
