Automation Anywhere is the most user friendly and powerful tool in RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an amazing tool and is very user-friendly. It is so easy to create bots that perform almost any task which removes human intervention or human efforts. It boosts productivity and reduces the time required for tasks greatly. The best part is that bots like IQBot are Machine Learning capable! The Automation Anywhere software has a great User Interface and is easy to use. They also have a great Customer Support team which helps you quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much of a downside to automating things that are going to make your tasks easier. As a student using it, I don't have access to IQBots, that's probably one thing which I would love to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a lot of day to day tasks that require rigorous work which is not even hard to do but takes a lot of time. I built a bot recently to write down certificates for one of the fests in our University which otherwise had to be done manually and would take days to complete. Right now working on a bot that will verify the database and do a few other tasks for the Visitor Management System I've built for the University. Obviously, the biggest benefit is that it makes it so much easier to finish tasks that are easy yet consume a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use the software, a lot of people might think it's very difficult to use it a might waste a lot of time trying to go through online courses and other materials before starting to use the software. I would suggest to just go through a simple basic course which will help you set up and figure out how to use and you can learn things on your own as you use the software. If you're stuck while doing complex tasks, just search online or ask on the forum and they'll help you out.

The flow of the content, simulated handson examples, content clarity, good faculty and list goes on.

Free modules is fine however one shall get a test environment and user shall be asked to submit some project for certification.

I lead mass scale RPA deployment on AA in one of the reputed organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the best technologies that i had learnt. It is really very helpful to do repetitve tasks in a fast and easy manner so that we can do other productive work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if there is a command to change pdf files to image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done a project regarding filling forms in a website by using the data stored in excel sheets. As the content in excel sheet is in hundreds as soon as i developed a bot the work was completed within minutes.it is very easy to use and time saving.

The best part of Automation Anywhere's RPA is IQBots.

What do you dislike about the product?
When you recording a procedure sometimes the pattern was created wrong or maybe its user's fault. Also you can not use the Tab button to during the record process because the pattern flow didn't recognise the following fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate procedure about data extraction from excel, pdf and invoices about banking. The classification of extracted data was perfect and the update of the forms becomes easier.

Be patient and follow the training path of AA. This will be your ticket to become a great RPA dev.
RPA - the best helper and time-saver
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides so many commands to effectively automate processes. The most powerful and the most used commands in our company are EXCEL command, MANAGE WINDOWS CONTROLS and OBJECT CLONING command, with which you can capture various buttons and other captions. For example, we use OBJECT CLONING command to extract texts from changing captions to variables.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion the most significant drawback of Automation Anywhere is absence of creating 'regions' in code. I mean that you could make areas of code, that are related to each other. You can hide and unhide those parts to make your code easier and better organised. So you can easily and faster find something in your code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we have problems with capturing certain objects in OBJECT CLONING command. There is often a problem with capturing objects when we execute a bot.

I highly recommend this tool everyone who want to save time in manual processes in order to develop processes which requires your decisions and creativity.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of usage , easy to navigate and 500+ in build commands are the best advantage of automation anywhere and it is useful for majority of the developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in understanding at the beginning but once we get to know the tool, it is simple and we can do robust development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the report generation process for the business, server health check the benefits from the automating the task are highest on time delivery of the business reports and requirements. High return to the customer and resource cross skill and efficient project management and delivery of the services tot he client. Availability of the RPA Bot is 24/7 and it is scalable depending on the demand. Its control feature is an added advantage to the Automation anywhere where the entire bot control can be done and also the managing the user access, controlling the bot checking for the logs, scheduling the bot, resourcing the bot and manging the machines and entire BOT run can be monitored and its steps can be logged to determine for any errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Thorough understanding of the product is needed for using the automation anywhere, They have given lot of options and good capabilities to the tool and proper using them can solve our automation solutions. the environment and other application related settings should be fixed before the proceeding to the automation and after automation for better performance of the BOT.
I haven't used it yet but heard of it and would definetely learn it

It's quite easy to learn and user friendly tool. It's an excellent platform that creates Bots that perform various tasks and makes it easy for user. It reduces manual efforts.

I haven't used it so can't say Cons yet.

I have heard that we can do all possible work from Automation Anywhere. We can even automate Citrix and do Orchestration and a lot more.

Its GUI is awesome as it is very user friendly we don't have to write such long code only logic's needs to be correct and then we can simply drag drop our file their and automate a mundane task and also how can we schedule our task and the time being we can focus on our other works.

The information regarding AA on internet is very less only few website are there which have limited information and also The CR part the material for self study is very less and if it is there so its mostly the question answere part which we need to mug up not the components of CR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using AA to automate the task that we use to on the daily basis so it has saved a lot of our time and makes resource more smart towards a technology and also there were some task previously of data ,tiff file reading through which we were facing problem but now AA has made our work more easier.

Best and also if you have fear of coding go for it it will reduce that will eventually solve all your problem with their cool interface and drag drop feature.
