What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a Robotic Process Automation tool it is very easy to learn for the freshers we can automate the daily repetitive manual task very easily and tool is very accurate and efficient in terms of result we can write the VB or Java scripts for the commands which are not present in the tool and we can Run task them there are many command which are already present in the tool. we can create both attended and unattended bots using this too and we can develop the IQ and Meta bots to implement the complex task best part of the tool is control where we can schedule the bots and store the credentials in the credential vault and it very easy to automate the Data Base and FTP server tasks also we can automate the windows and Main frame applications using Automation Anywhere tool over all it is very flexible we can integrate with many applications
What do you dislike about the product?
working on the Citrix automation results are not accurate and we cant use other tan VB and Java scripting languages and for Excel complex task we dint have inbuilt commands we should run the macros
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is an developer friendly tool we used this tool to automate the web portal to fill the details of the product by extracting from excel which acts an input file for the bots and bot also use o perform the data validation at the Excel level before entering into the web application which reduce the manual intervention up to 99% and saved lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is most successful RPA tool and the tool is very accurate in terms of efficiency we can integrate the tool with may applications and it also supports multiple browsers like IE and Chrome and for beginners it is easy to learn and the Automation Anywhere has launched the community edition which helps the freshers update there skills on the tool and there are around 550 plus commands in the tool and most important one is object cloning we can use this command for both web and windows application and good thing about the application is supports artificial intelligence and we can work on main Frame application using Terminal Emulator Command. we can create different types of bots using Automation Anywhere tool like IQ and Meta bots and tool supports email and excel automation tool consist of inbuilt OCR engine for image recognition/surface automation and also we can work PDF using this inbuilt commands
What do you dislike about the product?
Compare to other RPA tool Automation Anywhere has less email and excel automation features and there is no inbuilt Frame work user should create there won structure it will consume lot time in initial stage of the automation process and working on scanned PDF documents is not accurate using this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere tool is more flexible we used this tool in our client process to automate the FTP servers and Data base to extract the end user data from the DB and update into the serve in the defined folder structure

I really like the fact that it's simple and easy to use. Automation Anywhere University is a learning system that is available for free to users. Also, the software has an extremely low-cost barrier to entry.

Not all major programming languages are supported.

Automation Anywhere is the leading RPA tool in the market due the performance and effective inbuilt commands in the tool there are around 550 pulse commands in the tool which we can make use of during the process automation and we can Run the VB and Java scripts for the complex task. using Automation Anywhere tool we can create the IQ bots for automating the complex task like automating scanned PDF and Meta bots for code re-usability and tool also supports the Artificial intelligence. Automation Anywhere is a developer friendly tool easy to learn and performance of the application is very good. we can schedule the bots using the control room without any difficulty and also we can store the credentials in Credential vault for security purpose
What do you dislike about the product?
Email and Excel Automation has very less features compare to other tools and Automating the process based on the Image Recognition using OCR engine will not give the Accurate results

Automation Anywhere helped me in Automating the data validation process which saved lots resource and cost and time taken by the bot is very less compare to humans and human errors are eliminated. we can create both attended and unattended bots using this tool

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many RPA tools and Automation anywhere is best among all. It has many commands in built with which we can automate different kind of tasks which are being done manually. Implementation of this tool increases productivity, accuracy and decreases manual intervention. We can create and schedule the bot for accomplishing required tasks. Both attended and un-attended bot performance is very accurat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Disliking this tool is something seriously wrong as its very capable and effective in Robotic Process Automation projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this tool for automating many manual tasks which i do every day. I have created a bot for different tasks and scheduled time for it based on the config file it fetches folder locations and perform activities. I get mails once the task is completed so i can make sure my work is getting done every day. The tool sends a screenshot and error message whenever an error occurs in the process. This tool has multiple commands where we can define what activities should be performed by bot when the task completes or it gets interrupted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool very much, using this tool and automating processes is fun and one can enjoy it. This tool can helps to automate many manual and routine processes like sending reports in email, downloading attachments and finding keywords in it and updating them in to database. Introducing this tool in my organisation was very helpful and we got much support from the team they helped us when ever required. We can create bot for doing tasks and can schedule time if required and it takes complete responsibility for achieving it. Its accuracy is great and its faster in completing tasks.

I don't have much to comment, Its very useful for automating tasks.

We have used this in a health care project where it downloads details of the newly added members for a policy and enters in the website which shall be stored in a database. It reduced processing time and its very accurate as manual errors was not there and the best thing is we didn't required anyone to operate this. ROI is assured. Easy to learn and implement, no programming language required to learn this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way of design and development of the BOT. Left panel it shows all the commands and just select and in the Normal window you do the actions (logic part). Defining variables and its's actions depends on the conditions, everything is so easy to develop. If you are from development background, you can learn it within a week. Even in community edition you can learn and good part is it is free.
Also it supports multiple platforms I mean if you have developed the BOT which is in Windows but want to run SQL or Unix command which also it supports very nicely.
We use it in-house at Accenture to develop the BOT for the various clients and domains. I have developed BOTS for Life Insurance, Telecom domains.

What do you dislike about the product?
You may say the version which I am working only support IE not any other browsers, which is not good. They should fix this issue. Not sure if they have fixed it in latest version or not. Other than that I didn't find any issue.

So far I have solved two major manual process.
1. Manual execution of batch jobs, now it is completely automated. Via AA BOT it automatically trigger jobs one after another.
2. Manually execution of various reports based on email. Now as soon as we get a request of execution of a report, AA BOT automatically reads that and triggered the required report.
I used above automation process at Accenture to develop for for external clients.

If generic types of tasks are done by manually which easily can be automated by Automation Anywhere. Easy to install and develop.
AA is extremely easy to use software that has an immediate effect on your business.
What do you like best about the product?
I wasn't specifically a programmer before using AA and just after AA University and a couple months of practice I am very fluid in automating processes that benefit our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the software object cloning can seem finicky. What I mean by that is the same exact command in one process may not work the same in another for some reason whether that's an HTML or a window issue is hard to identify and fix at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating tons of manual processes and we knew that we would. What we are doing that we didn't expect is building tools and reports that people otherwise wouldn't have to manage their business due the time to build reports or the availability of data.

Automation anywhere is the best tool for implementing Robotic process automation for any on going manual process or new process which has defined routine work. This tool has various commands with which most of the processes can be automated such as triggering emails, downloading attachments and extracting data from it. This tool can help in automating windows applications as well as web applications which is considerably great. We can also automate mainframes application using terminal emulator command. Its easy to schedule bot to perform activities on a regular basis. Its very user friendly, easy to learn and implement, no programming knowledge required. Increase transaction speed and saves time and cost to your company.

I don't have much to mention any dislike for this tool, its great tool. It can improve while working with citrix automation, results are accurate.

This tool helps in automating most of the routine works like sending mails, generating reports. We have use it in automating our HR department work of adding newly on-boarded employee details in to company database. We used it for a project where we automated data entry work, like the bot downloads attachment from email and inserts in to the website record by record sequentially.
