Mi experience with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most was the modality of the course since it allows a good interaction, management and understanding of the topics discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
perhaps there were very extensive courses that caused fatigue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, at the moment I am working in automation, and it has helped me to have a good foundation of what this world of automation is all about.

Automation Anywhere is used to create bots or processes that works automatically.
This tool is used to enhance work efficiency by reducing human-errors and by replacing humans with robots, works more efficiently than humans without any time constraint.
AA tool is very easy to understand and can be learnt quickly.
This is one of the 'Revolutionary technology' that changes the world to Digital world.
No programming knowledge is required.
You can record your actions, or point and click the action wizards by using recorders in AA.
Increases transaction speed and allows to save time and costs.
Quick Time to Value, Non-intrusive.
Helps you to automate data transfers and import or export data between files or applications.
It contains commands for each and every operation and contains many variables like both system defined and also user defined variables.

There is nothing much to dislike in this AA tool but handwritten documents are still cannot be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All predefined and routine tasks can easily be developed.I had done a poc in which we have to read all the users and change their status according to the required conditions.By using the excel commands we can read the data from the websites and present it in an excel sheet and It also provides Exception handling and also error handling

I will definitely advice this Automation Anywhere tool for others it is very helpful and this tool is best and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
The best things is that everyone needs everything to be done automatically without their involvement.This automation makes it possible in industrial way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The draw back of this is when an error is encountered,there should be multiple bots, which starts when there is an error encountered.Every particular error that may occur should be expected early and every alternative bot should be written.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am thinking to take up a project that deals with the admission process.

1. There could be a little bit more maturity around how to do some of the features, but not having to go outside the app

On - boarding customers has been super easy! Just load data from a database entry and you are good to go!

Automation anywhere learning experience through the videos and their detailed step by step process is very nice. i was able to complete by basic certification and looking forward for more.
What do you dislike about the product?
i suggest if the courses are more in series for a new bee to learn , that will be helpful .

my life has more easy as i schedule the processes and it saves a lot of time. i have not been trained anywhere else except from this site and it is very useful.

Great tool for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Tool is very user friendly and can be understood and adapted to it real quick. Even for developers with no prior experience, using the tool to automate daily tasks is very easy. One can easily get trained in the tool real quick if they keep practicing and automate even complicated tasks. If you are a developer and willing to learn new technologies , you can start with AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other tools and scripts from other languages is somewhat difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usage of the tool in our daily tasks has increased the stability and reduced the manual intervention. It has also increased our sales.
A step up for a mid level IT employee
What do you like best about the product?
For me it is becoming game changer day by day. Being a storage admin there are certain task that i have to do without fail in the beginning for the shift, if they can be automated it is going to help me alot to invest my time in other more important activities for the day. so without sugarcoating it, i would say that this is a step up for a storage admin
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. its a pretty decent technology to learn, i have not come across any issue that could be mentioned in the dislike kitty from my end.

slowly slowly i am learning how to automate small task and with the time i think my learning quotient is going to be even better. i am still at the learning stage and hopefully i have a long way to go in this,

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage in the tool with various flexibility for both users and developers. The tool comes with a very handy creator UI, and also the IQ bot seems to be a very competitive tool and helps to get the best out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things like searching the activities and flow chart option seem missing that can make life easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are and will be using AA in various departments of finance. We are starting initially with unattended bots and IQ bots to eliminate mundane tasks and to get efficient results from the bots. We are also trying to integrate AA with our legacy applications, which can help us achieve a good ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to develop, reduce operational costs and gains productivity. Easy UI with lots of components that are predefined and easy to use. building a bot according to company needs takes not much time when we look at a developer perspective. also cloud capability is very nice for low volume companies who wants to avoid costs of infrastructure..
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately remote desktop compatibility is very low. we couldn't use it to connect to other machines. also some complex excel capabilities are very limited. complez macros and button-wise developments in an excel sheet cannot be managed effectivey using Automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Operation Automations. All predefined and routine tasks can easliy be developed. Lots of effort saving in IT OPS. we are managing a business project also especially finance and HR automations are in place. we are making this tool very common among people in the company. we planned a training so that even an HR employee can develop a bot using Automation Anywhere
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is nice to have tool for high volume companies that manage lots of different operations such as telecommunications. we are saving thousands of hours when we talk about more than 50 people's different routine operational works and reportings. we also had integration between service management model that is used in the company so that we achieved IT Ops processes in a fast way so that our customers can get this as benefits on their own.

My line manager introduced to me Automation anywhere and everything has changed since then. Today, productivity on my task has doubled by 66%. The platform also provide you with first hand knowledge about Automation, you can practically learn anything about AUTOMATION there.

hnmmm! maybe I'm yet to discover that.oh yeah! the language options can be improved on....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling over 10,000 Staff for Training has always been a tedious task for me as it's always quite hard to put an eye on everyone. But since I started using Automation Anywhere, the task has just been a click away without missing out anyone and excellent follow up plans.
